Very good location, and delicious breakfast service.

Great location with easy access to everywhere in UB, friendly and professional staff, has a little communist style… Otherwise great! And price is cheap compared to the other 5 hotels around this area

Springs hotel was the perfect price point for me. It was a good hotel for the price. I paid $70 USD a night and stayed 3 nights.

The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English. My room was kind of smelly because they allow smoking indoors but that is my only complaint.

The breakfast buffet was good (by Asian standards) and their workout room was full of brand new equipment.

I am not sure why other people reviewed this hotel so poorly? Maybe they were comparing to Western standards? I have been traveling and working in Asia for the past 17 years and this place is definitely a over average.

Second foor korean rest is good place to eat k food

I went to their Spa wellness center which called UB massage. It has really good service. Fully satisfied my Japanese hot oil massage.

Nice warm place to stay. Enough English spoken to get a room and breakfast easily. The rooms are clean. Reasonably priced mini bar. Great breakfast in the morning. Close to downtown shopping. I've never had an issue here in 3 or 4 stays.

This hotel is the best!!! I am world travel and too busy to write a review. However, the staff in this place is amazing. The rooms are modern, and the bathrooms are impeccably clean. The price is fair for the location. We were treated incredible. My 11 month daughter and I stay at this place for 8 days by ourselves. We felt at home, secure and very welcome. My baby got sick and the manager took us to the hospital and help us 100%. I am going to miss them all. They took my money but also my heart. Great job!!!
