The staff tried hard to please but the hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The curtains were broken and had been broken for a while allowing the sun in. The airconditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The pool closed at 6.00pm in the middle of summer.

The location is excellent, you can get to anywhere by bus. Maximum travel time is about 1 hour. The hotel is quite old, but we got a room after renovation. The breakfast was standard European without any frills, but we didn’t leave hungry. We went to the Paparazzi “restaurant” for dinner several times, it’s on the island next to the hotel. The hotel's location, service attitude, and internal facilities were all very good, especially the kitchen facilities such as the stove, which were very suitable for family use. This is a very cost-effective hotel with a great location, close to the Sliema pier. It is very convenient to travel to and from Valletta, about five minutes each way. The seaside promenade in Sliema, about a 20-minute walk away, also has a beautiful sea view. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great!

We stayed there for 4 nights. We booked the superior, the room was very nice! The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the bathroom didn’t have any window so there was a bit mold in there. We stayed at the wonderful Palazzo Violetta in Sliema, from May 25th to June 1st. Our stay couldn't have been any better! Our apartment was absolutely incredible. It had two large bedrooms on a mezzanine level, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and one with a walk in wet room shower), an upstairs lounge, 2 large wardrobes, a downstairs lounge/diner and a small kitchenette. The hotel is in a suburban area, but not far away there are very cheap businesses to buy food and rent scooters. Within 15 minutes by scooter you can be in St Julian's, Sliema or Valletta. It’s a great place to be, nice and quiet location, but you got everything around. It has a gym, spa and a small pool on the roof. The room was like a flat and beautiful.If you like English breakfast you will be happy. Amita from the reception should get a salary increase, as she is the best receptionist I have ever seen, always friendly and supportive.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my friends and we had the best experience! The room was lovely (especially the bathroom), the rooftop pool and indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We also got a discount on an amazing massage and the spa facilities :) I would 100% recommend staying here!!

Amazing place! We were very worried about it judging by others opinions but everything changed when we arrived. Room was extremely clean and fresh. The place is run by its owners (wife and husband). They are very nice and kind people. We stayed at Euro Guest House for a week and payed 147 euro which is extremely cheap. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is a nice to have but the Aqualuna pool that is included for free from the hotel is great for travelers who want to sunbath without travelling miles for the beach. The location is brilliant as it is the first stop from the Airport Bus and the same bus stop takes you back to the airport as well.

Overall, the hotel is quite good with a convenient location and friendly staff who made the stay pleasant. However, there were a few drawbacks. The AC wasn’t functioning in late April, which made the room a bit warm (only centralized temperature regulation). AMAZING! I love this place so much, quiet, comfy, AC was working quietly, bed was super comfy, they have friendly street cats!!! Every place that have cats is the best for me. A little bit disappointed about the location, because even if close to valleta, in the evening we didn't found a restaurant nearby, jist some Asian food. But the room and personnel were really nice. They have a small dinner on the roof top and a small jacuzzi.

We spent 3 nights in Chapter 5. The location is 10 mins distance with bus from the center of Valetta and 30 mins walking distance to center of Silema. We had a basic room no balcony but the room was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was well worth it and the staff very helpful. The local area is a little worn but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the bay and local shops close for essentials. Very useful to have a fridge and the air conditioner unit was very effective.
