HOLM Boutique & SPA - IK Collection

Hotel seems to be ran by students. The spa area needs some improvement there's a step missing in the indoor pool, water everywhere and lack of non slip signs/cleaning the area. Jacuzzi isn't very powerful. There are missing tiles and also rust showing around the pool area ceiling. The steam room smells really bad I believe it will give health problems not benefits.

Could be a beautiful hotel but the highlight of the hotel the spa needs maintenance urgently

Style over substance with badly designed spaces and fittings - the bedroom has polished tiled floors that became slippy when wet, the lighting system was confusing, loads of glass that could smash on the hard floor and the room had the view of a building site. On a plus the bed was comfortable. This was not a family friendly environment- in fact it was dangerous!
We were checked in late and not given any details about the facilities, no breakfast timings or how to use the room tech. We watched other guests be checked in and given the full experience, but we were abandoned and given very poor service.
Breakfast was OK but for some reason some tables had some of the cutlery, ours had 2 knives and others had none, very odd indeed.
The hotel is at the bottom of a steep road that larger taxis cannot descend so be prepared to risk your life on the slippy road.
Not great all in all, definitely not for families and they need to get the basics right before filling it with oddities and questionable designs.
