Beautiful hotel which we booked at the last minute.. Rooms was lovely and the comfiest bed that have ever slept in.. Staff really helpful.. Great location as well.. Only 10 minute walk to Sliema ferry.

The rooms advertised on Booking.com and that we actually booked do not exist. I spoke to the manager and she said she would get owner to look into it. Every one of the staff were excellent and will certainly be back again.

Excellent boutique hotel in an ideal location. Away from the busy areas, but only 10 minutes walk to the bay or harbour. Traditional decor with a modern twist. Great size room, comfy bed and large 'wet room' style shower. Spotlessly clean, staff were always seen to be doing a thorough job. Lovely private pool area (especially if you seek peace & quiet) - only 8 sunbeds but always seemed to be a few available. Good selection of continental and cooked breakfast, good coffee too (not always the case).

I had a great time at Palazzo Violetta. The staff are really very friendly (thanks again to Samuel and Martin for their help and advice!). The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. In addition, the location of the hotel is simply ideal. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Had a pleasant stay at violetta. Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely pool and bar area. Very modern decor. A quieter area than in the main seafront - about 10-15 minutes walk to amenities and shopping district. The owner of the hotel Justin was really lovely and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed at the wonderful Palazzo Violetta in Sliema, from May 25th to June 1st. Our stay couldn't have been any better! Our apartment was absolutely incredible. It had two large bedrooms on a mezzanine level, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath/shower and one with a walk in wet room shower), an upstairs lounge, 2 large wardrobes, a downstairs lounge/diner and a small kitchenette. Really incredible value for money and so clean (the cleaners did a fantastic job!) and very modern with all mod cons. We had a small balcony overlooking the pool area, which was nice in the mornings, when we sat there to eat our breakfast. The staff (especially Diego and Jurgen) were always polite and very helpful. The building itself is lovely and is in a quiet back street, with shops/bus stops nearby, and the Sliema harbourfront with ferries and more bus options only ten minutes away. Fantastic!

Everything you need is within short walking distance.

Rooms are lovely and daily housekeeping was to a high standard. The bed was super comfy… which is usually one of the things I really miss from home.

Staff are very polite, welcoming and helpful.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Sliema, it is perfect walking distance to Balluta bay, St Julian’s and Sliema. There are many lovely restaurants in the immediate local area, plus little mini marts selling bottled water and snacks. We found all of the staff here were really friendly and helpful, we had breakfast on a couple of the days and it did not disappoint. They had a wide variety of food to cater to all and offered a variety of hot and cold drinks. The hotel room was beautiful and spotless, with a mini bar (paid extras) and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. WiFi was brilliant, ample enough bandwidth to stream and upload. House keeping were brilliant, very trustworthy and worked around your needs. Local transport links are just around the corner with multiple bus stops along the road, and a ten minute walk to the ferry at Sliema, that gets you to Valetta in less than 15 minutes and is much more enjoyable than the bus journey! I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again when I next stay in Malta! Ten out of ten.

Stayed for week with friends. Location central to all but in quiet area. Hotel has been coverted with special attention. Some rooms better than others but most basic quite adequate.
