Only stayed here for 3 nights. Did a small weekend away just me and my mate for the Malta nightlife. Amazing location just a 3 minute walk too the night life but also far enough for peace at night. Room was spacious ( comfort room) with everything we needed. Staff could’ve been more friendly but were helpful when needed. Not sure what all the bad complaints are about . You get what you pay for really

Room smelt like sewer, air conditioning didn't work properly (sweat in bed all night so no sleep), beds have a deep encaving in the middle (cheap mattresses?) and worst of all...not enough water pressure to take a shower. Personnel were very nice but problems were not resolved!

Lovely rooms with amazing air conditioning. However the fridge did not cool down drinks. The breakfast buffet is horrible and worst continental breakfast I’ve ever had

It was a lovely hotel, but unfortunately, at the time we stayed there, building work was going on in several locations close to the hotel, which sometimes started before 8 am. It was not the hotel's fault, but it did impact several of the guests.
Some great places to eat nearby, and just a few minutes walk to two large casino's.
Lots of clubs and bars for young ones and also a new shopping centre and cinema complex.

the room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was very nice throughout our stay. for breakfast i recommend the sweet pastries, we didn't really like the sausages. friday night was really loud but overall not too bad. i recommend it!!

we did by mistake double booking for one room and they never accepted that was mistake(probably because of connection issues from the platform that we booked the room), the result was to pay one room two times

The rooms are worn down, the windows cannot be closed. Loud area. Basic accessories are missing in the room, like tissues. The food for breakfast is not served cold, so all butter, cheese is warm.

One day I return from a whole day out and my card key isn’t working, I go to the reception and they won’t let me in the room until I pay a 120euros penalty for a damaged table in the room,without even letting me view the room before I pay,after paying and returning to my room I see that nothing was damaged and all it was just a dirty table witch I cleaned with baby wipes,after requesting my money back I got a rejection in a very rude way,and got told that the owner of the hotel entered the room during the time period that I wasn’t there,without notifying me and getting my permission and it was his decision to charge,me horrible customer service,room didn’t have shampoo you could here people next door talking it was my worst stay in hotel in my life if anyone need photos to prove myself about the table situation will be glad to send you them

Located on the doorstep of the night life and local restaurants, fairly decent hotel although some of the towels were stained. Service from the staff was great. The breakfast wasn’t great, I only at the first morning. Overall 8/10.
