I stayed here as part of a package with love holidays... No issues with the hotel at all. Reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, also the bathroom was clean. I was here for one week on the presidential penthouse and the view was probably the best on the area. Was just a chaim the internet never work and the balcony sliding doors after been lock can be open from outside. The staff wasn't helpful wen I need step down weed my logage and they charge for everything thei do.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was doing our housekeeping was very polite. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and an equipped kitchen (bring dish soap and a sponge to do dishes though). There is wifi only in the reception area. Buggiba Bay bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was ok. Kitchen and bedroom in order. The sofa bed was broken. bathroom has seen the best of days years ago. No pressure when running the shower or a bath etc. Was told the place will close soon for about 3 months for refurbishment.

It was okay, clean room, friendly service, good base for trips. The sea view was amazing as others options will be with quite noisy street. Service is really supported. My AC was broken and they fixed it just immediately. For bad things, poor equipment in the kitchen. My toaster was broken. A few pots but without frying pan. We're a family of 5 and got back last week and stayed 11 days at the Sunny Coast Resort. We stayed in the apartment with what they call a partial sea view. Our room was very basic and small. 2 single beds just pushed together to make a double. You can hear the slightest noise from each of the rooms whether it be above, below or either side of the room. Staff was friendly and pleasant

Automatic check-in worked fine. Room was well equipped for self catering if you wanted. Met the friendly owners next morning who gave us lots of advice/ideas on what to do in Malta. This is a huge modern complex of apartments mixed with what seem to be student flats. The apartment we stayed in for 4 weeks (Block F, flat 7) was nicely finished and the block itself is pleasant, however can be noisy with music and children and seems to suffer some intermittent power problems at times. Despite this it was suitably placed and a decent base for our stay.

Very very good location but the place was not great. Room we got was on a ground floor. It didn’t have any view or direct sunlight. There was a mold/ watery/ moist smell in the apartment and the shower was broken so they just put the shower courtliness which I hate and it made entire bathroom wet. Great break away in Soreda alot of bad reviews about it so we were concerned at first. We stayed b&b for 10 days. I really cannot fault them breakfast was good good choice buffet style meal. very good location. very clean, with a nice polite a high professional stuff. breakfast are fantastic (exept juice at breakfast). clean and nice pool. wifi is fast but nerlar pool signal is time to time.

Location: 5 | Services: 5 We stayed here for a few days, central and very easy to access. The hotel have a small reception but the staffs made check in very efficient. Rooms are medium and have a great view only a few minutes walking distance from supermarkets, pubs and the beach.

Nice mid size hotel, which in keeping up with the modernization, with newly renovated lobby and restaurant, very good location and most important, very helpful and professional staff, always willing to help out or share some information in order to make stay better. Breakfast was good with various options and for dinner there was also very good buffet option with many local and Mediterranean courses

The hotel is in a quiet area, 7 minutes from the bus terminal. Breakfast is served from 7 up to 9:30 but they continue to fill even on 10:00! Good for us who usually oversleep 😁 The rooms are clean but the bathroom needs renovation. The woman in the reception does not speak good English

I'm sorry but we won't be going again after going many years. Previously, we stayed at the The Ramla Bay Hotel (as its where we got married from) and the value for money was first class. There was building works going on (which reflected in the price). The evening buffet was 28 Euros which was Spectacular and good value, offering amazing food for Vegetarians (like me) with meat and fish. Your buffet...

Hotel was good in general. But we rent a car and the hotel didn’t have parking spaces. It was difficult because we arrived late and we expect to find the hotel parking but instead of that we make circles to find a parking space. The location was very nice.

Absolutely loved staying here!!!! First, the location. It's right by a big bus station, so you can get your pre paid bus card for the week. Right by a supermarket and ATM. Secondly service, there are of course english speakers, room cleaning every morning. For the room itself, we knew we needed a space to ourselves for our 1.5 week stay, and the balcony, outdoor clothes line, fully kitted out kitchen...

Stayed for 13 nights in a studio room. The size of it was far larger than I expected, the full kitchen was great to be able to make own food in to give more option, the balcony was nice to be able to relax on and the bed was out of this world comfortable!! Would happily stay again.

Fantastic place for family staying in Malta 🇲🇹 Rooms very clean, nice, equipped with everything you may need during your time here. Great localisation (a walk distance from seaside and good restaurants), and wonderful, helpful, and professional crew make your time in Malta even more pleasant. My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The place was spotless, the bedrooms were of a good size, and the open plan living/dining area was amazing. We enjoyed cooling off in the rooftop pool and soaking in the sun. All the staff were superb and efficient. Will surely be returning!

We recently spent a week at the Park Lane Boutique Apartment, staying in a spacious 3-bedroom unit. The apartment had plenty of room, with two bathrooms, which was ideal for our group. The beds were comfortable, and each room had its own air-conditioning, making it easy to relax. The staff was really kind and helpful. We also enjoyed a lot our room because it was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it was two minutes away from a bus station (Bugibba Bay) and you had supermarkets and restaurants neat the hotel. We found the price even cheap if you take into consideration all the facilities that they offer.

For the price an excellent hotel. A Chinese restaurant and three nice bars opposite the hotel. So yes you will get a constant hum of voices if your room is at the front. Did not bother me at all. On the top floor of the hotel is an sunbathing area and a small pool with lovely views out to sea. Cleaning staff looked after my room very well. All staff were nice and pleasant. Was great for the hot summer back in August 2017. The owner gave us a mini fridge to use and it was just a great place to stay for the night, whether it be a single day or 2 weeks as we did. Pool at the top was amazing. even had a vending machine and public library which I kindly gave a book to. Not the greatest as it was very basic but honestly it was very good as Malta isn't a place you stay indoors...

The rooms are really decent for the price, bathroom looks recently renovated, lovely and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful - smiling and ready to help. Can you believe it was the CHEAPEST accommodation we could find in the St. Paul's Bay? Wish all our cheap stays were like that.

Close to shops and amenities. Short walk to lovely restaurants, shops, bars, the square and Buddies dive cove which is excellent for a day out scuba diving. Comfy beds and rooms cleaned each day. Shower room was nice with a powerful hot shower. Hired a small fridge for €2 a day. Room cleaned and beds made each day. Spotless bathroom. Polite and friendly staff.

Good Location, near the Bus Station. Food is OK. Rooms OK, but mattress are the worst, which I ever had in a Hotel.

We absolutely recommend this place if you’re coming to Malta, it’s probably the best hosts you’ll find! The food was great and the host even made a dish for us that we couldn’t find anywhere else! We will probably be back one day.

Everything went well, it was definitely great value for a price. The hosts were incredibly accommodating. The space was cozy and well-maintained, and the location is one of the best. Highly recommend! Very nice apartment, clean and most important, it was very close to bus stop and to the supermarket.

2 bedroom apartments are very spacious, with 2 balconies, good kitchen. Apartments are very clean, every Monday girls come for the cleaning and change of towels and bed linen. We have asked for more towels and bed linen so we could have clean towels every day. There are some small shops near where you can buy water, coffee, ...
