Staff lovely and room very clean. All areas of the hotel were too noisy for me. There was nowhere peaceful. Also the water dispenser was out of order all week.

We stayed April 6th through 19th. For an all inclusive resort it’s a fail. I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers. No soda or juice for you in room refrigerator, if you want the available you must pay a 24.95 euro per person per day for an upgrade. Most just go to...

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The coffee was great. All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public)....

Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms serviced daily, Restaurant and Bar staff all exceptional. Pool area lovely shame the roof area was closed I had pre arrival questions which were not answered prior to our arrival causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To date I am still awaiting a response from the Hotel even though I have emailed twice during my stay.

Very limited compared to the price paid

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations – beautiful facilities, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

Great hotel, great people, no one who speaks English or French

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great perk. The atmosphere was pleasant, and many little details made the stay even better. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely come back!

Rooms are basic but your not here to spend your holiday in there other than to sleep. Cleaned daily and added bonus of a fridge to keep things cool so all boxes ticked. Nice hotel, with a fancy lobby. Clean large room with ocean view. Excellent place to stay. The village is not very historic with scattered shops and restaurants. But overall a nice area. We recommend the Xemxija Hill Heritage Walk and Fort Campbell to explore non tourist stuff!

The hotel was okay but much lower than expected. I have never seen a hotel that would clean rooms every 3 days and even that cleaning was subpar and done hastily. Staff mentioned they might not be able to do cleaning and their shift was about to be over, likely they don't have enough staff and overworked. This is a very old building with subpar maintenance. The score would be higher if they didn't rip you off when the festivals are on. Also some of the bar staff literally make up the prices from one day to the next. Shame because it's a nice hotel.

Malta is an amazing spot for all types of people but the bora bora has the most laid back and energising staff and people, all walks of life and not a single person causes problems. highly recommend the rong festival which partners with the bora bora hotel, couldnt have picked a chiller spot.
