Absolutely amazing place for a kids up to 10-12 years old. Slide,good size of not deep swimming pool, shallow small swimming pool for a babies and restaurant with kid's menu. Animators work well,children involved in a different competitions and enjoy dancing as well. You can use a half day, if it's hard to stay all day. They are working up to 7PM.

A pleasant, clean hotel with all the modern conveniences you would expect. The facilities are of a good standard and the rooms themselves well-kept. I can’t speak for the food, other than for the breakfast which was a typical buffet with a wide section. The location means you will be reliant on busses or your own transport to get to any of the sights elsewhere on the island.

Its a very good hotel. For children there is enough to do and for couples too. You can relax and swim at the pool. Cleaning the rooms is absolutely professional. Recently stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive. Small mix up with my booking when we arrived at 10pm but it was sorted by the efficient reception staff. Stayed here many times. They have installed new lifts. The old ones were very dated. New ones are very speedy. Room very clean and serviced every day. Excellent breakfast and food in the downstairs cafe is very reasonably priced.

Read some poor reviews before my visit but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was modern and clean. Room was spacious with a sea view. Food, breakfast & dinner was excellent with lots of choice. Good hotel with a beautiful pool area, great views and a very nice spa. However, the rooms don't have enough European power outlets and the hotel charges for adapters. Only used the swimming pool area and private beach as was diving on the day. Pools are clean, water pleasant. Nice paddle pool for kids with fountain, which my 3YO loved. I really enjoyed the beach. Much quieter than the public beach in the bay. Free sun loungers and umbrellas. Even a little slide for kids. The sand is soft, perfect for children.

This was an amazing experience at Gillieru Harbour Hotel! I would highly recommend, the rooms are clean, staff is so attentive, professional and polite. Hotel lobby and amenities are really great, love the pool, the ocean (cement) beach is also such an experience with crystal clear water! The views are breathtaking and included breakfast is really convenient!

The manager, front desk and staff were helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Friendly atmosphere and close to everything.

I was here for one week on the presidential penthouse and the view was probably the best on the area. Was just a chaim the internet never work and the balcony sliding doors after been lock can be open from outside. The staff wasn't helpful wen I need step down weed my logage and they charge for everything thei do.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was doing our housekeeping was very polite. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and an equipped kitchen (bring dish soap and a sponge to do dishes though). There is wifi only in the reception area. Buggiba Bay bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was ok. Kitchen and bedroom in order. The sofa bed was broken. bathroom has seen the best of days years ago. No pressure when running the shower or a bath etc. Was told the place will close soon for about 3 months for refurbishment.

Location: 5 | Services: 5 We stayed here for a few days, central and very easy to access. The hotel have a small reception but the staffs made check in very efficient. Rooms are medium and have a great view only a few minutes walking distance from supermarkets, pubs and the beach.

Nice mid size hotel, which in keeping up with the modernization, with newly renovated lobby and restaurant, very good location and most important, very helpful and professional staff, always willing to help out or share some information in order to make stay better. The hotel is in a quiet area, 7 minutes from the bus terminal. Breakfast is served from 7 up to 9:30 but they continue to fill even on 10:00! Good for us who usually oversleep 😁 The rooms are clean but the bathroom needs renovation. The woman in the reception does not speak good English

I'm sorry but we won't be going again after going many years. Previously, we stayed at the The Ramla Bay Hotel (as its where we got married from) and the value for money was first class. There was building works going on (which reflected in the price). I was looking for a cheap accommodation in a central place. Got exactly that. Hotel is a bit outdated - its overall style smells like the Eighties. Staff is nice, rooms are okay, breakfast is good but could use more variability, pools are great (superb bay views from the rooftop pool). Free wifi only in lobby !!!

Paid extra for a balcony room. Could not get on the balcony as look at the photo. Door would not fully open.
