Hotels with pool in St. Pauls Bay

I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers

All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public)

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre

Noisy due to working on street ( street side room) installing underground pipes or wire. Asked if there was other room available on other side of resort away from noise, was told to check next morning

She call front desk and was told there was no child nearby until a supervisor came to check and realize there was a child in next room and was crying because being in a different environment

We did get a room change, room 132, but no sodas. With the inattentive staff and charges for sodas and robe cleaning I would not be staying at any related resorts affiliated with this brand

The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great perk

The pools were lovely, only thing that bummed me out is that they close the pools at 7pm, would have loved a sunset swim

Accommodation was fine (though we did move rooms due to a growing ants nest). Pools are lovely and not too busy, we were always able to get loungers. We went B&B which was definitely the right choice

I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive

It was all inclusive stay. Food was amazing. All that you need and even more. Hotel has amazing 11 floor pools with view on the sea.

The service at the pool bar was poor. It was hard to get a clean table for breakfast

The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile

The accessible room is very large and clean. The food is OK, not as good as the Hilton Hotel. But it is cost-effective.

Good location for a relaxing holiday. Getting around is super easy by bus, bolt or walking.

The Topaz hotel is ok for the price they charge, it definitely isn’t 5 stars but it does the job, could definitely do with an upgrade in most areas, but it was clean, and in a good location, also the staff were friendly, I stayed in a family room on the second floor, it was very nice

Old facilities, but very clean. The cleaning staff is a bit noisy but very responsible and very cost-effective. I don't recommend the restaurant very much because the food variety and quality are not very high

Rooms are tired and in need of an upgrade. This was more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the buffet food. A good tip is to download the Bolt taxi and the public Transport apps.

We visited in April for 10 days, was a really chilled out area. Rooms were spacious, had a safety deposit box as well as a mini fridge. There's 2 pools, 1 indoor 1 outdoor, the indoor one is heated and has a jacuzzi

We really liked the hotel! The staff were always attentive and friendly. We just found the guests a bit noisy in the hallways. During the night, we woke up several times to noise—but nothing related to the hotel

It is obviously an ongoing issue but failed to tell any guests. I have tried emailing them whilst we were there as well to try and get some resolution/refund/room change but no one would respond

For sustainability just get what you can. Very close to the beach, saline salt parks. Rooms were average but with regular changing of towels. Good and affordable place to stay

The pool is as per the pictures, it's quite small, but perfectly fine. We've used it every day and always found sunbeds. We are bed and breakfast and honestly with 2 fussy kids, it is great everyone was fed and happy

Just spent 4 nights at the Soreda Hotel. From a fully equipped room, the staff from the chambermaid to the catering and the whole staff. I am visually impaired and there were also guests with mobility issues

Parking, yes it is a basement, but it's free and you access it using your key card. If you're not a confident driver, I could see how it could be difficult, because of the steep slope and narrow opening

We've had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the TV worked without any problems. There was a relatively good selection of food at breakfast

Cons (depending on preference): • The pool area is very quiet. Apart from the tannoy announcing when orders are ready, there’s no background music or atmosphere. If you’re after total peace and relaxation, you’ll love it

The only thing we didn't like were the drinks served at breakfast. The coffee and orange juice were a bit insipid, and the soya milk was spoiled

Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

Nothing appeared to be too much for them. The area lacks a bit and is a bit grubby but this is more down to tourists just throwing litter on the floor. I've stayed in better definately but I've also stayed in a lot worse

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard

My only issue I had was with noisy groups of youths screaming and shouting late at night as I am a light sleeper but this isn't the fault of the hotel staff

High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation

I stayed here as part of a package with love holidays. No issues with the hotel at all. Reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, also the bathroom was clean

but just one thing that's unfortunate is that the bathroom was visually clean, but I don't think it used germicide or cleaning detergent

It is an easy-to-find and quiet hotel. They are kind and provided the necessary things

Hence, gravity is at its lowest the closer you are to the top floor. Nothing that will stop you from having a shower. Your room is made every day, and should you require a new towel, it is provided

You have a little coffee shop where you can purchase limited warm food as well as a very nice slice of carrot cake. Breakfast is in the restaurant, which is set slightly apart to eliminate evening noise

The temperature control is delicate, but once set, it is fine. Water pressure is low, but remember you are in a different country, and the water flows from a tank of the roof

Two lifts are available to transport you to your floor, or if you feel energetic, take the stairs. Our room was basic but functional

Area seems safe and caters to tourists well, apartments are close to big hotels and other accommodation so lots of restaurants near by. The bus service is really good too. The airport is around 40 minutes away by bus

The water is not drinking water, the kitchen is old, broken and stained, most other furniture looks a few decades old, the room and therefore my clean clothes, smelled of vegetable soup

The pictures are misleading, the bathroom is very old and smells musty, no hose on the shower, very small bath, TV very small, no washing machine, microwave is only by request

I'd just come from a similarly priced apartment elsewhere which was like night and day so definitely felt like I was slumming it. The bedding and towels were clean and if you just need a base, it's ok

Hotel is walking distance to nearby attractions,5 mins walk to bus station (which run regular to all mainland destinations),nearby entertainment surrounding the hotel for when the hotel bar closes?? Defo will stay here again!!

As such an excellent position this hardly mattered as don't really do breakfast much anyway. So close to the bus station and other amenities. I hired a car as well and parked every day just opposite

It's a quiet place from the party sea-side. Beautiful and great kitchen provides local dishes on any day of the week, they made me ask for recipes and ingredients and the chef shared them

I had a great experience while I was with my class this April, from the welcome to the rooms to the waiters so kind and friendly, especially Alvin that was really perfect from the beginning to the end, he should be employee of the year
