The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

The pools were lovely, only thing that bummed me out is that they close the pools at 7pm, would have loved a sunset swim

Accommodation was fine (though we did move rooms due to a growing ants nest). Pools are lovely and not too busy, we were always able to get loungers. We went B&B which was definitely the right choice

I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers

All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public)

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre

Noisy due to working on street ( street side room) installing underground pipes or wire. Asked if there was other room available on other side of resort away from noise, was told to check next morning

She call front desk and was told there was no child nearby until a supervisor came to check and realize there was a child in next room and was crying because being in a different environment

We did get a room change, room 132, but no sodas. With the inattentive staff and charges for sodas and robe cleaning I would not be staying at any related resorts affiliated with this brand

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. All staff were friendly and helpful, hotel looks exactly as on website pictures. All inclusive board option highly recommended. Quite entertaining live music from 8-11pm

The food in the pool bar is great too! I booked a land view room and ended up with a side sea view with balcony. Hotel could do with some re decorating in place but it is spotlessly clean

They have installed new lifts. Room very clean and serviced every day. Excellent breakfast and food in the downstairs cafe is very reasonably priced

We had 4 great days ,delicious food and dessert, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Every evening with great singers. Highly recommended

Two outdoor and one indoor pools are great, they have spa, hair salon, souvenir store and also have game room. They also have cigarette machine. Food is great, they have three restaurants

Sustainability: There is only 1 towel per person (which you can always exchange instead of countless ones for the roof pool There are no cons, just small things. Mattresses for tall people could be a bit longer

The bugibbah beach was right in front of the hotel and we booked a cruise right from the reception. Everything was perfect!!! Ohhh and breakfast had so many options

Nice hotel with rooftop pool and bar. Could use the pool as soon as we arrived at 11. Not a bad sea view from the room, although a building site directly in front with piles of blocks

Enjoyed breakfast, lots of choice, hot and served until 10:30am. Although don't appreciate the cleaner knocking on the door at 9. 45 waking us up after a late night when we're checking out that day

Towels were ridiculously small. I'm only small but they barely wrapped around me. Bars of soap and shower caps provided only but maid would throw it away each day which seems a waste

During our stay there was also a problem with restaurant so no food during the day. Rooms are clean with nice view of the sea. Idea of open shower badly executed - water everywhere

Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

Nothing appeared to be too much for them. The area lacks a bit and is a bit grubby but this is more down to tourists just throwing litter on the floor. I've stayed in better definately but I've also stayed in a lot worse

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard

My only issue I had was with noisy groups of youths screaming and shouting late at night as I am a light sleeper but this isn't the fault of the hotel staff

Anything else very good! Facilities great, breakfasts great, location great for holidays (which unfortunately wasn't me). I would go there anytime again, except during any school holidays anywhere in Europe;-)

It is obviously an ongoing issue but failed to tell any guests. I have tried emailing them whilst we were there as well to try and get some resolution/refund/room change but no one would respond

For sustainability just get what you can. Very close to the beach, saline salt parks. Rooms were average but with regular changing of towels. Good and affordable place to stay

All dropped beautiful. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. In the structure there are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Memorable stay

People very nice pleased to help you. rooms old fashion but very well equipped for your needs. we was not very fear away from the main square. The beach was lovely drinks bar right near can set eat

I lived here for 10 days with an Erasmus+ program. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Loved the restaurant manager Ana, and all the staff that served here Servings were all huge portions

Hotel is walking distance to nearby attractions,5 mins walk to bus station (which run regular to all mainland destinations),nearby entertainment surrounding the hotel for when the hotel bar closes?? Defo will stay here again!!

Room was spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist even gave me a travel card for the day to use on transport and recommendations for my interests. She also booked a day trip for me to Gozo

Lots in the area and very easy to get around Malta with public transport as minutes from bus stations. The only negative is there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which obstructed the sea view

the best holiday ive ever been too. The hotel was the perfect place to stay only a 5minute walk down to the beach and there are endless food options near by. all the attractions are around 10-15mins drive

Walking distance from both city centers ensures you enjoy a night out without the noisy tourist areas. A bus stop or two farther away there is a fascinating aquarium worth every minute spent there

The staff are extremely helpful. The food is good with a wide choice. Cater for gluten free and I have a shellfish allergy, they are very aware of that which is extremely reassuring for me

It's a quiet place from the party sea-side. Beautiful and great kitchen provides local dishes on any day of the week, they made me ask for recipes and ingredients and the chef shared them

There is prohibited to use towels from room for the pool - you have to rent some other for money extra. Pool on the rooftop wasn't bad, but maybe bar or some corner with vending machine in there could make it more cool

The swimming pool is nice, normal size, at the last floor, the only minus is that it's open until 7. 30 pm, so if you want to have a late swim in the evening unfortunately is not possible

Malta is an amazing spot for all types of people but the bora bora has the most laid back and energising staff and people, all walks of life and not a single person causes problems

The staff is overall very friendly and ready to help if something is needed, they are making the stay for sure a memorable one. The Pool Parties are also not missing, something that brings another benefit when staying

Lovely staff especially the reception staff Joanna and Madeline. Clean and tidy. Pool was salt water which was great but was often crowded due to the open door policy, most days it was predominantly locals.

Rooms get turned over every day with fresh towels when staying in the hotel side. And get changed on the 3rd day of a week's stay. Good basic place to put you head down after a day's diving

There is at least one indoor pool and a separate outdoor pool across the car park. The latter tends to be in shade for a large part of the day

Shower was ok, air-conditioning functional which was critical but due to high temperatures had to run all night and it was noisy as hell - we had wall built one but they have also more modern which however turn off during peak hours

I stayed a few years ago so this is based on my memory of that holiday. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The hotel actually faces inland rather than the sea so none of the rooms can offer a sea view

Quick and quiet lifts to all floors, even to the rooftop swimming pool and bar on floor 10! Staff really couldn't do enough for us to support our needs, and I'd give a special mention to receptionist Andrea, who was always there, and always had time for us

Staff were excellent and the room was spotless and comfortable. It's in the town so traffic was audible with the balcony door open, but almost silent with it closed. Bed and facilities excellent and clean

To the next bus stop it's a 3 mins walk so that you can discover the whole island very easily by public transport. Had a comfy room with awesome view at the harbor of San Pawl

During my last stay only 2 out of the 3 were working and the staff often were using one. I would recommend this hotel for good food, great pool, and good location. Just ask for a room on a low floor

This hotel is in a prime location & I'd definitely recommend it , As a family we've stayed in Malta before at 5 star places in St Julian's but we've all said we'd prefer to come back here if we do as they make you feel so welcome

As such an excellent position this hardly mattered as don't really do breakfast much anyway. So close to the bus station and other amenities. I hired a car as well and parked every day just opposite
