The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

The pools were lovely, only thing that bummed me out is that they close the pools at 7pm, would have loved a sunset swim

Accommodation was fine (though we did move rooms due to a growing ants nest). Pools are lovely and not too busy, we were always able to get loungers. We went B&B which was definitely the right choice

Breakfast menu very diverse, dinner options to. Staff very friendly and helpful. Feel the location is a bit far from Valetta, but still very good. Thoroughly love the hotel and enjoying our stay

I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers

All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. The lobby, bars, coffee shop, buffet restaurant, elevators, pool, gym (which is also open to the public)

The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre

Noisy due to working on street ( street side room) installing underground pipes or wire. Asked if there was other room available on other side of resort away from noise, was told to check next morning

She call front desk and was told there was no child nearby until a supervisor came to check and realize there was a child in next room and was crying because being in a different environment

We did get a room change, room 132, but no sodas. With the inattentive staff and charges for sodas and robe cleaning I would not be staying at any related resorts affiliated with this brand

I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive

It was all inclusive stay. Food was amazing. All that you need and even more. Hotel has amazing 11 floor pools with view on the sea.

The service at the pool bar was poor. It was hard to get a clean table for breakfast

The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile

The accessible room is very large and clean. The food is OK, not as good as the Hilton Hotel. But it is cost-effective.

Good location for a relaxing holiday. Getting around is super easy by bus, bolt or walking.

Two outdoor and one indoor pools are great, they have spa, hair salon, souvenir store and also have game room. They also have cigarette machine. Food is great, they have three restaurants

This hotel has been renovated since the street view photos. The infinity pool is amazing, the rooms were big, although the beds are quite hard. The hotel restaurant was really good quality

New, clean hotel with free parking in level -1. Very polite staff. Infiniti pool on rooftop (works 9-18, but I saw people swimming after that time). I recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and breakfast has a variety of options. It’s also in a great location. Unfortunately the bar at the rooftop pool only opened just as we were leaving so would recommend going during peak times.

Towels were ridiculously small. I'm only small but they barely wrapped around me. Bars of soap and shower caps provided only but maid would throw it away each day which seems a waste

Towels and bedding changed every couple of days, which I'm sure is enough! Food not brilliant but found some thing to eat each day. Staff very nice, so no complaints really, get what you pay for!

Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

Nothing appeared to be too much for them. The area lacks a bit and is a bit grubby but this is more down to tourists just throwing litter on the floor. I've stayed in better definately but I've also stayed in a lot worse

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard

My only issue I had was with noisy groups of youths screaming and shouting late at night as I am a light sleeper but this isn't the fault of the hotel staff

Anything else very good! Facilities great, breakfasts great, location great for holidays (which unfortunately wasn't me). I would go there anytime again, except during any school holidays anywhere in Europe;-)

It is obviously an ongoing issue but failed to tell any guests. I have tried emailing them whilst we were there as well to try and get some resolution/refund/room change but no one would respond

For sustainability just get what you can. Very close to the beach, saline salt parks. Rooms were average but with regular changing of towels. Good and affordable place to stay

All dropped beautiful. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. In the structure there are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Memorable stay

I lived here for 10 days with an Erasmus+ program. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Loved the restaurant manager Ana, and all the staff that served here Servings were all huge portions

Hotel is walking distance to nearby attractions,5 mins walk to bus station (which run regular to all mainland destinations),nearby entertainment surrounding the hotel for when the hotel bar closes?? Defo will stay here again!!

Room was spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist even gave me a travel card for the day to use on transport and recommendations for my interests. She also booked a day trip for me to Gozo

Lots in the area and very easy to get around Malta with public transport as minutes from bus stations. The only negative is there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which obstructed the sea view

the best holiday ive ever been too. The hotel was the perfect place to stay only a 5minute walk down to the beach and there are endless food options near by. all the attractions are around 10-15mins drive

Walking distance from both city centers ensures you enjoy a night out without the noisy tourist areas. A bus stop or two farther away there is a fascinating aquarium worth every minute spent there

The staff are extremely helpful. The food is good with a wide choice. Cater for gluten free and I have a shellfish allergy, they are very aware of that which is extremely reassuring for me

It's a quiet place from the party sea-side. Beautiful and great kitchen provides local dishes on any day of the week, they made me ask for recipes and ingredients and the chef shared them

There is prohibited to use towels from room for the pool - you have to rent some other for money extra. Pool on the rooftop wasn't bad, but maybe bar or some corner with vending machine in there could make it more cool

The swimming pool is nice, normal size, at the last floor, the only minus is that it's open until 7. 30 pm, so if you want to have a late swim in the evening unfortunately is not possible

Sophia on the front desk could not have been more lovely, finding a ground floor room for my dad who’s not a fan of stairs (although there is actually a lift). My husband and I were also upgraded to a sea view room

I don't think people should pay the price of a 3 star hotel and expect 5 star quality. But overall this is great value for money so can't complain!

Staff were excellent and the room was spotless and comfortable. It's in the town so traffic was audible with the balcony door open, but almost silent with it closed. Bed and facilities excellent and clean

To the next bus stop it's a 3 mins walk so that you can discover the whole island very easily by public transport. Had a comfy room with awesome view at the harbor of San Pawl

During my last stay only 2 out of the 3 were working and the staff often were using one. I would recommend this hotel for good food, great pool, and good location. Just ask for a room on a low floor

As such an excellent position this hardly mattered as don't really do breakfast much anyway. So close to the bus station and other amenities. I hired a car as well and parked every day just opposite
