Some parts could be better organised including the kids play areas closed inside and the outside on needing some love. The pool was good and the slide a nice distraction for the kids

The hotel is situated in a really good place for travelling and there's good access to local transport. The massages we received at the spa were really good

The bar tender Puskar in the all inclusive plus lounge was so attentive and friendly and he's such an asset to the hotel

We stayed here with 57 of our guests for our wedding in Malta. The hotel is clean and the food and drinks are brilliant. We experienced fantastic service and would highly recommend for families travelling in large groups

The hotel is very up to par with everything that was advertised for the hotel: there is a Spa, 2 pools outside, 2 inside, its own beach + 2 pools on the beach, a casino and a gym

Accommodation was fine (though we did move rooms due to a growing ants nest). Pools are lovely and not too busy, we were always able to get loungers. We went B&B which was definitely the right choice

We stayed over st the Dolmen for the weekend and it was amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffet was outstanding, the room was big and spacious and even included a small sofa

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. All staff were friendly and helpful, hotel looks exactly as on website pictures. All inclusive board option highly recommended. Quite entertaining live music from 8-11pm

The food in the pool bar is great too! I booked a land view room and ended up with a side sea view with balcony. Hotel could do with some re decorating in place but it is spotlessly clean

They have installed new lifts. Room very clean and serviced every day. Excellent breakfast and food in the downstairs cafe is very reasonably priced

The daily housekeeping service ensured that everything remained spotless, and the towels were consistently replaced

During my last stay only 2 out of the 3 were working and the staff often were using one. I would recommend this hotel for good food, great pool, and good location. Just ask for a room on a low floor

And for the dinner buffet there is a big variety but when there isn't too many people they make it smaller and they put what ever there is and that mostly happens from Monday to Thursday

On the downside, the adults spa pool was always full on kids, loud teenagers and even babies. They don’t seem to control this, even if it’s a “selling point”

I loved it all food and everything. But for room cleaning mostly they come late on the afternoon or shortly before 6 pm but never mornings

Two outdoor and one indoor pools are great, they have spa, hair salon, souvenir store and also have game room. They also have cigarette machine. Food is great, they have three restaurants

The room two doors down at the end of the corridor had a major leak coming down from the ceiling and the corridor and my room smelt of damp because of this

The rooftop pool offered beautiful views of the Sea. The hotel also hosted occasional live music events

The brunch had very good and plenty of food. On the advertisement they say that parking is available but the garage is closed and there are no instructions of how to enter. Parking on the street is impossible

So....food, excellent. Rooms 9/10, staff know what they're doing, management 100% friendly, cleanliness at it's best. Is there a negative expect? In my honest opinion, NO! Keep up the stirling work :)

Hotel was emaculat rooms were cleaned everyday to high standard towels replaced as needed. Only changes I would make is for us to visit earlier next time July is to hot for us

Great break away in Soreda alot of bad reviews about it so we were concerned at first. I really cannot fault them breakfast was good good choice buffet style meal

the person in charge of the indoor pool and the food was unacceptable and rude. He turned off our lights while we were changing to leave the pool area. The rooms smelled bad.

For me being disabled the hotel was just in the right place, close to shops, chemist, and bar's. The hotel in it's self was spotless, and the gentleman who did my room was excellent

It's a good base for all the amenities including the bus station, Aquarium, Car Museum. There are also plenty of shortcuts to save time. Vastly improved from when I was at the hotel before. Plenty of choice.

Nice hotel with rooftop pool and bar. Could use the pool as soon as we arrived at 11. Not a bad sea view from the room, although a building site directly in front with piles of blocks

Enjoyed breakfast, lots of choice, hot and served until 10:30am. Although don't appreciate the cleaner knocking on the door at 9. 45 waking us up after a late night when we're checking out that day

Towels were ridiculously small. I'm only small but they barely wrapped around me. Bars of soap and shower caps provided only but maid would throw it away each day which seems a waste

Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

Nothing appeared to be too much for them. The area lacks a bit and is a bit grubby but this is more down to tourists just throwing litter on the floor. I've stayed in better definately but I've also stayed in a lot worse

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard

My only issue I had was with noisy groups of youths screaming and shouting late at night as I am a light sleeper but this isn't the fault of the hotel staff

For sustainability just get what you can. Very close to the beach, saline salt parks. Rooms were average but with regular changing of towels. Good and affordable place to stay

This hotel has been renovated since the street view photos. The infinity pool is amazing, the rooms were big, although the beds are quite hard. The hotel restaurant was really good quality

On behalf of The Gang Malta Social Group, I would like to recommend a day by the pool at Sana Lounge…relaxing, nice atmosphere and the food was great. Absolutely worth it! Our members enjoyed themselves so much

I could store my luggage in a storage room before the check-in hour, which was nice! They have a nice pool which is, in my opinion, the strongest asset! They also have a restaurant and a bar, that it's not only for the hotel, where the prices were okay and the girls working at the bar were lovely! The room had a functioning air conditioning! Big plus for that! The reception was okay in terms of communication...

Now things that were not so okay. Despite they offer an everyday room cleanliness, when they offer also clean towels and arrange also the bed sheets, I have to say that the whole place itself is quite dirty and dusty

The sunchairs were stained with a disinfectant solution, thing that they do daily but they don't clean the solution itself after, which makes the sunbeds look dirty

No window or ventilation inside of it, which makes the humidity and warmth of the showers staying there or, even worse, coming in the room. The door was always hard to open, needing to push it hard while unlocking it

Only the reception and the bar were looking okay, but once you were going inside of the private area of the hotel, it was getting bad. Dead cockroaches outside and inside of the building

Hotel is walking distance to nearby attractions,5 mins walk to bus station (which run regular to all mainland destinations),nearby entertainment surrounding the hotel for when the hotel bar closes?? Defo will stay here again!!

Really amazing and great experience- rooms are really clean and washed daily, including towels and bed sheets. The breakfast food was amazing and fresh - really took care of me and my mates at the Hotels

The indoor pool was also amazing and jacuzzi and it was peaceful. Lastly the staff are the best people- always ready and happy to help with a humble and positive attitude

Calm place, not much noise around. Around 15 minutes away from town center and seaside. View could be nicer - some rubble and a little bit rundown houses. Rooms are quite clean and not too small

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The hotel is very well located with excellent views. The pool is very good and it is usually not too busy. Swimming in the sea is possible right next to the hotel.

Hence, gravity is at its lowest the closer you are to the top floor. Nothing that will stop you from having a shower. Your room is made every day, and should you require a new towel, it is provided

You have a little coffee shop where you can purchase limited warm food as well as a very nice slice of carrot cake. Breakfast is in the restaurant, which is set slightly apart to eliminate evening noise

The temperature control is delicate, but once set, it is fine. Water pressure is low, but remember you are in a different country, and the water flows from a tank of the roof

Breakfast was great ,plenty of choice from continental to cooked. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Easy reach to all restaurants and the all-important bus station
