Do not use this hotel. I slipped on their wet marble stairs and they did not care. They had no first aid kit and did not offer any medical support. I asked for late check out so I could rest my foot and they said the hotel was booked. It was not as I could still book a night on booking.com

The hotel is far from 4 stars . The first impression was that when I opened the room it stank of cigarettes. There was a woman's long hair on the back of the bed, and there was also one in the toilet. The floor is dirty 🤮, 2 two pieces of soap Are you seriously just soap now 🤦🤦🤦.At the reception I asked if the hotel had a swimming pool inside. The receptionist was surprised by this question. Honestly, I'm shocked.I'll add a photo so you can see.
Do you think it's normal when a client checks into a room and the room smells of cigarettes?Or there are stains of dirt on the floor that the maids didn’t wash off.I pay money and I want to get some minimal comfort from it.I don't ask for flowers and slippers in the room, it's just cleanliness that is provided in all hotels I myself worked as a maid in a hotel, we had strict rules and we never had anything like this in a room as I saw in this hotel What you wrote to me is that the comments are unfair on my part.I think you would also be outraged if you checked into a room that smelled of cigarettes, had stains on the floor, and had I don't think I wrote in the comments that you have anything to do with the pool that is inside the hotel. I asked at the reception, I don't understand what they said, either it was open or it was closed, they themselves don't know. some strange piece of toilet paper hanging there.If you want more clients, more money, change the concept, change the approach to cleanliness, change something in the hotel You are replacing me, the quiet maid, with the manager Buy courses on hotel and staff development.

I am delighted to share my impressions from my stay at the Il Palazzin hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, making me feel right at home from the start. Additionally, the bathroom was equally clean and convenient, and the beds provided excellent sleep after a day full of adventures. An exceptional amenity was finding a coffee and tea making set in the room, which further enhanced the stay. Each room also had its own balcony, where I could enjoy the view of the surroundings. I must also mention the brilliant chef who provided us with exceptional culinary experiences throughout our stay. His creativity and ability to blend flavors made every meal a true feast for the palate and stomach. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. I will definitely return to Il Palazzin with more groups to share this wonderful experience with others 🌟❤️

We stayed here for a few days, central and very easy to access. The hotel have a small reception but the staffs made check in very efficient.
Rooms are medium and have a great view only a few minutes walking distance from supermarkets, pubs and the beach.

Nice mid size hotel, which in keeping up with the modernization, with newly renovated lobby and restaurant, very good location and most important, very helpful and professional staff, always willing to help out or share some information in order to make stay better. Breakfast was good with various options and for dinner there was also very good buffet option with many local and Mediterranean courses.

The hotel is in a quiet area, 7 minutes from the bus terminal.
Breakfast is served from 7 up to 9:30 but they continue to fill even on 10:00! Good for us who usually oversleep 😁
The rooms are clean but the bathroom needs renovation.

I'm sorry but we won't be going again after going many years. Previously, we stayed at the The Ramla Bay Hotel (as its where we got married from) and the value for money was first class. There was building works going on (which reflected in the price). The evening buffet was 28 Euros which was Spectacular and good value, offering amazing food for Vegetarians (like me) with meat and fish. Your buffet was 22 Euros and sparse with cold chips and vegetables and a few items of salad! Your food was really bad with no choices! The surrounding area was so dirty and mucky with cement that we got it on our shoes and clothes. We also weren't told about this when we booked (unlike the Ramla Hotel).

Great staff, very good hotel. An exceptional Manager who takes care of every detail. The restaurant serves very good and plentiful meals. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a nice time in Malta.

Overall it was a nice experience mostly because staff is very nice and helpful but it was a bit disappointing as it is more a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel.
*The bedroom was of a good size with recent refurbishment and decor with a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs, safe, AC, mini fridge, large flat TV and a kettle with tea and coffee. Good soundproofing. Comfortable bed and pillows. A nice and warm rug on the floor would be perfect as tiles can be very cold.
*The bathroom inside the bedroom was from a different decade. Very dated and in need of work - more a 2 star hotel bathroom. The amenities were resumed to 2 very small and flat soaps and a questionable liquid inside a container attached to the wall. With Hairdryer.
*breakfast was my biggest disappointment. Being a 4 star hotel I was expecting more variety and more quality. It's a good breakfast for a 3 stars Hotel, not 4.

*indoor pool a small square in a neglected area, up on the roof.
