Topaz Hotel

Rooms are tired and in need of an upgrade. This was more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the buffet food. A good tip is to download the Bolt taxi and the public Transport apps.

The Topaz hotel is ok for the price they charge, it definitely isn’t 5 stars but it does the job, could definitely do with an upgrade in most areas, but it was clean, and in a good location, also the staff were friendly, I stayed in a family room on the second floor, it was very nice. My friends had different rooms and those weren’t so great, I would stay at this hotel again.

A good hotel in a good location only a 8 minute walk to Buggiba bay square. The room are ok with good air conditioning and a small fridge. The food is good and they do a half board plus which includes drinks with the evening meal. The only downside is the lifts, they are slow and often are not working. During my last stay only 2 out of the 3 were working and the staff often were using one.
I would recommend this hotel for good food, great pool, and good location. Just ask for a room on a low floor.

The hotel impresses with its size and beautifully maintained facilities. Our room was particularly remarkable: the largest room with six beds, even though we had booked for four. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities including a TV, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, hangers, a toilet, and fresh towels. The daily housekeeping service ensured that everything remained spotless, and the towels were consistently replaced.

The bathroom was in excellent condition, featuring a shower and bathtub, and we always had hot water available, adding to our comfort and satisfaction. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend booking at least breakfast as part of your stay—it’s well worth it.

The hotel boasts both an outdoor and an indoor pool, both of which are meticulously maintained. The outdoor pool is especially spacious and popular, with a restaurant nearby. Both pools are equipped with loungers, and the hygiene is well-managed with showers and restrooms located conveniently.

For families with children, the hotel offers a game room, which is great for keeping the little ones entertained. Elevators are available to ease movement throughout the hotel, and there is a room where you can store your luggage if your flight is later than the check-out time.

The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or provide helpful advice. The reception is available 24/7, ensuring that any questions or requests can be promptly addressed.

Great value for money, very friendly staff. Very clean throughout. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. Will definitely come back, could not reccomend enough.

Old facilities, but very clean. The cleaning staff is a bit noisy but very responsible and very cost-effective. I don't recommend the restaurant very much because the food variety and quality are not very high. The transportation is very convenient, 4 minutes to the bus station
