Enjoyed our stay over Christmas, would recommend hotel and stay again.

All staff very friendly and attentive.

Located close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. Is in ‘party area’ however we didn’t have any issues with noise from the bars and didn’t disturb sleep.

Breakfast was okay, there wasn’t much variety and it was the same every day so we didn’t eat there everyday.

Mulled wine and minced pies in reception was a nice touch

Enjoyed the ice cream shop attached to hotel.

Room was big and kept clean, rooms were slightly too warm.

Stay was very good, staff was super kind and quick to react. Worth the money and the outdoor pool is gorgeous.
Their breakfasts are good too!

Wish they dealt with mold in our room, wasn’t very bad but it was a bit concerning, so look out for that (the only reason I gave the place 4 stars)

Location is great if you love nightlife. If you are older, then you definitely need your ear plugs. Lovely small beach but then all the beaches are small here in Malta. You can get buses to all the places of interest from St Julian.

To start I have to say only one word which describes this hotel perfectly and that is brilliant. The hotel itself is in a very interesting, yet very convenient place - inside a shopping centre. That may sound like a problem for someone but trust it isn’t because you cannot hear any noises from the shopping centre and it brings you the advantage of having everything you can even think of at a walkable distance (clothing shops, supermarket, restaurant, take away food etc.)

The rooms are very comfortable and modern but maintain a cozy atmosphere. The amenities are amazing and a welcome kit with a traditional maltese snack and a drink is a great example of an exemplary customer care. The superior room I stayed in was extremely spacious with a seating area inside and on the terrace.

The breakfast was a big surprise for me with wide variety of different dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, amazing fresh pastries and good drink choices. Overall a very good experience.

Last but not least is the excellent customer service. When we arrived at the hotel I was absolutely blown away by the very kind and personal approach from the young receptionist Walid who was speaking english very well. Next day I asked if it is possible to maybe find a new room for me because I am a sensitive person when it comes to noises from the streets and our room was facing the main street which is busy even during the night and was immediately taken care of by the hotel manager and customer service agent who showed me a possible replacement room and they prepared it for me in just an hour.

Overall I’d have to say this hotel is a perfect choice for everyone including a very demanding customer like myself. I will use the words of the hotel manager “At Be hotel everything is possible” and I can proudly say these words are pure truth.

Great value for money. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is helpful and efficient. I especially commend Ms. Martina and Ms. Loredana for their help with a special request - preparing a birthday surprise for my partner.

We really liked the outdoor and indoor pool. Neatness and cleanliness at an enviable level.

This area is very young and loud. So some of room is very noisy and can’t sleep till 4am (Club music stops at 4am). We asked to change the room and we got quite room and sleep well next day. Generally this hotel has great value. Specifically the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Beach is walkable 2-3mins as well. Most of staffs are friendly and helpful. I was bit impressive the cleaning staffs.

Me and my husband have been staying at the hotel for the past few days. Would absolutely return. Lovely room. Ideal location. The staff are brilliant and the roof top is amazing.

The hotel is located very central in St. Julians. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. It is very close to the clubs & bars so on the weekend it gets a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints. We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!

My Partner and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, we were asked when we got to our room if everything was ok, and we showed them how squeaky the bed was, they wanted to change it straight away, but we convinced them the next day was better as were out all day. We came back and the squeaky bed was gone, and a new bed was in the room. We tried to make there life easier by assisting them to not clean our towels every day and make our own bed, but Alas they changed our towels and made our bed. Every night they would close our curtain and pulled our bed and left a chocolate 🍫.. the sweetest gesture any hotel has ever done. The staff work around the clock to make your stay comfortable.. I’m so happy with the service here and would recommend it to anyone staying in Malta .. thank you so much for everything to all the staff and to Karen for recommending the most amazing time in Camino Island and booking us on the most awesome boat for the day.. 🏝️🩷
