This area is very young and loud. So some of room is very noisy and can’t sleep till 4am (Club music stops at 4am). We asked to change the room and we got quite room and sleep well next day. Generally this hotel has great value. Specifically the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Beach is walkable 2-3mins as well. Most of staffs are friendly and helpful. I was bit impressive the cleaning staffs.

Me and my husband have been staying at the hotel for the past few days. Would absolutely return. Lovely room. Ideal location. The staff are brilliant and the roof top is amazing.

The hotel is located very central in St. Julians. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. It is very close to the clubs & bars so on the weekend it gets a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints. We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!

My Partner and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, we were asked when we got to our room if everything was ok, and we showed them how squeaky the bed was, they wanted to change it straight away, but we convinced them the next day was better as were out all day. We came back and the squeaky bed was gone, and a new bed was in the room. We tried to make there life easier by assisting them to not clean our towels every day and make our own bed, but Alas they changed our towels and made our bed. Every night they would close our curtain and pulled our bed and left a chocolate 🍫.. the sweetest gesture any hotel has ever done. The staff work around the clock to make your stay comfortable.. I’m so happy with the service here and would recommend it to anyone staying in Malta .. thank you so much for everything to all the staff and to Karen for recommending the most amazing time in Camino Island and booking us on the most awesome boat for the day.. 🏝️🩷

Nice hotel in a mall area close to the beach and public transport in a more party area. Loredana and Martina (staff) were very helpful with moving rooms due to the shower in the first room having a significant leak on the floor. The first room was street side which came with the nightlife noise. The second room was inward and very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was good. The rooftop pool is worth an afternoon.

Malta enchanted us! We arrived at the hotel very early, we arrived at 10:00, but we received the room within 10 minutes thanks to the wonderful lady who served us at the reception - best regards! Beautiful, modern, clean hotel in the center of St. Julianas. The room is very large and has everything you need. Very comfortable beds. One morning, after a temporary power failure, the air conditioning did not work. After calling the reception, it was fixed within 10 minutes, wow! Even though the hotel is located in a shopping mall, which raised our doubts, everything is very well connected here. Spectacular view of the rooftop pool and gym available 24/7. The breakfasts are also very tasty, fresh and of good quality. We will recommend it to all our friends. We also intend to come back. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is very nice. Room is very clean and big,when you close window you don't hear any noise,pool on the rooftop is clean and the breakfast is very good 😍. Prices of drinks on the rooftop pool is not so big and we had breakfast included in the price we paid so we could eat every morning lots of different food and drinks. Stuff is very polite and they helped us with everything we asked. Restaurants with good prices,local buses,night clubs are in area of few minutes walking.Only because l workout,in the future gym part could be with more equipment. That's only what l suggest for the future. I recommend this hotel !!! 10/10 !!!! 🙂🙂🙂

A wonderful hotel. Rooms cleaned every day and made up lovely. Chocolates left by cleaners and also we got Kinnie and some snacks upon arriving. The rooftop pool was lovely and table service with bar excellent, though there can be a wait when its busy, but this is understandable. The breakfast selection was highly impressive. Our king size bed was lovely.

Word of caution - if you find it hard to sleep then ear plugs could be needed due to noise from the nearby Paceville strip. However we found it okay and it was nice to see a buzzy place. Highly recommended.

First of all we would like to thank the be.Hotel for having us. I have some mixed feelings about our stay. There were some great things about it and some needing fixing.
Conclusions:
(+) Very friendly staff and excellent cleaning service.
(+) A welcoming gift upon arrival: local soda and chips - it was really nice and felt really good!
(+) Fridge in the room.
(+) Enough room for your clothes.
(+) Shops and cafes nearby.
(+) Good window curtains.
(+/-) View. It depends on your room. Some see the sea, some see the shopping mall probably. We saw the sea :)
(+/-) Location. Depends on what you like. It's close to the clubs and city center. On the other hand it is loud because of it in the night, especially in the weekends.
(+/-) Right now (may 2024) when you open the balcony you hear the construction noise coming from the nearby construction site during the day. That is in no means any fault of the hotel and it won't be an issue in the future, but right now it is annoying.
(-) Breakfast. It ought to be better. Every day the same things. One type of cheese and two types of hams. Not many vegetables. Not many fresh fruit. Butter is blah.The pastry is gummy and not good. Buns were acceptable, nothing more. The coffee from the coffee machine is awful. On the positive note: great fresh orange juice, tasty fried eggs. Oh, and don't forget you can order coffee from the bar! A really great espresso or whatever you want - we just figured it out on our last breakfast. Staff in the breakfast area - they were great, helpful and smiling.
(-) Minor defects in the room: for example: broken toilet paper hanger, soap dispenser working too hard and spilling soap.
(-) Small balconies.

I really hope this opinion will help the hotel improve for the better because it has the potential!
