Nice place,connected to Ipoh Parade with so many restaurants. Cozy, nice pool and clean rooms ❤️ The hair salon downstairs got discounts for the hotel guests 👍🏻

The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located near the mall. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the amazing nasi lemak!

I recently stayed at WEIL Hotel Ipoh and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ipoh, connected to shopping mall, which incredibly convenient.
The room was clean, spacious, Firstly I booked to deluxe room and the team of housekeeping done decorated some birthday deco with plate of fruits platters…slices of cake but unfortunately I have to upgrade to next category with some charges since I came down all the way from kL to celebrate my sister birthday. The room which I stayed at 11 floor comfortable, with a modern design and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciate to Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay.
The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Check-in (Hakim) and check-out were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly. Their hospitality made a real difference.
Breakfast at The TIFFIN was another highlight — a great spread with both local and international options. Everything was fresh and tasty, with attentive service in the restaurant.
I also really enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Ipoh.
Overall, WEIL Hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ipoh.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Provide free limited parking space on the 4th Floor. Room installed with premium Water Filter and bath tub. Complete toiletries, hair dryer and ironing board. Free minibar with 2 soft drinks and 2 packs of nuts.
Supper came with a plain porridge, homemade soya drink and a red rice desert. Breakfast is quite simple with limited choices.

Good location being directly linked to the Ipoh Parade. Shopping mall, 20 minutes walk from the old town.

Big and clean room. There is a safe security box in the room. Good mattress and pillows.

There is a nice bathtub. However, oddly, there is no place in the bathroom to put towels -- inconvenient.

I like the infinity swimming pool at the rooftop with a lovely view over the city and the distant hills.

Hotel carpark is at Level 4, quite a drive up the circular ramp.

Breakfast is not gantastic but acceptable.

Celebrated my anniversary here, Weil Hotel delivered more than my expectations right from checking in. Location is right next to a mall. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was good, there is a special touch to provide complimentary supper of congee and sweet soup. There is also Netflix and Youtube on its TV for earlier nights in the room. Only comment is that the washroom flush strength is a little weak for my room. Absolutely left a last impression of Ipoh as a first time visitor. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit again.

Good location connected to a mall. A bit of walking distance to local attraction like Concubine lane etc. Good breakfast spread and a simple supper of porridge, sweet soup and soya bean drink. Easy to move around using Grab.

It’s just 12 mins drive from the airport. The hotel room is clean and spacious with comfortable beddings. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement.

The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity.

However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience.

Hotel location is next to a shopping mall where you can get groceries easily. You can order a grab car to go every where easily. The hotel room is spacious and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is long queue even at 10am, buffet spread is ok only and taste so so only. The parking is complimentary for in-house guest.
