A lovely place. Great activities on a daily basis. No need to leave the hotel if all you want to do is relax. The only problem waa that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell because of old piping.

Disappointed - Not the Westin
Standard I Expected
My recent stay was sadly disappointing
The room, unfortunately, did not meet
the standard of cleanliness I associate
with the Westin brand.
For a hotel that prides itself on
wellness and a pristine environment,
this was a letdown. The fundamentals
of housekeeping seem to have been
overlooked, making an otherwise
comfortable room feel neglected and
not worth the premium price.

Magical experience in the luxury out of town hotel. Infinite pool with swim up bar was gorgeous. Food and drinks in the bar and also insides restaurant was of a very high standard and great choices. Staff were so friendly and professional. Definitely recommend

Overall good stay and will return for next visit
Sound proof is good and got a good rest throughout the stay. The pool is great for my 6 years kid. Facilities need some upgrade as it may be quite old but they maintained it quite well.
Hotel location is not an issue as in langkawi, all the attraction is not near to one another. Just rent a car if possible.
Maybe a small issue to raise: If possible, catch the monitor lizard around the garden area to the pool. met 3 such lizards. Thanks

We booked the 2 bedroom suite which was beautiful and very spacious with a large balcony wrapping the entire suite. Unfortunately they were carrying out repair works on the room above us when we arrived, hence we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom garden villa after the 2nd night.
The only drawback was that the entire resort is somewhat dated, the 2 bedroom garden villa was also dated.
Breakfast was very good with a fantastic roti cannai station. The room service at night left much to be desired however, we ordered the roti cannai, beef burger, fried kway tiao, nasi lemak and satay, all were not nice. The day time kitchen seems better than the night, we ordered the chicken noodles which was very good.
Pictures are of the garden villa. Did not manage to take pictures of the suite in time.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Has a fantastic view of the Andaman Sea. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. My kids really enjoyed the facilities and had a pleasurable memory. Thank you
