Impiana KLCC Hotel

Appalled at the attitude of your concierge. Dined here many times and the restaurant manager said the parking ticket can be validated, and then the person at the check-in counter said I could get the flat rate of rm15 instead of the hourly rate, which would’ve cost me RM11 (rm7 first hour and rm4 subsequent hr). I then said, wouldn’t make sense to pay more, and the other lady at the counter rudely said “this hotel is not confusing” while raising her voice, and rudely showed me the placard of where to pay for the parking. Such a sad state of affair that this hotel would’ve this kind of service when the bookings and the patrons eating at the restaurant are dire. Please fix this service, such an embarrassment for this establishment.

We stayed 5 nights, I was looking forward to it as we visited in Oct last year and was perfect.
Upstairs could hear the noises quite late at night.
1 night we heard next door laughing and banging 12-1am on the Monday night woke us up. We had an early get up the next morning and the staff said would we like to move had it been 10am good solution but at 1am would have been a disaster.
We got to breakfast at 6:30 when they said they open as we only had 30mins and quite a few things were not ready.
Cleaning- a few marks etc, but I think this was a staffing issue, we saw 1 guy on the floor the whole time, maybe pair two cleaners up and the performance will be quicker and more thorough, he was working hard. Windows were very dirty maybe should schedule an external clean.
It’s the simple things like check in, check out, and moving around the hotel that lacked sincere friendly attitude.
Bed was comfortable room was spacious and nice, air con was in great order it’s a perfect location with easy access to many locations.
Maybe we got them at a bad time, but I couldn’t wait to come back and now I’ll find it hard to book them again for our next visit.

I have Booked a Club room, it's one of the good categories as per the hotel.
it's one of the worst experiences in this hotel. I checked in on 6th Nov. & till today I have found 2 times cockroaches in the room & even after calling on reception these people don't care.
again I complained then they shifted to another room.
I have given laundry to them n they took 3-4 days to give it back after dancing many times on their heads.
TV issues... No one takes the call from reception.
once I went for breakfast by 10 AM and they winded up everything..!!!!
they have the same breakfast every day..!! no change in the menu.
I went to the gym and in the evening there was rain n after working out while sitting on the chair the water drop started..!!!!
They don't clean the rooms for 2-3 days.!!! they just come make the bed clean, okay n go.!! No wash Room Cleaning..
I have called Reception to discuss the issues and the reception lady says I am the manager..!!!

I Strongly suggest not booking this hotel.
