From the counter staff and doormen to the restaurant waiters and room cleaners we encountered during our stay, everyone was courteous and helpful. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea for guests, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Although the food was simple, it was delicious. Enjoying a cup of coffee, tea, or red wine with locally flavoured snacks was a pleasant way to spend a hot afternoon.
The hotel’s location was another highlight—situated just outside the perpetually crowded Bukit Bintang area, yet within walking distance of Jalan Alor Food Street.

Location is great and convenient! Hotel room is sufficient for 3 pax as we booked for triple room. Aircon was really powerful and kept us cool.
Only downside was the pillow was too soft.

The pictures are better than reality. Location is good, staff friendly but rooms do definitely need renovation! Mattress are terrible, looks like you lie in a hole. Breakfast is so so. A good tourist hotel but nothing more and luckily that is good enough for the majority of the guests.

Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient location within Bt Bintang but away from the crowd. Eateries nearby. Complimentary afternoon tea was a pleasant gesture for guests. Breakfast spread simple but delicious.
Cons: Age of hotel shows in the wall, fittings such as basin and water closet.

Enjoyed the free afternoon tea..reception was very helpful answer our questions. The amenities are readily available to help yourself. The hotel provided Dyson hairdryer, just inform the reception and it will be sent to your room.

All the staff at the lobby is very friendly and very helpful! They are also polite and willing to help solve any issues that you might have. Hotel room is ok and roomy. Beds are decently comfortable and location is quite convenient too. Would recommend this place and it is decently budget friendly too.

Great location, around the corner of Bukit Bintang Station. Everywhere is walking distance and hid away from the crowded shopper. Special thanks to Ms Carmen who we met during check in and check out, she took care of us when we arrived earlier than the check in time, helping us to store our luggage in order for us to for a walk comfortably while waiting for our room. Hotel high tea offering allow us to hid away from the afternoon sun while enjoying a cozy high tea session. All the hotel staff who we come across are friendly and always carrying a smile. Some corner of the room are showing aging sign but they are minor issue to us as long the room is clean. Gym seem to be a forgotten area but pool quite empty when we visited.

Beautiful interior and exterior and located centrally, steps away from the busy Bukit Bintang cross walk. It's located near convenience stores, coffeeshops and many malls. Rooms are great, if a little dark. Staff were friendly.
