Fantastic hotel. Clean room, looks like newly renovated. WiFi speed is fast! Location is strategic. Highly recommended! Downside is, it can be noisy if window face main road. But okay for me.

This hotel public toilet not so clean, and cleaner also really rude (the one who wearing hijab and fair in skin). Then, public surau also not so convenient because very hot. No air-conditioning and fan.

The hotel service is definitely POOR. I was charged 60++ just because I used the face towel for wiping my face and left some make up stain which is totally CLEANABLE. I ASKED FOR THE T&C BUT THEY DON’T HAVE IT. So the fee we paid for the hotel doesn’t include with cleaning service??? LOL SO I CAN’T USE THE FACE TOWEL TO WIPE MY FACE??????? Why does the hotel even provide it in the first place???

Love the bed. This hotel just for sleep coz a lot of entertainment it's waiting outside of the hotel. Everything was ohsem . Parking inside the building but if your room below level 8. You had to paid rm16. Deposit rm100.

My 3rd times staying here was so different than before pandemic. Now room is not cool. Reception staffs not so helpful. I request 3 cards room, but they only can give me 2 because its hotel system, even if i resist to pay. First time i heard that.

Room is poorly hygienic. I have quite sensitive skin when it comes close to dust, and I couldn't stop itching the minute I stepped in the room! There were little cocoons in the corners of the ceiling, ants everywhere. Pillows and sheets were quite stained, and the towels were so old (there were even holes...). But location is great, and some staff were very accommodating and nice.

Very strategic location; right opposite Pavillion. Rooms are alright though, not too fancy. The mattress is very hard & the pillows are too soft

We passed by Ansa hotel during our previous trip to KL. Decided to try this hotel due to its amazing location. We book one deluxe twin and one deluxe double room for this trip.
Rooms was big and clean. Complete with coffee making and ironing facilities. Toilet is separated from the shower. Mattress is a little hard. Hotel does not serve breakfast

Hi, actually I did feedback to your receptionist but she asked me to write in.
I would like to give feedback and comments for the three-night stay from 4th to 6th Oct.
1. The tower was old and got dirty stains.
2. The bad was not in good condition. My back part was "sunken", too low when I sleep on the bed. Not comfortable.
3. TV channel's reception was very bad.
Other then that, all facilities are good in the room.

Modern, functional room. The bed is barely long enough for someone like me who is only 5 ft 6.5 in tall but pretty wide. Towels are a bit old. Pillows are great and you can sleep very well except for occasional noise from nearby construction at night.
Not ideal for shaving (my spouse had a hard time). Maybe they can put a mirror in front of the basin or turn the basin towards the wall mirror.
Great location for a lovely shopping and dining experience at the Pavilion, Isetan, etc.
