Location very strategic. But i feel so disappointed with the service. I change my room in day two, but i left my iphone charger in the room before. I told the receptionist i that night and they said i should be back tomorrow morning to confirm with the housekeeping. When i come back in the morning, they said there is no charger left in that room. It's too impossible because i l'm sure the charger left in that room 619. I feel too disappoint.

Very convenient place to get around with lots of great food in the area. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. About 8 minutes walking distance to train station. With Petaling Street near by, the are lots of bargains around for clothing, bags, and etc.
*Note: i had encounter lots of beggars around the area in my recent visit. There are also scammers and pickpockets as well as molesters who take advantage of foreigners and locals in the area especially in and around Petaling Street. So, be careful and be on a lookout if you are staying in this area.

One of the Pathetic Hotels I have stayed in past few years. The AC (Air-conditioning).is centralized, and it sucks. Room is very hot. The bathroom shower sucks. Only advantage is located in prime city. Rest service wise it's pathetic. I don't recommend this place.

Not sure what views they're talking about? Charging our devices was a huge pain as the sockets are not in good working order. The wifi is very spotty on the 12th floor. I have to agree with the other reviewers that the customer service is awful. If they have a restaurant here, it is a well kept secret.

My recent stay at this budget-friendly hotel for a business trip offered clean and comfortable rooms but came with a few drawbacks. The customer service lacked enthusiasm and left much to be desired, as exemplified when I requested two hotel cards for our twin room, only to be denied despite ample cards in sight. Another downside was the steep parking fees, which significantly increased the overall cost of the stay. While the hotel's rooms were pleasant and economical for business travellers , those seeking attentive customer service and affordability in parking should be cautious when choosing this establishment.

Overall room clean and cosy but maybe the time I go the hotel (lobby) need to undergo some piping maintenance the smell can be annoying
