Reviews
Bed is comfortable. Many TV channel. Water pressure is good.
Breakfast spread is good.
Everything is perfect. Maybe only 1 thing that need to take note is the corridor lights too dim. Can change to more brighter light.
In overall, very satisfied with this hotel. It's better than 4 or 5 star.
Will definitely come back.
I did not avail their breakfast so I can’t give any comments about it but:
The room is adequate for solo/couple, but for some it may be too cramped. I find the size just right, I can still move and pack around. They have a common water dispenser near the elevators, kettle, pitcher, enough small plates and utensils, flat iron, and television works fine.
Accessible outlets whether you are working at the desk or just need to charge electronics while you’re in bed. My view is the train station and a couple of KL landmarks from afar. My only comment is there seems to be a smell in the toilet area (?)
I attended an event here and function rooms can get extremely cold, but they do serve decent appetizers.
My favorite part about this is the strategic location because it connects to a mall, and really accessible to the train station.

🕘 Arrival & Expectations
We arrived at 9:00 AM, based on a phone call made the day before. We were informed that:
• Breakfast buffet runs till 10:30 AM
• No queue — walk in anytime
We planned our morning entirely around this information.
⚠️ Reality at the Entrance
On arrival, we were met with a long queue.
Staff informed us the buffet was already full.
Only after explaining the phone conversation were we told we could wait, with an estimated 1-hour waiting time.
The communication was inconsistent. Clear and accurate information from the beginning would have avoided confusion and wasted time.
⏳ After the Wait
After waiting an hour, we finally entered — unfortunately:
• Many buffet items were already finished
• The spread was far below expectations
📸 Expectation vs Reality
What was shown on Instagram reels looked nothing like the actual buffet experience.
🕥 Breakfast Timing Issue
Even for hotel guests, this wasn’t worth it.
People arriving in the last 30 minutes found that most of the food was already gone.
At 10:30 AM, the restaurant completely stops breakfast service, regardless of guests still dining.
✨ The Positives
• Atmosphere — Looked good
• Service — Staff were polite and helpful
✦ Final Verdict
Overall, a disappointing experience.
I regret planning my visit based on the information provided earlier.
If breakfast is advertised till 10:30 AM, food availability and service should be consistent until the end — for both walk-in customers and hotel guests.
The mall has plenty of restaurants — Malay, Western, and many more. Public transport is easy to access too, with the LRT and Grab nearby.
I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. There are quite a lot of tourists here, and the atmosphere feels lively.
I like that they provide a water dispenser near the lift for easy refills, and an iron and ironing board in the room.
Suggestion: The carpet and curtains could use a deep cleaning to make the room feel fresher.
Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city! 🌟
The hotel room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as fresh towels, slippers, toothbrush, soap, coffee, and tea. Housekeeping service was excellent, and the reception staff were polite and very helpful.
During check-out, we were able to store our luggage temporarily while doing some last-minute shopping at Mid Valley. The waiting area was also comfortable while waiting for our Grab ride back to KLIA2.
Overall, it was a sweet and memorable short getaway.
