Friendly staff - hotel is under renovation so if you park at the basement, you need to go up the stairs. Advisable to unload luggage/ people at the lobby or better still use valet parking. Wish this was informed in the hotel website..

Went for company event, nice architecture design and good service. Buffet food at Zest Cafe is quite good, food was fresh except the roasted chicken.

However the lift at the parking lot was broken during my visit and we have to come several doors as more of the parking space is occupied. Parking fee is not cheap, RM4 per hour. If having event there can get flat rate RM12 but you have to bring your card to the lobby to get the discount

The venue for the event was perfect - the decorations were stunning and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for making connections and networking. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great event location.

My wife and I had the opportunity to break our fast during Ramadan and decided to visit the restaurant on 19 April 2023, towards the end of the holy month, hoping for a lesser crowd. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the crowd was indeed lesser compared to the mid-fasting month when we had previously visited. We requested a table for two inside the restaurant, and we were accommodated, which we appreciated.

The restaurant had many food options, and I had the chance to try grilled cow's tongue, which was a new experience for me. While I wasn't a fan of the texture, I found it to be acceptable. However, the satay was the star of all the dishes, and I enjoyed it very much.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their good service. However, we felt that the live performance on stage was unnecessary and loud, adding to the already noisy atmosphere created by the crowd.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our iftar at the restaurant. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a variety of food options during Ramadan. Thank you for providing us with a memorable experience.

Note: There were flies buzzing around the food inside the restaurant and hopefully something can be done in the future to avoid this

Stayed in this hotel with family to celebrate new year.

We had teatime and dinner at the executive lounge, although it was very crowded the staff did their best to serve us as good as possible.

For the night time we received complementary tickets for the new year party at the palm garden next door which was well organized.

The countdown we attended at the hotel where we enjoyed the live music at their recently reopened bar at lower ground floor. The hospitality of the staff at the bar was amazing and the service was next level. A big thank you to the staff there to make the start of 2023 a memorable experience.

Breakfast was outstanding, the variety of the breakfast beats any hotel we have visited before.

The facilities are worth mentioning, the swimming pool is quite large with a dedicated kids pool, there are some mini games to play next to the pool. The kids world was fantastic as well.

The rooms itself are spacious, clean and had anything needed to make the stay comfortable.

Had a flight cancelled and Malaysia Airlines put us here. The rooms and hotel were great. Food wasn't the best as it was local cuisine (which is great), in the local language (could not understand what each dish was) so I could only eat the pastas and dessert. Would definitely go again if I had the chance!
