I liked the room and the bed was cosy.
The cleaning of the bathroom needs more attention, the sink/ toilet area was clean but the shower needs a good scrubbing and maybe re -grouting . If that is changed, it will be 5 stars
Breakfast was amazing, there was so much to choose from and all was delicious, a special shout out to Mimi, she is the most lovely and cheerful waiter at breakfast, she is attentive and kind. She really made the day special.

Cleaning in the room lack details. there was some obvious dust on the ground and stayed there literally for 2 days. (pic attached)
This wonderful hotel is absolutely worth recommending! The night view is stunning, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. It’s definitely one of the must-stay 5-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur!

And then there’s the breathtaking view of the Twin Towers—absolutely unbeatable. Waking up to that iconic skyline was the cherry on top of an already flawless stay.
If you’re looking for true 5-star hospitality with world-class service, dining, and views, the Grand Hyatt delivers in every way. Highly recommended!
