Very romantic beachfront property. Got upgraded to beach pool and really love the lobby. Huge, lots of free activities. Clean, nice room with complimentary cake. Breakfast is just the best in Oman.

Now I really want to go back to this hotel and live in it for two weeks, the only pity is that the price is still high) But, despite this, we will definitely come here again to rest, maybe not for two weeks, but for five days for sure! This is the best hotel in Oman!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful our vacation was in this hotel, its location, service, food, rooms - everything is wonderful, I really didn't want to leave

The hotel has a nice view which is surrounded with the mountain and the sea. The staff were friendly and accomodating, making my stay truly enjoyable

After a week in Oman, I stayed in a total of two hotels and learned that the porters would 🈶 ask for tips, and when paying the bill in the restaurant, you may need to tip the cleaners, but if you don't care about them, it's OK not to give them, because it is not a tipping country

My kids especially loved the breakfast buffet😁 Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Swimming pool was nice and warm, cozy place, and the staff was perfect! Reason for not giving a five stars rating: no slippers in the room and dirty windows

The pools, amenities, level of service, housekeeping and warmth from the staff were all tip-top! Every whim & fancy which was requested by my 3-year old was kindly accommodated to and I’m very appreciative to the team here for doing so

The breakfast Buffet has everything like bacon, sausages, French Toast, pancakes, juice and so much more. The ticket price is moderately priced but it was well worth every dime. Would recommend it to everybody

It is located in Bandar Jissah, away from the hustle & bustle of Muscat city so you really feel you’re in another world. Hiring a self-drive is highly recommended

The only small ink blot I’d place on this resort is that the F&B options can be on the pricey side so we found ourselves exploring local options in Muscat instead of staying within the resort

The hotel is nice, but it is being reconstructed. Half of the services are not provided. The pool is closed. That is the only reason we wanted to go there. But no one warned us in advance

I was here many times before but the last visit prior to this was 2019 just before the new year and corona!!! The room wasn't clean enough! Avoid the place it changed a lot and there are many better options in Muscat

And breakfast itself was very expensive, i paid as i was hoping to get the same breakfast as before! The only good thing was the Trader Vic's bar! The manager was amazing very nice and attentive

Clean rooms, super helpful staff (also for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. pp)and a beautiful rooftop pool overseeing the whole city. Beach is in walking distance as well as shops and restaurants (right around the corner)

W is always great. Relatively new hotel with gorgeous pool and seaside access. The breakfast spread was smaller than I expected but good.

There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

I only stayed for one night but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the service was great, the food was delicious. I like the fact the we could walk to the opera house as it was really close to the hotel

One thing I did not like was that when I was having breakfast both times the smell of food was really strong that it stuck to my clothes through the whole day, there should be ventilation for the cooking

However, there are certain areas that could be improved, which prevented me from giving it a higher score. The pool is a bit small for a hotel of this caliber, and there aren't enough sun loungers for guests

The location is the best you can get in Muscat, Al Mouj a nice and modern mini Cornish with alot of restaurants. I highly recommend it and will come again. And its very near to the airport btw

Magnificent 5 star hotel decorated with great taste having three superb infinity pools, 4 restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world, a private beach curiously very little frequented, a sumptuous garden and very beautiful large rooms with beautiful bathrooms and all modern comforts

The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)

The pool is truly gorgeous! Since August is the low season, there are not many guests at the hotel and you can swim in the pool alone, as if it were your own private pool! In fact, there are 3 pools

One of my favorite hotels in Oman, the location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Oman avenues mall. There is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby that also suits Chinese tastes, but you need to pass through a noisy area.

TLDR: Absolutely amazing, worth every penny spent! I didn't know what to expect when I had booked a room here. But from the very beginning, the communication between me and the staff was seamless

Well located. For 1-2 to explore the city or a long layover in Muscat. Nearby malls where you can buy everything you need. Around the hotel there are many cafes with affordable prices.

They helped arrange an airport shuttle and provided me with the contact info of the driver as well (would highly advise one to contact the driver in advance as it made finding him so much easier)

It is very convenient to eat nearby, the room is very clean and spacious, there is a mosque opposite, it is very safe, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. For business trips, the stay experience is very good.
