This place is no longer Hola the company was turfed out. Crazy stuff occurred during our stay including an entire hotel emptied of existing staff. Very uncomfortable with the whole experience so much went on it was quite unbelievale really. Still trying to get some kind of compensation but as the company no longer operates it has become difficult. Deeply saddened by the whole events that occurred. Bar and restaurant were closed halfway through our stay and cleared out. No WiFi. No housekeeping I can go on

Very nice hotel with a great atmosphere and privacy. The staff is very friendly and there’s a cool bar with various cocktails to try out. Definitely recommend

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

Good restaurant and service, location is, well it depends where do you need to be but it isn’t the best. Rooms, ok, quite generic design but comfortable.

We had wigilia with work here, and everyone agreed the food was completely inedible. Embarrassment to Polish cuisine. Absolute shame for a Radisson Hotel.

Pro: Food was great at restaurant
Cons: no hot water, it was even dirty brownish water, they said within 1 hr but that was not the case and they said the same for our other collegues on different times.. also the aircon was not working , 18 degree in the room with cold water was a night mare.. the room had a very narrow desk for working and just on working area placed a huge TV blocking the head space area while working. not suitable for business visitor..

Worst Park Inn I've ever been. Rooms are old and dirty, wifi is barely working - connection is slow and breaking, location is far from city and absolutely not walkable, staff is making mistakes and ignores comments. Good things: great fitness area with free weights and sauna 24/7, bus stop, near park (though you do not see it and it is around 15 to get there) and casino (though I think it is more like a security and noise issue) .

Hotel ok. Hotel restaurant - terrible tasteless food. Subway across the street is 1000 tomes better and 3x cheaper

Not every room has refrigerator. What a blame. But all of rooms were cleaned, the hotel services are excellent. They were so kind! The location is perfect, only several minutes from the downtown by car. The hotel's parking is secured.
