Companions' room smelled of tobacco smoke - was changed to another room with great reluctance from staff and after informing staff that they would not stay in that room under any circumstances.
Poor soap facilities
Very noisy bar

Worst BW hotel I have stayed in except for one in St Augustine, FL.

Great place location good everywhere so clean just need to moderise furniture in rooms

If I could I would leave 0 stars.
The room was very dirty, the washroom in my room wasn't cleaned up after the previous guest and it was disgusted.
The name of the person who "cleaned up" the room was Luba.

Liked · The breakfast was good. Room was rightly made ready. It was all nice.
But there was no one who can lift our luggage and take it to our room.
We by ourself have to carry the heavy luggage to our room after so much tiering travel and hectic schedule.
Rest of the stay was pleasant.
Disliked · No one to carry the luggage to the room. and no proper response on room service.

I had an amazing stay in Best Western hotel Portos with my family. Room was clean and looking good, the bed was really comfortable and big. Location is also very good, there are a lot of grocery stores and shops nearby. However, we had delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Receptionist Anastasia was really helpful and nice to us. She helped us with all the questions we asked. We didn’t have any issues in this hotel. It’s the number one for our next vacation in Warsaw.
