Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located next to the river bank, with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, metro, and other places accessible within walking distance. The view from the window was pleasant, you could see and hear how lively it is in Warszaw.
Regarding the room, everything was surprisingly (I didn’t have high expectations) very clean and neat, from the bathroom to the bed, towels, etc. This room included a TV, small fridge, water, towels, and shower gel/shampoo. Receptionists in the hotel that gave me the key were friendly and helpful.
Cons:
- Couldn’t check in before 2 pm. I booked my room very early in the morning and asked if it’s possible to come earlier. First time one of the receptionists on the phone said that it’s possible if you pay extra (that’s odd), however later the other receptionist said check in is only after 2 pm, so that was a little confusing.
- If you don’t like excess noise from outside, just know that there’s a railroad nearby so sometimes you can hear it passing by. Wasn’t a problem for me though.
Overall, this hotel surprised me and went above and beyond my expectations, highly recommend, will definitely come back and book again!
Les Misérables then welcome to Warsaw

Don't recomend
This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The service is terrible, the staff is incompetent and has no sense of how hotel management works. The breakfast is quite poor as well. This is what the beds look like after the cleaning staff has been in the room, so the cleaning matches everything else at this hotel.
The room was small and cozy, very clean. People working there (esp pan Andrei) were so kind and accommodating. I felt super safe which is my #1 priority as a solo female traveler. I got a fresh set of towels and water even though I didnt ask for room cleaning. Breakfast options were limited but good which I appreciate because I hate wastefulness. No vegan options which was a bit refreshing (sorry vegans) because most of the places I went to had only vegan options and I like animal based protein. Very good coffee which surprised me because its not the norm for buffet breakfast.
All in all, would definitely love to stay there again. Great value for money and a central location.
One thing that was missing was a kettle in the room but there is a cheap coffee/tea machine in the lobby.
1) No fridge in the room - you had to pay extra per day.
2) Very thin walls! So, if you plan for a "funny night" you'll probably have to ask for a more isolated room without neighbors. ;P
