Reviews
The hotel is using cheapest pillows from the ‘80s, filled with small sponge cubes, totally uncomfortable for sleep.
Been to many 4 and 5 star hotels before, though have not experienced anything like this.
Food at breakfast was OK.
Did not use any other service / facility of the hotel.
Quality service.
Something for your physis as they provide their guests with small fitness area.
Very Nice breakfast
Had nice stay
After an exhausting journey of over 18 hours in the car, we arrived at the hotel absolutely drained and hungry. The restaurant was about to close in just 7 minutes, and we knew we wouldn’t make it in time. In a last attempt, I called the hotel—and that’s when Pavlina stepped in.
With incredible warmth and professionalism, she didn’t hesitate for a second. She took our food order over the phone, made sure it was passed along immediately, and by the time we arrived, everything was ready and waiting for us.
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never experienced this level of kindness and efficiency. Pavlina went above and beyond, and it truly made a world of difference after such a long day. Her thoughtfulness and dedication reflect the highest standard of customer service. She is a true asset to the hotel, and we are beyond grateful for her help.
Thank you, Pavlina—you turned a stressful moment into a wonderful memory
At one point I went to reception to ask for utensils and the front desk girl said I could go to the bar. I asked if she could help get them for me, since they were the same the bar and hotel. When I asked there were no people in the lobby. My hands were full and it was uncomfortable to go myself. She looked at me and said “That’s not my job”. Then walked to the back. Leaving the front desk empty. I think some of the employees don’t know what hospitality is anymore. I’m surprised that the employees aren’t trained better in the field of hospitality at such a nice hotel. In the future I will look for a different place to stay, where hospitality still exists.
- location is far from center
- we had issues with the cards not working so
- we were not informed that breakfast is 30 minutes later in the weekend, so we couldn’t plan with breakfast, because our flight was too close…
