Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre

I've been staying here consistently since October of 2023, and every time I wonder why I am here? The rooms are okay though they are hit and miss on amenities like bottled water in the rooms, the location is close which is great as these are work trips, the hotel itself is fine, but the people are consistently unwelcoming and sometimes pretty rude - I have not said anything earlier because everyone is allowed a bad day, but this isn't one-offs, it's systemic. The new hires seem to be warm, welcoming and helpful, but they don't seem to last long - the ones that are more senior are not hospitable. I've stayed at many hotels for work and have never had issues at any other places, here they are basically annoyed that I need to check in, which is the only time I interact with them. Don't be fooled into thinking they treat you better when you achieve status with Hilton, cause they treated me the same before and after. So why am I here? Only cause the company is paying for it, the commute is quick, and the hotel points are nice, but as a frequent traveler, if hospitality is important to you there are much better places.

I only mention this because they feel obligated to respond, but if you look at the employee feedback on certain websites for this place you realize they really aren't invested in changing anything even if they say they will below. Less talk, more action.

I am updating this review a couple weeks later from an IHG hotel and have no regrets - Hilton has all but lost a good recurring member of their loyalty club cause they forgot loyalty is supposed to work both ways. Do better!
