Sofitel Warsaw Victoria

I stayed at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria last Tuesday, and my experience was unforgettable, largely thanks to Victoria, the hostess at breakfast. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such genuine warmth and attentiveness that it instantly brightened my morning. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Her kindness, professionalism, and cheerful demeanor were remarkable, and she turned a simple breakfast into a memorable part of my stay. This level of care and attention is what sets this hotel apart—I can’t recommend it enough!

I was staying here with my family. Everything was just excellent! We really liked breakfast restaurant. The quality of the food was generally very good. I really enjoyed the fresh selection of fruits. Many thanks to all the staff and hostess Kristina for service.

We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk!

Perfect hotel in the heart of the Warsaw old town.
The rooms are full equipped with perfect bed and nice view.
The swimming pool is very nice and zen. Sorry to hear that we cannot ask for a drink inside, but well understand.
Saunas are in the girl and men rooms.
The restaurant is very good if we need something fast. The bar with TVs is great with great drinks.
The concierge is always at your service.

5 stars hotel by right, looks great, the beds are giant and sooo comfortable and so were the pillows (finally), the bathroom is great and there's everything one might need. We took 2 rooms and had a connection door since we are family of 5 and it was very convenient, had separate space to ourselves while we could keep an eye on the kids.
Take the breakfast! It's delicious, there was so much variety and so the food was so tasty. Besides the great buffet there's a lady that makes egg as you wish - I ask for Eggs Benedict and wow!
There's a nice pool if you need a break, My family enjoyed it.
The staff was super nice and friendly, at the end very helpful as well when we were about to check-out and found out we had a flat tire.

I loved how kind and helpful the staff was. Everything was very clean and the spa / pool was the best part of the hotel. The food was the best I have had at a hotel in a long time! I will be staying here again the next time I come to Warsaw.

The hotel room was reasonably spacious, featuring a desk and a small couch. The view was of the back, so it wasn't very impressive. The breakfast offered many options, and the dinner lounge had a large TV showing football. While the prices are nearly double compared to nearby restaurants, they are still relatively affordable compared to Western Europe. The indoor pool is one of the best features—it's large, with warmish water, comfortable loungers, and pleasant music, making it perfect. The gym is good as well.

We were in Warsaw for an international meeting and this was a perfect hotel for us. It's centrally located, perfect for exploring and easy for venturing anywhere in the city. The lobby and main areas are beautifully appointed and well maintained. The rooms are have every amenity and plenty of space with drawers and shelves for all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The hotel has high standards of hospitality, attending to small details such as a hand written note and welcome amenity awaiting us in our room. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Excellent and friendly service, and good location for walking city tours. There is a very good and wide selection of breakfast items. Excellent cleanliness of the room. A little noisy at night, the room was on the side of a busy main street, and even with the windows closed, you could hear the noise of the street.
