Sofitel Warsaw Victoria

5 stars hotel by right, looks great, the beds are giant and sooo comfortable and so were the pillows (finally), the bathroom is great and there's everything one might need. We took 2 rooms and had a connection door since we are family of 5 and it was very convenient, had separate space to ourselves while we could keep an eye on the kids.
Take the breakfast! It's delicious, there was so much variety and so the food was so tasty. Besides the great buffet there's a lady that makes egg as you wish - I ask for Eggs Benedict and wow!
There's a nice pool if you need a break, My family enjoyed it.
The staff was super nice and friendly, at the end very helpful as well when we were about to check-out and found out we had a flat tire.

I loved how kind and helpful the staff was. Everything was very clean and the spa / pool was the best part of the hotel. The food was the best I have had at a hotel in a long time! I will be staying here again the next time I come to Warsaw.

The hotel room was reasonably spacious, featuring a desk and a small couch. The view was of the back, so it wasn't very impressive. The breakfast offered many options, and the dinner lounge had a large TV showing football. While the prices are nearly double compared to nearby restaurants, they are still relatively affordable compared to Western Europe. The indoor pool is one of the best features—it's large, with warmish water, comfortable loungers, and pleasant music, making it perfect. The gym is good as well.

We were in Warsaw for an international meeting and this was a perfect hotel for us. It's centrally located, perfect for exploring and easy for venturing anywhere in the city. The lobby and main areas are beautifully appointed and well maintained. The rooms are have every amenity and plenty of space with drawers and shelves for all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The hotel has high standards of hospitality, attending to small details such as a hand written note and welcome amenity awaiting us in our room. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Excellent and friendly service, and good location for walking city tours. There is a very good and wide selection of breakfast items. Excellent cleanliness of the room. A little noisy at night, the room was on the side of a busy main street, and even with the windows closed, you could hear the noise of the street.

Excellent central location- major tourist attractions with a walking distance.
Clean and modern hotel.
Comfortable spacious rooms; lovely choice of toiletries in bathrooms.
Great breakfast buffet- variety of choices to suit all; great selection of juices and smoothies.
Helpful and attentive staff

Beautiful place. The hotel is amazing. There is delicious breakfast inside hotel. They have a delicious buffet, beautiful seating, and extremely kind staff. Julia T worked at the resteraunt and she was very kind and helpful to us. Loved it.

Hotel is very well located, the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is nice and quiet, and it's very relaxing when there are no kids around. :) The only thing why I'm not giving a 10/10 is that you can see the hotel is a bit old in some places e. g. the headboard of the bed was scratched.

My beloved hotel to stay when on business. Been there for 14+ times. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and the bed is amazing.

Service is of a high level and breakfast is a luxury buffet (very expensive tho.. 25$ or so)

This is a very nice hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member was very accommodating. The rooms have a coffee maker and a water heater. The coffee capsules get replenished daily.

When booking, I had the option of using an event code (for an offsite event) and they quoted me a higher price than I got through their site so I just went with the site. This would bump down my rating, but my stay overall was lovely so I’m giving it a 5. If I visit Warsaw again, I will be staying here.
