Hotel Polonia Palace

Very close to Warsaw central station. The room was very clean with nice interior. Breakfast was also satisfying.

The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff.

However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am

By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!

Everything was great. The only complaint was that the receptionist seemed to have a bad day when we checked in. He came across as rude and unprofessional.

A fantastic hotel with a great location. Also the bar is fully stocked, and they make an incredible whiskey sour. I would highly recommend!

I just have to update this review, as I've been here a few days. The restaurant (known as The Lobby Bar) is simply amazing. I've had a few beef tartares across the city now, but none of them have been as great as the one I've had here.
Also, I just had the best New York Cheesecake ever, and I had one in New York! This cheesecake is absolutely fantastic!
Also, the people working here are absolutely great! They made me feel at home the minute I stepped in. What a great experience I've had so far. I'm a pretty sad I have to leave tomorrow, but I'll be back, and this is the hotel I'm coming to. 100%.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Great location for sightseeing and transport around the city. Eventhough you are next to a busy square, there was no noise.

The spa were very accommodating arranging treatments for myself and my partner. The bar staff were super friendly!

A great hotel with a lot of history. The location is perfect, with many historic buildings nearby. The rooms are spacious, with huge beds and great bathrooms. The bed sheets are a little too small for me, to be honest, but otherwise, the rooms are excellent and very quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a lot of choices.

For me, this is a great place to visit, and the prices are fair for a palace. The only downside is the service. I don’t think it’s as good as it should be for a palace. Some of the employees had an attitude and were not very understanding regarding some requests. I was a little disappointed about this, but I will still go back.

I spent only a single night here but it's probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I am well travelled!

Unbelievably good value, we stayed in what I think was the cheapest room and it was absolutely immaculate, with lots of space and every need catered for. I didn't want to leave!

The building itself is spectacular inside and the views of the palace of culture and science are unrivalled.

Highly recommended both for comfort and location, it has both in abundance.

Everything was great but for the staff who have an interface with guests. This could be due to 2 reasons. Reason no.1 - language barrier as majority of them aren’t great in English including the reception. Reason no. 2. Bit of indifference to the guests. Makes us to mention at least one person (in the picture here) who was letting the guests into the dining hall for breakfast. Was not friendly, appeared to be in a state of mourning with not even a hint of smile. Unfit for the job. Should be in the back office or out of this hospitality industry and go to a profession of his liking. Otherwise all great! Hotel lobby and room were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. Location is superb. Central and at the very heart of everything. Walkable to the main station and other major important points of interest and shopping malls and food courts! Will come again. Hope by that time proper coaching or revamping of staff happens.

After one well-slept night, I can recommend the hotel. The breakfast was really good and varied. The hotel is reasonably priced, not the cheapest. The building is beautiful and has history. The Busisess Deluxe room is cozy and spacious. There are two chairs and a small table in the room, so you don't have to sit on the bed. I don't like carpets because I'm allergic. The TV sound comes from the bathroom speaker. I'd like to turn it off sometimes. You can get a voucher from the hotel if you don't need cleaning. This is how you can save nature.
