Motel 1 one Warsaw - Chopin is a wonderful hotel. It is a top choice for someone who values clean hotel rooms like me.
Motel one was the solution for me. Nice rooms, friendly personal central and CLEAN
The best part though is the ambient. It is a music / F. Chopin themed hotel ( museum is on the other side of the street)
I have enjoyed my time in Warsaw and most of it because of motel one.

I had a great experience staying at Motel One in Vienna, so I decided to book Motel One for my stay in Warsaw as well. Unfortunately, Motel One Warsaw was a big disappointment.
The bed was small, and essential amenities were lacking. There was no medical kit available at reception, and the bathroom only had soap—no shower kit. There was no phone in the room, so to contact reception, I had to go downstairs. Additionally, there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room, no refrigerator or minibar, and no water, tea, or glasses.
Moreover, they didn’t provide bathrobes or disposable slippers, which are often standard in many hotels. The room felt bare, with just a bed and not much else provided by the hotel.
To make things worse, the cleaning service was very minimal—they only changed the towels but didn’t actually clean the room.
It seems there is no security at the hotel, anyone can enter freely. I saw a group of people who didn’t look like hotel guests come in and scatter across the floors.
My colleague, who accompanied me on the trip, was severely bitten by bedbugs throughout her stay at the hotel!
Overall, my stay at Motel One Warsaw was a major letdown, especially when compared to my positive experience in Vienna.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing. Speak very good English and can't do enough for you. Beds are really comfortable, and rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would be great if there was a kettle to make tea and coffee. Hotel provides a continental breakfast, which is delicious. Only thing is, there is a shortage of space to eat on busy mornings . Bar serves a good selection of drinks and cocktails reasonably priced compared to surrounding bars and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend booking this Motel.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent service, wonderful staff. The location is brilliant. Close to everything you want. Breakfast is good but no actual dining area. We struggled for seats. You just sit anywhere in the bar and reception area. Nice continental food, drinks, bread and boiled eggs. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days.

This modern hotel is easily accessible by car, furthermore you can park shortly in front of the entrance door.
Good location to visit Warsaw, reception always open.
Our room was well equipped, cozy, clean, silent and with a nice view (we were on the 10th floor) and new furniture. Standard rooms are small, suitable only for a short stay. Price is convenient.
Hotel parking is expensive, I advise to park in the streets nearby: you have to pay but only during the day.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bar area served great drinks. The atmosphere was quiet but busy. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the PGE stadium. Long walks, so wear tennis shoes.

Very nice hotel, always fresh and newly rooms, good service, and nice staff. Only thing I miss on the breakfast are scrambled eggs. Always a great experience to stay here.

Great location and decent price... relative to Warsaw because for the standard it's not cheap/affordable at all. This is very much like an Ibis. Not special as it was billed.
So much noise from next door. I'm writing as I struggle to sleep. No phone so you can't ring down to complain about it. Rooms similar to ibis but no kettle or tea/coffee which should really be available. Lack of space to store belongings and few toiletries. Curtains awful. The room is so bright you can't sleep without an eye mask. The location is the only redeeming feature of this place. Disappointing. Hasnt lived up to the hype.
Service not very friendly.. I wouldn't say they particularly make an effort to provide good customer service.

Do not try and negotiate a room directly with this hotel, if you think you might get a better offer than what’s available on booking.
When I came by there were 2 rooms available on booking for a specific price, when I asked to get a room on reception I was offered same rooms but ~20€ more expensive. I opened booking and showed her the price there and asked if I can at least get a price match since booking is cheaper or I’ll just do it on booking instead.
The receptionist told me she will see if there are any discounts available and checked / typed something on her phone, 2 minutes later she told me there are no discounts they can do, I instantly reopened booking and room price went up to the one I was offered on reception.
and it’s not about the money. Just annoying that they would do all that for a little more money

one hotel chain in Europe we have had the opportunity to stay in hotels a number of times. Hotel in the area very close to the main avenue nowy swait. The hotel is very nicely decorated, a very large lobby with a bar and lots of places to sit. In the morning the bar turns into a dining room. A very good, varied and tasty breakfast. Several types of cheese, sausages, different types of bread, hard-boiled egg, pancakes and cornflakes. A selection of coffee and tea types. The hotel has 10 floors, the first floors have 69 rooms on each floor with small differences in room size. There is a receptionist and toilets in each double bed room (there is no wardrobe), there are shelves for storing and hanging clothes (coat) and a place to put a suitcase. There is a safe in the room, no mini bar/fridge. Pleasant lighting in the whole room. There is a large TV screen and a table.
