She is amazing employee! She did 6 things in3 minutes so efficient! Totally Asian style ~ so quick and efficient! She always keep smile ~ I think it is nice to have these nice employee

Old but luxurious hotel, with a quality service. 10 min from a nice park walking and 15 min from the old center. Breakfast good and bedroom spacious. Thank you

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious.. restaurant a bit expensive for Poland. There is a nice authentic polish restaurant and coffee shop if you turn left out of hotel about 4 min walk though.

Rooms are great but slightly old, key card needed to be recharged every day. Wifi in the hotel wasn’t functional at all, hope they’ll fix this problem

5 stars for a 5 stars hotel. Best vacation ever in Warsaw. They did everything to please me and my family. Once back in Warsaw, definetely I will stay here. Great bed, great pool, great breakfast, great staff. I could keep going... Thank you for this GREAT experience!

For the gym rats: this hotel has a well equipped gym. Tons of machines and a respectable freeweight selection. Lots of plates up to 20 kg, squat rack, dip station, pull up station, kettle bells up to 28kg, dumbbells up to 35kg, plyo boxes, foam rollers… easily in the top 5% of hotel gyms I’ve visited.

Very poor experience from A TO Z in this “5” stars which is closer to a 3 *
only nice thing was the front office manager Jamal who was kind and polite when we arrived.
The rest has nothing remotely close to a 5 stars.
F&B is a disaster as we had to wait one hour for a room service order and eventually had to cancel it and eat outside we then order a cake and a bottle of water and the hotel wanted to charge us 90 pol Ln which we obviously cancelled too
Tre SPA was old and dated and did not feel like a wellness space
Location is not bad as there is a wonderful park nearby

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms and a nice bar/breakfast area in the lobby. Weekend rate was really good. It's outside the city center, so it may not be the best choice if that's your destination.

On paper it's a good hotel, but, but, but. The rooms and other facilities are a little bit worn. The air conditioning was wanting. House keeping didn't change neither sheet nor towels untill asked. The area around the hotel is one big construction site, which makes access difficult.
Even though the breakfast buffet is large and diverse, it lacks some of must-haves for a 5* hotel. The juice was watery. One morning we were sent to a large dining hall in the back. Not very coozy.
Qnd Saturday night there was a party in the hotel. The bass was pounding in our pillows till 1 o'clock in the morning. Not what you expect when paying for a deluxe room.
