Reviews
Room and shower were very clean, but furniture was top notch 20 or 30 years ago, when this was built, now they are just scratched, worn out and looking poorly.
We were not able to communicate any other language with reception than Polish, which we know couple words of but luckily it was enough. I guess bring google translate if you need something.
All in all it was okay, I think it is a bit steep priced for the room but location - again - makes this a very good point.
Fridge in the room and normal attitude. Okay, fridge, but the administrator's "it's not my problem" excuse... welcome to Eastern Europe, huh?
There is no elevator in the hotel, my room is on the 3rd floor. I have heavy large luggage that I cannot lift. Baggage 23 and 24 kg each. The hotel staff has brought it to my room up - there was a man on the shift, and he refused to take the tip.
- What pani has put inside?
- Life...
But down - it didn’t work out: there was no man on the shift, and the Ukrainian administrator flatly refused to at least help find someone. "It's not my problem" - well, I'm Ukrainian as well and it was... disappointing in Warsaw.
Well, I managed to solve it myself, of course. I asked a man who was waiting for someone on the street, and he was glad to prove himself a hero. It also turned out that he was my countryman.
The administrator looked at it crookedly. Of course, I promised her literary colorful reviews quoting her sacramental phrase :)) But c'mon, you have to think what you are saying. Especially when working in the service.
This is for the owner: I wanted to leave very nice review for the hotel before this situation with pani V. K.. She spoiled the full impression.
Hotel includes free parking lot.
Logistics near hotel is good, you can reach any location needed in city with no issues.
łazieneczki and the rooms are very clean, the rooms are 2-bedded bedroom and living room, which has sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and fridge (at least, 405). every day water and fresh towels in the room.
the buffet restaurant and that deserves attention - it's always something warm - both at Breakfast and dinner [scrambled eggs, dumplings, and meat with sauce and b.well].
friendly service.
what can be bound is thin walls between rooms, but how awfully it does not interfere.
I'll certainly be back... for the price quality OK
As a hotel for 260 rubles per person it is bad, if it was cheaper half, that's fine.
The restaurant is very average, cheap, because 35 rubles and "eat what you want" but warmed-up croquettes and barszczyk of bags are not so much worth, too, was herring, cucumber and a few slices of sausage and cheese, it is better to add 20 UAH and eat at another restaurant.
Not likely to return.
