Reviews
The rooms are significantly too small. We specifically booked a premium double room with a sofa bed so our 4-year-old daughter could sleep on it. However, the sofa and the bed took up the entire room, leaving no usable closet space, and we couldn't even open our suitcases in the cramped space. Cleanliness and amenities were okay but nothing special. There is a rain shower, but it causes flooding, so it’s not really practical.
The breakfast offers a good variety, but the area is far too crowded, and people are constantly bumping into each other.
The location is labeled as “centrum,” but from a tourist perspective, it’s not very convenient — it seems more suitable for business travelers.
There’s no children’s corner or similar amenities. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families, there are better alternatives at that price.
The breakfast options are pretty good and should satisfy most people.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English well.
However, the staff in the restaurant struggle with basic English. For a hotel that has many international guests, this fact is very strange.
The coffee and snacks available all day for free near the reception is a nice touch.
The lack of options for English speaking channels (3 in total) is a let down.
I had an amazing experience during my stay at Ibis Styles in Warsaw. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my time as a tourist in Poland smooth and enjoyable. They were always available to answer my questions, offer guidance, and provide assistance whenever needed.
The hotel room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The modern decor and attention to detail made my stay even more pleasant.
Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Styles Warsaw to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!
The room was nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Nice touch is the kettle for tea and the water bottle and water dispenser on each floor and lobby.
The TV lacks a bit of international variety but it could be worse. WiFi was working well.
The breakfast was a very nice surprise as it was way more extensive than expected. Variety and freshness was very good and I loved the juice maker and fresh waffles. I would recommend to have breakfast before 8am if you want to avoid crowds.
Late checkout or early checkin is available for a fee but might be worth the money, depending on your arrival/departure.
The breakfast was one of the best I ever had.
The rooms were spotless. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. They were too flat. But that was just a personal preference. Overall, it was great.
A special mention goes to Michal, whose exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Michal was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request.
The dining options were also fantastic, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a top-notch restaurant.
Overall, Ibis Styles Hotel offers a great combination of luxury, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
