Great value! Fresh, clean hotel, good room with comfy bed, good linen, small fridge, big tv, iron and ironing board, even heated floor in the bathroom! Very good breakfast included👍 Underground and ground parking available. Good location, very close to the mall

Rooms good, clean. Food average, small portions, poor selection in the menu. Service miserable, refusing to provide drinking water for children after 22:00. Suitable exclusively for guests with children only with good supply of drinking water to make it through the night.

Very very bad administration and reception desk. First day everything was perfect. Nice and kind lady who made everything good. Next day - intolerant and rude receptionist who called me a "Moldavian" when I ask to talk to the administrator (I am Ukrainian). They blocked my card at 11 AM (before I've agreed to have a late check out at 12). After that they tried to charge me almost a double price of my room for the 2 hours late checkout that I have requested. And previous night when I was asking "how much does that cost" they promised a 50% extra. Next day when it was time to pay it appeared that it is "50% extra from a new price not via booking" - so almost double price for 2 hours. When I asked for an administrator to talk he was laughing and smiling and told me that I can pay or go and that he is sorry "for that I understand it wrong" and added that it is not his problem. Horrible and once again horrible experience with rude intolerant workers. I need to add that the room was nice and the stuff who are cleaning are doing the great job. Another thing - when I came first time the door to my room was open that is not ok from security reasons as well.

Everything was awesome. The hotel was clean and the room was very cozy which is generally not typical for hotels. It had everything you need, comfortable bed, clean bedding, fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and fresh and I was extremely happy to find out there was a super hot water in the shower (sometimes it is barely warm in some hotels). It was chilly in the room at first but the heater worked well, no complaints and the temperature in the room became very comfortable pretty quickly. The breakfast was good, delicious cappuccino and fresh croissants with jam made my morning much better. The lady at the reception allowed me to stay in until 12 pm which is one hour longer than check out time. Oh, and at the end of my stay I find out I had an interesting view to the plane from my window which I didn’t expect😄. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay at a good quality hotel.

A great hotel at a very affordable price. While the location is not exceptional and there is not much to do around, the rooms are great and very quiet. The beds are large and very comfortable. The bathroom is also pretty decent. The breakfast was excellent, with waffles for the kids. I highly recommend it for the price, and despite the location, I will definitely come back.

Rooms were spacious and clean. AC was not efficient enough and seemed to turn off during the night. Also it was hard to use since UI was locked to Polish. Breakfast is not too good and items were of lower quality and warm items were lukewarm. Fruits were wrinkly and old. The topping alternatives for the yoghurt were very limited. Positive surprise was DIY waffle station, but again, no substantial toppings were provided.

Hotel is nice and comfortable, the minus is a a/c when you not move it’s switched off after couple of minutes as is working on motion sensor and this is bit ridiculous. Breakfast is terrible long queues lack of free tables poor selections of food, the kitchen workers switching off coffeemakers and take off food 10 minutes before the breakfast time should finish which is ridiculous as some popped waiting long time for empty table. Overall hotel is comfortable nice big room but breakfast is the worst.

The hotel and service are exceptional. I was impressed by the professionalism and cooperation of the receptionist, Natalia.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good, and the service was amazing. Special shout-out to Anna and Veronika, who were at the front desk on nights. They were exceptionally efficient and kind. I would stay here again.

Simply put, I can't give a good review of a hotel that places a few pln over comfort. I detest any hotel that has a sensor that turns off the AC when there is no motion. Waking up multiple times to move to get air comfortable is not acceptable.
