Very nice experience.
Easy check in and access to room. I arrived very early and before workday but reception staff assisted with holding luggage until after workday.
Room was clean and big plus for water fountain on every floor and glass jar in every room.
Very quiet compared to a full hotel at the time.
Nice breakfast- little crowded but if you arrive little early or by the end it’s not a problem.
Very easy check out and again, whole day before flying out and very nice staff holding luggage until I was ready for the airport

The only downside is the restaurant where there is no proposal for children.

It's hard to find a better value hotel in Warsaw. Rooms are small but clean, stylish and well renovated. Breakfast is tasty with quite a few options to choose from. They also don't make you book a larger room when staying with a toddler and provide a large cot in a standard double room. Parking is also spacious, though requires manual intercation with a security personal each time you need to get in or out. And all that for a very competitive price.

The hotel has a great location - 10 min from the Old town by tram. There are several lines crossing at that spot - makes it well connected from all sides of Warsaw. The room is big enough and the windows are insulating well. Breakfast was in a smallish area but you have excellent choice.

Cost-effective budget hotel. Location is some far, about within 10 minutes by tram) from Warsaw old town and central station. Breakfast is better than my expectations.

The room was very clean, no dust, no hair in the bathroom, clean walls. I liked the minimalistic design. The eating area has a somewhat pricy menu (10+ euros for a simple pasta is too much). The breakfast was amazing, it even had fruits and not only bread 😏 pancakes also and a coffee machine. The design overall is very comfortable, clean, cozy. Perfect for the evening. The view was also good and the tram wasn't even heard!!! So good and quiet. The elevators were quite confusing though

Very nice hotel with super nice staff. Although rooms could be bigger for two adults and a baby. The location is good too, there are bus stops and trams near, to the centre is 15 minutes by tram.

Pros:
- Great location for business trips. Low traffic all the time, a lot of locations around.
- Nice restaurant.
- Underground parking lots, however, tiny.
- Good bathroom in big room and terrible in small.
- Generally, clean and comfortable hotel with some wired cons (below).
From cons (I need to admit that 3 my colleagues did not face these issues):
- Dirty and torn bedding in my room.
- Bedding for my daughter wasn’t prepared and I had to unpack it myself.
- Torn curtain.
- No refrigerator in big hotel room.
- Missing pillows that should close holes in the children’s bed (I may be wrong that they should be there)
- One small trash can for three persons room.
Generally, i cannot say that my experience was bad or really negative. Mixed emotions - yes.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, good facilities, spacious corridor. We were with baby so they also arrange baby cot without extra charges. Hotel is on main road, that is convenient to travel near by.
