The room overlooking the square made the stay interesting as the view of the square was superb.
Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet,etc.
Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in.
Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here for five delightful nights, and honestly, I found myself wishing we could have extended our visit. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman who greeted us at check-in made a lasting impression with his exceptional politeness and warmth. I even remarked to him, "I wish we had someone like you providing such outstanding service back in the UK." His attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay filled with comfort and relaxation.

Wonderful hotel along the main market square. Beautiful room overlooking the square, and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Hotel also helped to arrange a airport transfer from Krakow Airport, which was done very quickly upon booking. Can't really ask for more; it was perfect!

If you're looking for the best view of Kraków's Main Square (Rynek Główny), I strongly recommend to make a reservation in Hotel Wentzl. The location is excellent, and although the square is busy until late night, the room itself was fairly quiet.
The room is spacious, and has everything you need even for a longer stay, including a very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, and breakfast fine.
Just a minor subjective note: The furniture and design of the interior is a strange mix of old and new. It seems as if the owners are unsure whether they prefer modern or traditional old interiors. However, this does not diminish the overall comfort offered by this hotel.

I stayed here 2/2023 and everything was immaculate. Very polite staff, super nice room with an outstanding view of the old town square!

A truly unbelievable location, right on the square, and if you get one of the Suites on the 4th floor, you get your own small balcony you can look down into it from. The rooms are exceptional, some modern, some traditional.
Overall, a great base to explore from, with friendly staff and at a very good price.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Krakow. Walking distance to all places in old town. 2mins to tram. 20mis to bus and train station.. ..Very clean rooms. Nicely decorated and Very friendly staff. Would stay again

Excellent location! Lovely breakfast in a wonderful setup! Large comfy rooms, clean and well stocked bathrooms.
The pillows and the bed could be more comfortable, however.
Try to prepare for parking your car ahead of time, as it can be quite expensive at the nearest parking spot they recommend.
