Small but well very well maintained hotel. First time in Serbia, I'm glad I chose this place. Well maintained and very clean rooms. Got a fancy feel to it too. Location isn't too good because there's no view and it's located on a street surrounded by old buildings. There's stores nearby tho.

Rooms were clean and neat, also had a Good mattress. The Bathroom was a bit too small. Has a great location with Walking distance to the city center which has all high street shopping of Belgrade.
We were a group of 11 spread out in 5 rooms on different floors stayed for 3 nights. 7 out of 11 were pure Vegetarian/ Vegan, did not enjoy breakfast. When we requested for some more Veg options to be arranged for the next day, the staff recommended us to have eggs or arrange from Take out from nearby.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
I'll start with the negatives, there is no free water in the room, only a minibar with very small bottles. There were no hygiene items, there were no bathrobes, only one pair of slippers, also in shower gel and shampoo in one bottle - in 2023!? Why are there no disposable shampoos and shower gels?
Now the pros) The room was clean, no smoking smell. The staff is responsive and helpful
The breakfast buffet was just ok, delicious, filter coffee was hot and tasty
Room price is a bit high

Really nice hotel in vicinity of the city centre with its own parking place which is free for the guests. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the price was basic but fresh and tasty and the bar was opened 24/7. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the surrounding of the hotel...

Nice small hotel, reasonable price. Car parking limited but made it possible. Staff very friendly. Room is clean, comfortable bed. Water pressure even on 1st floor a bit low, if you get to find anything to complain about. Central location, good for a tour around the city.

Excellent location, beautiful new hotel, modern. Service was very good, the staff was very sweet and courteous. Excellent A/C system. Not sure about heating because we were there in the month of July.

We did not have a guaranteed parking spot and had to park somewhere on the street, there is only limited parking spots but we were told that we will have a parking spot. This was one of the reasons why we even booked this place.
The Breakfast window is very small, from 7:30am -10:00am. We arrived 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast hours and there were no more eggs and bacon and they said that they will not be making any more. After us there were more people who had no basic choices for breakfast. They only replenished cheese when we asked. I also wish they offered some Serbian pastries because they make them the best in the world. They had only toaster bread.
My husband developed some kind of rash after we left the hotel. His both arms were itching. He does not have any allergies nor has he ever had these kinds of reactions.

Avoid. The room had zero sound isolation. We couldn’t sleep all night because they placed us on the ground floor next to the hotel bar that kept playing loud dance club music all night long. They turned it off at 3am, after we complained, only to turn it on again a couple hours later again when breakfast started. We could also hear all the plates clattering and all the sounds from the kitchen as if they were in the same room. When we told them that we had a bad experience they said we should have told them we wanted a quiet room as they assign rooms randomly. Is there anyone who doesn’t want a quiet room??! We chose the hotel because we assumed they higher price meant a more professional establishment but couldn’t have been more wrong.

Nice clean and modern hotel in a good location near the centre of Belgrade. Free WiFi was great and the hotel provided free parking for our car. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom area was a bit small. Cleaning service daily and very good breakfast at the lobby. The hotel is a bit expensive in comparison to the average prices in the area. The staff was professional and kind.
