Staying at Value Hotel Thomson was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and a convenient location. Although it's not luxurious, it provided good value for the price and met my needs for a short stay in West Hollywood.

This hotel is for anyone who’s on a tight budget while travelling to Singapore. The room itself and the restroom are quite small so it’s better to set your expectations accordingly. However the location is great with access to nearby public transport.

It was a great stay! I just had six days stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful specifically Mr DiDi and Mr Raj from the front office. They helped me out by giving me the same room when I decided to extend my stay. This actually saved me from having to pack and unpack and shifting rooms just for a night. That is really considerate. I would definitely stay here again! The only slight problem...

Went to the Balestier Value Hotel. Didn't know there was 3 "Value Hotel" with the same name on the same street! Ended up at the wrong one and had to take the bus back. Reception was fine on both of the Hotels I went. Convenient too. However the shower is rather small and I kept hitting the tap by accident while showering. Beds were fine. There was basic TV.

Super convenient location. Though it’s next to temple but noise isn’t too noticeable (my room was located on 12/F) Believe that the hotel has been renovated. With basic amenity items, shower gel, shampoo, shaving kits, toothbrush and even slippers. Reasonable price for a twin room for around $130USD per night.

Location is great. Room are small and basic. Spend 5 weeks here for work. So all I did was sleep and work The elevators need improvement for sure. It takes sometimes more then 10 minutes just to get in an elevator

Great location...multiple options available at the buffet breakfast table...clean and neat place. Only drawback is the size of the rooms ... small rooms and photos shown on their web site may not give a correct sense of proportion of these rooms....but for location and cleanliness they are great 👍

Very nice hotel and strategically located. Furnishing does get a bit old now, but cleaniness is still very good. Our rooms' aircon is very cold and can not adjust the temperature as the dials do not work. Additionally, if they have a toilet bidet installed, that would be better. I also noticed you can hear other room doors close. Overall, it is still a good hotel to stay in. Would still come again...

Neat and clean hotel with fast services. Their buffet breakfast is good too. They serve from light to heavy meals. Sweet to savoury and also vegetarian options. Every floor had hot and cold drinking services. Our room had a great view. Really enjoyed staying there.

One fine accommodation. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is maintained to the finest. I was there for a five night stay and the whole experience is very pleasant. It's a clean, strategic, affordable hotel with just enough amenities in the room. No need to worry for mineral water because their are a water dispenser in each room. Something you find in another hotel near Orchard.

The hotel is in a convenient travel area, clean and fully equipped. The hotel is next to a small park, making it look airy and comfortable. The size of the standard room is much smaller than in the picture and is smaller than standard hotels in Singapore. Also water in the shower the flow is not that strong

Location is good. Taxis are easily accessible. The reception can arrange to book a taxi for you. Made a prior request of higher floor and given us the 8th floor only which is not bad because it has a nice view. The room is very clean. The hotel is very strict with check-out policy. loved it for the location, it's located at a walking distance from boat quay, and clarke quay central. Easy access to shops, restaurants, malls, market, bus stops and the metro station. The staff is friendly and service is awesome. the only drawback is that rooms are little bit small i.e not too spacious.

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel contains a varieties of food for its guest. Two Indian restaurants are there nearby which serves south and north indian food.

It's a good range (there are three Ibis) of budget/business hotels. Quite central and near Novena Square, MRT and several hospitals. There's a shuttle bus provided by the Hotel to Novena Square and taxis are easy to get too. There's no swimming pool though but there's a gym available. The staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating.

It's a reasonable walk from the nearest MRT Station so unless you come by taxi or car then you probably don't want to be carrying a lot of luggage

The room is huge however, you will get stained bath tubs and cracked basin. Wooden furniture. But the price for that size of room is worthwhile.

Good hotel at a decent rate per night. Rooms are decent and it also has a pool. Local food joints are just next door and it is close to shopping areas. But little away from main attractions which hasnt bothered us as connected with bus facility.

For the price you pay for a room its location is idea as you can walk to Chinatown and Marina bay within 15 mins and plenty of MRT stops around. You can't get better for the price in Singapore, especially given its location. Less than 2 minutes from Clark Quay station and shopping centres, Singapore river, etc.. 5 minute walk to China town and boat Quay etc. I was out exploring Singapore for 12+ hours a day so just having a room with a bed, daily bottled water, kettle, and private bathroom to come back to was enough for me. It's a discount hotel. Right on the MRT line. Very basic but clean. Great if you need a place to sleep and clean up before heading out to see the sites. Lots of local places to eat just across the street. Only two stops from China Town.

Rooms are small but we knew this when we booked, they are functional if you are on a budget. The walk to Clarke Quay is only a few minutes and the walk to Clarke Quay Mtr is about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool is nice when it is hot.

The best part is location. Hotel is business class. If you intend to only sleep in the room for 7 hrs and rome out entire day and wanna have sumptuous breakfast then Roberson quay is the right place for you.

A simple place to stay especially for two. We've enjoyed the breakfast especially the noodle soup. Furthermore the staff were courteous and approachable.

Pretty cozy for me. The room I had was enough for two people with two beds but as for the bathroom, it's too small as I hardly can move around, the shower is placed up across the toilet. I like the rooftop, you can swim or just lay around.

Very nice stuff, very good gym! The room is okayish. The gaps between door and door frame are so big and since the light in the hallway is ALWAYS on, it is way too bright in the room. And also this is not very sustainable. The doors are bad and you hear everything from the hallway, even though I always sleep with earplugs. It's a fine accommodation. It's clean and has a lot of things to offer as a guest. The location is great. However, it's really loud and noisy. Was surprised by this little hotel nestled in an unknown part of town. It is still easily accessible and very much walking distance to a lot of good locations. Furthermore, the room size is definitely worth it for the price. The toilet is huge with the best part being the separate wet and dry area!
