Pros: Good location. Good pool. Good gym. Good amenities. Cleaning is good. Fast wifi. The phone is useful - should tell guests about it prior to arrival so they can use it without buying a SIM card at the airport. Tell guests about the dryers and iron on level 3. Cons: Sheets nearing end of life, has stains and ripped edges.

This hotel is located in the MRT building only which is the positive point of this hotel. The rooms are small but they were neat and clean.  Breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money

I was a guest at the Hotel Boss in Singapore on 11-4-207 - 11-8-2017, during my stay I advised the front desk that a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses have been stolen from the room. Room 12-32. They informed me when i check out i can fill a report out of the theft. When I was checking out I asked to fill out a report, they handed me a 1 inch sticky note to put done all my information!! We held our wedding at Hotel Jen Tanglin and had an amazing experience! Xinyi was very attentive and helped us from the start till the end. She promptly answered all our queries and kept us updated on what we had to do. The food was really good and all our guests enjoyed themselves. Nice hotel with a great location near the metro. There are many places to eat nearby, a 7/11 store. On the 3rd floor there is a 1.2m swimming pool and a green area. The pool is cold, towels are provided. The view from the pool balcony is nice. The room is clean, small with good plumbing.

Nice place with an awesome breakfast buffet & excellent service staff. The amenities look amazingly fancy! The hotel also have an option for express check out where you can pay your bill at the time of check-in and just drop your key card in a box at the reception during checkout. Physically the hotel looks quite nice and seems fine. Other than housekeeping the staff were hard to interact with, from initial booking, to the front desk, to the concierge staff. Room was very clean and service staff were very courteous. Location of this hotel is indeed very good for small shopping as well as for eateries. Public Transport access is also nearby. I was put here for a layover by Singapore air. Everything was taken care of. As soon as I got to the hotel they knew exactly how to take care of me. The food was good and the room was great was great view. I was able to walk around all the way from little India to the gardens by the bay. It was great!

Close to the local mall. So, it is easier to get stuff and find out what Local people actually eat. The room layout is well organized and they provide the basics amenities and little beyond. Never try their breakfast. The staffs are nice. Walking distance to MRT.

Best hotel to stay in middle of city. Being located in little India are, it is convenient for Indians to get access to Indian restaurants and shops. It is just a lane nearby to Mustafa centre which is a one stop shopping spot. Service is good. Best thing is that they serve a large variety of cuisines and which includes Indian food of course. They serve Jain food as well.

The room is OK but being very small, the humidity was very high on a permanent basis. Lack of ventilation. Nonetheless, the stay was enjoyable. The morning buffet is worth including with the room. Visited Park Hotel Alexandra for a private function, specifically a work conference. The hotel itself is quite small, and has just one function room. While cosy, it did feel lacking on facilities. The restaurant we had lunch at was, however, the highlight of the visit. The carved meat is admittedly exquisite, and the pool view overseeing the horizon adds so much ambience.

Rooms are fairly small but nice and clean, comfortable and well equipped with fridge, amenities etc. price pretty reasonable for Singapore- around US$150-200 per night.

Rooms were squeaky clean. Breakfast provided was excellent with a good variety of food. Service was very good. And it's in a very well located area where there are plenty of shops, amenities, cafes and restaurants. Laundry service was very convenient to use at the hotel too.

Served my 7 days of isolation since I am unable to home-recovery. Service is great. Too crowded. People and checking in and out all day. Crowded and Loud would be two words that should be used to describe this place. If you are looking for a quick stop over before flying out, then consider this as an option. Otherwise there are better options for the same price in Clark's Quay area.
