The hotel is literally just above the Lavender MRT station, so making the travel to the city centre and Changi airport easy. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room is a bit small, but still ok. The facilities were not as clean as I would have expected when I arrived at the room. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent customer service by Ms. Cecilia who made it seamless for me and my family to check in. The rooms were clean and we had a really comfortable stay. Jacqueline the hotel manager was kind enough to tell us about the places to visit in Singapore. Overall experience is very good and would recommend to friends!

The room at the end of the corridor is quiet and no noise. The bed is comfortable but I personally like a firmer pillow. If possible, I would like the hotel to have more than one pillow. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy. The toiletries are of good quality and smell good. However, I found a hair in the new towel so I deducted points from this part.

Good location and convenient transportation, easy to explore the city. The room is clean but the main problem was the air-conditioning. It makes a lot of noise and the switch doesn’t work, can’t change the temperature.

DO NOT stay at this place. It smells like sewerage in the rooms and is nothing like described. I’ve wasted over $1000 by booking with this hotel. We stayed for three hours, couldn’t stand the smell and had to leave.

Stayed at Genting Hotel Jurong for a business trip. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Everything was good. There was a large shopping center next to the hotel, where you can eat and buy clothes and takeaway food (donki). Overall a good experience. However, i would not recommend to rent a room if you are travelling with kids. The room is very small and despite its modern look, lacks of storage space. Overall good experience. Nice, modern, compact hotel. Rooms are small but designed well to maximize use of space. Self check-in but staff on standby to help. Beds can be converted into a comfy 'couch'. Rooms very a tad dusty and my AC was quite volatile. Breakfast is very standard and processed food.

The room is OK but being very small, the humidity was very high on a permanent basis. Lack of ventilation. Nonetheless, the stay was enjoyable. The morning buffet is worth including with the room. The 3 stars for the room is due to the humidity. Besides that, the room was very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Location is great and near to food court or supermarkets. However the toilet wall was a bit moldy , the window blind looked dirty and requires a proper deep cleaning. The entire building also needs to have a better maintenance because it was built 5 years ago (in 2017). Please maintain its cleanliness standard for 4 stars hotel.

Our flight got delayed so we need to book a night to stay over instantly, confirmation was fast and gave us peace of mind. We have a kid under 2, they provided us baby crib as well. Very nice hotel with a nice buffet breakfast (for an additional cost). If not from the region, you will notice the damp smell in the hotel rooms from the humidity. If that’s not something you like, I would opt for a hotel with hard wood floors.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, fantastic facilities including a great gym and swimming pool, and very comfortable rooms. We had a joined room with our family, one of the rooms had a bath and both beds were extremely comfortable. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids, 6 and 3 years old. Specially thanks to Joan who help to free upgrade me to Top floor and river view. The room is very clean and nice scenery. The room is absolutely clean and comfy. Check in process was quick and easy. Breakfast was decent.  A minor comment: housekeeping noise at the next door was quite loud. Flushing and knocking sound heard. But it was not a big issue as it was during afternoon time.

I loved this hotel. I found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is 25 mins from the airport. There is a bus station in about 5 mins walk and MTR in about 7mins walk. Also near to China town and Fort Caning. The 24 hr gym and the roof top pool side was really relaxing as well. The room was comfortable and clean.

The newly renovated D'Resort really provides friends and families a comfortable and simple staycation solution away from the bustling cityscape. I was especially impressed with ease in accessibility to Ehub (10min walk) and Pasir Ris park. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is the small size of their rooms.
