Attended a 1 day convention. Architecturally looks unique from the outside. Inside looks just like any modern malls, convention center. Hard to find Halal F&B. I brought my own food - sandwiches. Such a big area but no muslim prayer room for visitors not staying in the hotel.

Very bright mall with very good natural lighting. Most stores here are high end stores like Gucci and Chanel, mostly catered to tourist. Normal peasants won’t be able to afford anything here like me. A large mall with branded shops and restaurants. An Expo center with underground MRT station (BayFront). Just behind the iconic marina sands bay hotel. There is an Apple Store here and Art & Science Museum. You can view the Singapore Business city skyline from here. Across the waters you can see the iconic Singapore Lion fountain.

This large mall has many high end shops and eating places. The apple store is on the water front and hotel is in the mall. Nice to walk through but don't go out of your way to come here. The art and science museum is located right outside so we walked through the mall before and after going there.

A room on the 27th floor cost like 8 days stay in a regular hotel, but if you don't live in the hotel, the pool will not get.. But it's worth it , not forget the experience of swimming in the pool on the 57th floor. The hotel is too beautiful, better than any five-star hotel in India. Everything is beyond the word beautiful. Only one negative point : Rooms were not cleaned every day during my 6-day stay, they used to change or arrange the linens of the beds and bathrooms. No floor cleaning and/or no dusting in general.

I didn't stay there as a hotel guest but was there with my kids at the Buds play ground. Kids loved it and the play area hosts were all friendly, patient and great with the kids. The venue was well equipped to give kids a great time, with ball pits, slides, music room, art room & glow in the dark painting, toddler play area, in door and outdoor dry and water play areas. Customer service is 10/10 best location in the city you can go anywhere from there without any issue. If you forgot to change currency they have a machine that will do it for you. Room cleanliness and equipment is amazing (love that they have toothbrushes and paste as well)

Fantastic hotel, right next door to Raffles Hotel and shopping centre. Very close to the metro stations. The hotel was very clean with everything you need. The had a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop with snacks available. Swimming was amazing. Very central location.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Our room was really nice. Easily fitted in a couple of cots. Shower and bath were great. Pool looked amazing - if only we were there for longer. Best thing us that it is in the airport. Easy to get in from our flight - accommodated an early check in. And easy to get out the next day onto another flight. You do have to clear security.

Stayed here for one night. Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. The location is walking distance from changi airport t3. The room is quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly though sometimes they were a bit slow as i think that they are lacking manpower.

This hotel comes under a 4-5 star category. The hotel is close to orchard road and clarq key. But a little away from metro station and other central local market. We had a great room with a wonderful view of the Marina. Unfortunately, the service in the club lounge and check-in were a disappointment. We did a comprehensive online check-in, and as we arrived just before 8;00pm we felt rushed. We always look for hotels with a club lounge, but it's hard to see the value here.

Everything about our stay here was quality. We were met by friendly concierge and were surprised to have an upgrade to our room. A kid friendly place for multi generation family gatherings. Food is reasonably good, and prices are kept affordable. An excellent strategy catering for the locals. It is a casual setting and relaxing place. There is no need for formal dressing. It can be ideal for "staycation " if you are okay with the local crowd.

Lovely property! Our stay was quite comfortable. Rooms are small but nice and have good facilities including a water purifier which is great as you can refill your bottles and avoid plastic. Excellent breakfast and recreational facilities. And perfect location. Highly recommend!

Nice place with an awesome breakfast buffet & excellent service staff. The amenities look amazingly fancy! The hotel also have an option for express check out where you can pay your bill at the time of check-in and just drop your key card in a box at the reception during checkout. Came here for a 2-days event. There was no nursing room but the staff arranged a guestroom for me and another breastfeeding mum. Really grateful for that. The room is clean and cosy. The food from the Indonesian restaurant was not bad too

Good hotel to stay at when in Singapore. Easy to find and easy to reach by taxi or bus. Staff are always very friendly. Rooms are clean. The front part of the hotel has the best view. Hotel is also chosen by airlines for their cabin staff stay. 15 minute walk to Clarke Quay. Swimming pool water is chilly and because it is between two towers the sun is often blocked.

Nice rooms but the door is not soundproof so quite noisy when your neighbours and the cleaners are in and out. Can't get any ice without paying for the room service. The location is great, very close to shopping malls and restaurants.

So good to have a day stay. It's 20 min from the airport but the beds are comfortable, and there are blackout curtains. We stayed twice as it was so good the first time and did not disappoint the second time. Totally appreciated getting a good 5-6 hours quality sleep after a 12 hr flight and before another 10 hr flight. The buffet breakfast is wonderful too.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel when travelling to Singapore. The staff are lovely, my room was great, and breakfast selection was truly amazing. One thing to improve would be perhaps marking the dishes a bit more clearly as it was sometimes hard to know whether something was vegetarian or not. Also if you’re after some snacks or drinks there is a supermarket in the adjacent mall - very convenient

Staff were great. I want to make a shout out to Ali who looked after me from start to finish for my check out, including getting taxi service. The lobby looks great, our room was a bit dated , and had an odour. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable enough. Location wise, lots of shops and eateries around. The metro is a few blocks of walking, so not too bad.

Good for late night supper with girls nearby Orchard Towers, Nightclub entertainment for men. Location is good as it is in city centre, therefore always have supply of girls. Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. Nice chic rooms.. Exactly as the name states - LOFT room.. Loved the concept of Seating at the entrance level and bedroom on the loft. Nice service - no issues (which makes it nice service in itself). Nice breakfast buffet with lot of Choices for non-vegetarian. Very very limited choices for the vegetarians but manageable. Overall a recommendable hotel.

Easy access to everything including the classic CK Tang mall which is connected to it, the subway line which has a station right in front, and of course Orchard Road itself. Clean prestigious room. I slept really good. Incredibly quiet. A very short stroll to the Clarke quay eateries and station. Taxis common, staff attentive.

Staff is supper friendly and check in was simple. Location could not be better . Right across from Clark Quay and down the street from China town. Rooms were clean

Ellen borough market cafe serves a great peranakan buffet for a good price. Good selection and quality food! Great ambience as well.

An interesting hotel.many "chips" that make life easier for the tourist. For example, issued a free phone with unlimited Internet traffic.

5 stars all the way, can not fault a single thing about this hotel. Perfect location, fantastic food, the most amazing staff who would go beyond what they had to in making sure you were comfortable and enjoying your stay. The hotel was immaculate as was the room we stayed in that had gorgeous views...I can't wait to go back and stay again.

Definitely was valuable. I recommend you to book through the hotel website, it was the cheapest option. The hotel is located three metro stations from Garden by the Bay but in central area. The breakfast was very good with many choices and the service was great. There is just one "problem" - the bed was so perfect that we almost weren't able to get out of the bed. I recommend to stay there.

We had an enjoyable stay during our weekend away in Singapore. This hotel upholds all the luxury amenities and services of the brand Intercontinental standard. The location is great as it’s located next to a mall as well as the MRT. Many tourist locations are within walking distance.

Right in the heart of action and very walkable to lots of interesting sites. Breakfast was great and provided enough variation for a week stay. Rooms had been updated and is very comfortable. Amazing heritage lobby and feel, but limited to no views.

We got the grand deluxe room which is more than enough space for a small family of three. No bathtub though so might need to take note of that. We choose this hotel based on its colonial charm and location. Breakfast buffet was superb. Great variety of food. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Perhaps our room temperature was not quite cool enough overnight. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy access to transport and many Singapore attractions. Would definitely return.

Was upgraded to an executive room. This allowed access to a happy hour (or 2) of drinks before dinner. That includes cocktails so was very impressed by that. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Singapore. Stayed with them for 5 days and their customer service is excellent. The moment you arrived until you check-out. Breakfast buffet need more option, in my opinion. They offer Champagne for breakfast! Drinks in mini bar are free which is a huge plus for travelers.
