Not the greatest venue for an Indie gig (a little devoid of rock n roll ambience) but a good expo non-the-less. Beware the toilets. The first handle on the left is the bidet, not the flush. Please don't make the same mistake as poor Mrs E here, and spray yourself with a faceful of toilet water.

Attended a 1 day convention. Architecturally looks unique from the outside. Inside looks just like any modern malls, convention center. Hard to find Halal F&B. I brought my own food - sandwiches. Such a big area but no muslim prayer room for visitors not staying in the hotel.

Very bright mall with very good natural lighting. Most stores here are high end stores like Gucci and Chanel, mostly catered to tourist. Normal peasants won’t be able to afford anything here like me. A large mall with branded shops and restaurants. An Expo center with underground MRT station (BayFront). Just behind the iconic marina sands bay hotel. There is an Apple Store here and Art & Science Museum. You can view the Singapore Business city skyline from here. Across the waters you can see the iconic Singapore Lion fountain.

This large mall has many high end shops and eating places. The apple store is on the water front and hotel is in the mall. Nice to walk through but don't go out of your way to come here. The art and science museum is located right outside so we walked through the mall before and after going there.

A room on the 27th floor cost like 8 days stay in a regular hotel, but if you don't live in the hotel, the pool will not get.. But it's worth it , not forget the experience of swimming in the pool on the 57th floor. Especially when you look at this entire edifice from below, standing at the foot of the towers and think how this whole construction with the pools and restaurants and keeps the thoughts...

Pros: Good location. Good pool. Good gym. Good amenities. Cleaning is good. Fast wifi. The phone is useful - should tell guests about it prior to arrival so they can use it without buying a SIM card at the airport. Tell guests about the dryers and iron on level 3. Cons: Sheets nearing end of life, has stains and ripped edges.

This hotel is located in the MRT building only which is the positive point of this hotel. The rooms are small but they were neat and clean.  Breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money

Amazing experience and worth the price. Yup, it was a bit noisy due to the renovation but so far I was happy my stay there. It could be a little inconvenience to access to the hotel but once you know where to get in, everything were fine! Will definitely make my trip back there!

The hotel is undergoing renovations so it’s a bit of a maze to get to your room. You’ve gotta enter the shopping centre lifts, get off at floor 5 and then walk down a narrow walk way to another set of lifts. There are 6 lifts but it seemed like 2-3 were regularly isolated or out of service so you’d sometimes be waiting ages. Overall a very good location though, and we’d probably chose to stay here...

I was a guest at the Hotel Boss in Singapore on 11-4-207 - 11-8-2017, during my stay I advised the front desk that a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses have been stolen from the room. Room 12-32. They informed me when i check out i can fill a report out of the theft. When I was checking out I asked to fill out a report, they handed me a 1 inch sticky note to put done all my information!! It was a great stay! I just had six days stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful specifically Mr DiDi and Mr Raj from the front office. They helped me out by giving me the same room when I decided to extend my stay. This actually saved me from having to pack and unpack and shifting rooms just for a night. That is really considerate. Went to the Balestier Value Hotel. Didn't know there was 3 "Value Hotel" with the same name on the same street! Ended up at the wrong one and had to take the bus back. We held our wedding at Hotel Jen Tanglin and had an amazing experience! Xinyi was very attentive and helped us from the start till the end. She promptly answered all our queries and kept us updated on what we had to do. The food was really good and all our guests enjoyed themselves. Such a wonderful Hotel. Great facilities and staff. My favourite restaurant is The Waterfall, chef Simone and his team are amazing. The Valley Wing is truly first class with the attention to detail by the staff. My family and I love this place and can't wait to return again.

The hotel is too beautiful, better than any five-star hotel in India. Everything is beyond the word beautiful. Only one negative point : Rooms were not cleaned every day during my 6-day stay, they used to change or arrange the linens of the beds and bathrooms. No floor cleaning and/or no dusting in general.

I didn't stay there as a hotel guest but was there with my kids at the Buds play ground. Kids loved it and the play area hosts were all friendly, patient and great with the kids. The venue was well equipped to give kids a great time, with ball pits, slides, music room, art room & glow in the dark painting, toddler play area, in door and outdoor dry and water play areas. Customer service is 10/10 best location in the city you can go anywhere from there without any issue. If you forgot to change currency they have a machine that will do it for you. Room cleanliness and equipment is amazing (love that they have toothbrushes and paste as well)

Nice hotel with a great location near the metro. There are many places to eat nearby, a 7/11 store. On the 3rd floor there is a 1.2m swimming pool and a green area. The pool is cold, towels are provided. The view from the pool balcony is nice. The room is clean, small with good plumbing.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Our room was really nice. Easily fitted in a couple of cots. Shower and bath were great. Pool looked amazing - if only we were there for longer. Stayed here for one night. Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. Nice airport hotel. No transport needed, you walk through the different terminals to the hotel. No airplane noise hearable!!! Very quiet rooms.

This hotel comes under a 4-5 star category. The hotel is close to orchard road and clarq key. But a little away from metro station and other central local market. The food is very good specially best is breakfast which you can book while booking the room. Here you can get continental as well as Indian food along with good variety of fruits and juices.

I have stayed over and attended wedding events here in Grand Copthorne Waterfront. My overall experience here has been a great one. We had a great room with a wonderful view of the Marina. Unfortunately, the service in the club lounge and check-in were a disappointment. We did a comprehensive online check-in, and as we arrived just before 8;00pm we felt rushed. We always look for hotels with a club lounge, but it's hard to see the value here.

A kid friendly place for multi generation family gatherings. Food is reasonably good, and prices are kept affordable. An excellent strategy catering for the locals. It is a casual setting and relaxing place. There is no need for formal dressing. It can be ideal for "staycation " if you are okay with the local crowd.

The location is good. There are few bus stops nearby from where you can access the attractions or go to nearby metro stations like Chinatown or Clarke quay. Nice hotel however it is not on the river front so the name is deceptive. Lovely pool area and restaurant along with cakes and coffee selection. The room we had had an excellent shower and comfortable bed. The only mark down was an aged and marked carpet which was showing its wear. Nice place with an awesome breakfast buffet & excellent service staff. The amenities look amazingly fancy! The hotel also have an option for express check out where you can pay your bill at the time of check-in and just drop your key card in a box at the reception during checkout. Came here for a 2-days event. There was no nursing room but the staff arranged a guestroom for me and another breastfeeding mum. Really grateful for that. The room is clean and cosy. The food from the Indonesian restaurant was not bad too

Good hotel to stay at when in Singapore. Easy to find and easy to reach by taxi or bus. Staff are always very friendly. Rooms are clean. The front part of the hotel has the best view. Hotel is also chosen by airlines for their cabin staff stay. 15 minute walk to Clarke Quay. Swimming pool water is chilly and because it is between two towers the sun is often blocked.

Nice rooms but the door is not soundproof so quite noisy when your neighbours and the cleaners are in and out. Can't get any ice without paying for the room service. The location is great, very close to shopping malls and restaurants.

So good to have a day stay. It's 20 min from the airport but the beds are comfortable, and there are blackout curtains. We stayed twice as it was so good the first time and did not disappoint the second time. Totally appreciated getting a good 5-6 hours quality sleep after a 12 hr flight and before another 10 hr flight. The buffet breakfast is wonderful too.

Visited Orchard Cafe (within Orchard Hotel) for a business lunch buffet priced at about S$63 nett per head. There is a wide range of selection from Chinese, to Indian, Japanese & local delights. Service was great! The only surprise we had was the 2nd bottle of plain (distilled) water will be charged at S$8++. Just serve us tap water will be fine. Had an excellent stay at this hotel when travelling to Singapore. The staff are lovely, my room was great, and breakfast selection was truly amazing. One thing to improve would be perhaps marking the dishes a bit more clearly as it was sometimes hard to know whether something was vegetarian or not. Also if you’re after some snacks or drinks there is a supermarket in the adjacent mall - very convenient

Staff were great. I want to make a shout out to Ali who looked after me from start to finish for my check out, including getting taxi service. The lobby looks great, our room was a bit dated , and had an odour. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable enough. Location wise, lots of shops and eateries around. The metro is a few blocks of walking, so not too bad.

Good for late night supper with girls nearby Orchard Towers, Nightclub entertainment for men. Location is good as it is in city centre, therefore always have supply of girls. Rooms are nice and comfy, can take on many intimate positions. Room service is professional enough to leave you alone to do your own business.

Lovely location with comfortable, clean rooms and decent size pool. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable pillows and mattress.

Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. But rooms are maintained okay and the service is still excellent and worth a mention. Staff members are professional and friendly, able to go the extra miles to service their guests. Still recommended to stay as the overall experience is pretty good.

The hotel was nice . It was clan and spacious. I like how the room were cleaned and sealed before we use it. Just one thing though, it would be nice if the swimming pool is bigger. But it wasn't crowded when we are using it. So it's fine.

Pros, beautiful rooms with a large bathroom and a super comfy bed and there is no noise from adjoining rooms. Staff are excellent and getting a taxi either from the doorman or via Grab was super easy. The restaurant for breakfast is detached from the main building, but it's not an issue. What an experience! More than you could ever imagine. Bath was heavenly and much needed after not making our flights. We arrived at midnight and the staffs service was outstanding and they were so welcoming. Room service at 00:30 felt like they were serving us at 12:30 due to their efficient service levels and polite smiles

I am a platinum member and got upgraded to a suite. Beautiful room with a bidet that even has a dryer! The infinity pool is amazing although a bit cold. The wonderful buffet breakfast makes you not even want to stop eating. The staff is caring and professional, I love it!
