Singapore, 10 Bayfront Avenue 🧭 Map
Not the greatest venue for an Indie gig (a little devoid of rock n roll ambience) but a good expo non-the-less. Beware the toilets. The first handle on the left is the bidet, not the flush. Please don't make the same mistake as poor Mrs E here, and spray yourself with a faceful of toilet water.
Attended a 1 day convention. Architecturally looks unique from the outside. Inside looks just like any modern malls, convention center. Hard to find Halal F&B. I brought my own food - sandwiches. Such a big area but no muslim prayer room for visitors not staying in the hotel.
Very bright mall with very good natural lighting. Most stores here are high end stores like Gucci and Chanel, mostly catered to tourist. Normal peasants won’t be able to afford anything here like me. Be prepared to spend a fortune here. There’s a casino if you are feeling rich. 4 Stars because I can’t afford anything here. The staffs here are very friendly and well trained, come here if you want to...
A large mall with branded shops and restaurants. An Expo center with underground MRT station (BayFront). Just behind the iconic marina sands bay hotel. There is an Apple Store here and Art & Science Museum. You can view the Singapore Business city skyline from here. Across the waters you can see the iconic Singapore Lion fountain.
This large mall has many high end shops and eating places. The apple store is on the water front and hotel is in the mall. Nice to walk through but don't go out of your way to come here. The art and science museum is located right outside so we walked through the mall before and after going there.
A room on the 27th floor cost like 8 days stay in a regular hotel, but if you don't live in the hotel, the pool will not get.. But it's worth it , not forget the experience of swimming in the pool on the 57th floor. Especially when you look at this entire edifice from below, standing at the foot of the towers and think how this whole construction with the pools and restaurants and keeps the thoughts...

Pros: Good location. Good pool. Good gym. Good amenities. Cleaning is good. Fast wifi. The phone is useful - should tell guests about it prior to arrival so they can use it without buying a SIM card at the airport. Tell guests about the dryers and iron on level 3. Cons: Sheets nearing end of life, has stains and ripped edges.
This hotel is located in the MRT building only which is the positive point of this hotel. The rooms are small but they were neat and clean.  Breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money

Although the room is smaller than expected, it is close to famous tourist attractions so it is easy to get around. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool located on the rooftop and the rest of the facilities are very well maintained.
The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to Robertson Quay and China Town. That was the best of it! On our first night the blackout shade crashed down, the hotel "fixed" it. By fixing it they rolled it back up and it would no longer unroll so for the 5 days we were there we had no blackout shade and could only use the sheer. The room air conditioning was so low, it seemed to reset every time...
Great location, clean, comfortable and affordable. Quite good facilities for a Holiday Inn Express (Gym, rooftop pool & lounger area, and self service laundry, vending machines etc…). There are so many ‘entitled’ people with exaggerated expectations and reviews! If you want luxury accommodation and breakfast, then book yourselves into the Hilton or Marina Bay Sands… You get what you pay for and this...
Service at reception was excellent. The Hotel is easy enough to get to on the Down Town line between China Town and Fort Canning. The Hotel is very open and the rooftop is a good place to relax. I found the only downsides are the room was a little small and the buffet breakfast could be better. Would I stay here again, yes.
We had a good stay in the hotel. The room was clean and convenient. We loved the rooftop garden, swimming pool with lounge beds (towels are available on the roof deck) and the views from up there! Breakfast is included for everyone and that was a good one! We arrived in the morning and were surprised that our room was already available. All staff that we met were so friendly! As our flight departed...
We loved it here! The staff were so friendly! It was a short walk to Clarke's Quay and Chinatown. The rooftop pool was great after a big day out. We would return.

A very well connected and located hotel. Extremely courteous staff and was more than willing to make my stay comfortable. Thanks for accommodating check in requests.
Very nice hotel with a nice buffet breakfast (for an additional cost). If not from the region, you will notice the damp smell in the hotel rooms from the humidity. If that’s not something you like, I would opt for a hotel with hard wood floors.
Lovely location with a beautiful view, fantastic facilities including a great gym and swimming pool, and very comfortable rooms. We had a joined room with our family, one of the rooms had a bath and both beds were extremely comfortable. Food isn’t too bad, service staff were friendly and efficient and overall we had a very good experience.
Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids, 6 and 3 years old. Specially thanks to Joan who help to free upgrade me to Top floor and river view. The room is very clean and nice scenery. Basket of fruit free to take at lobby. Only drawback is the shower either too hot or too cold, not consistent. Others are just perfect!
I stayed at Four Points while on a business trip in Singapore, the hotel is perfectly located. The room was really nice and clean and the staff always went the extra mile in their service. The breakfast was also scrumptious. I definitely enjoyed my stay
room was just nice and very clean so was the toilet!

A good hotel with a monotonous meal. Lunch, dinner same every day. Next to Furama hotel, twice had to live in it, by far the more interesting. And better accommodation.
Conveniently located close to shopping areas and city. Hardly can see any river. Staff is helpful and professional. Buffet has a good spread n tasty. Rooms are little congested but kept nicely. Enjoyed my stay.
We ate at the Penang buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor. Food was good, we enjoyed the satay and most of the other foods offered. The desserts were very good. Only point to improve on would be the plates. I believe over the years, they've become marked and, while immaculately clean, could initially look dirty. Due to this, we saw several people take plates and then immediately set them aside...
Was there for a wedding lunch. Food was nice. But ballroom has pillars in the middle which blocked partial view. It would have been a 4 stars rating if not for the fact that there was no chairs at the lobby. Elderly parents had to stand while waiting for taxi.
Nice place to stay. One of the best hotel in town. Very recommended. Big room. Clean. Good water. Nice receptionist. Good restaurant. Everytime to go Singapore must be stay in this hotel. Awesome.!
Great service. Good space. Good food. Extra free phone to use. Good view. Literally no negatives. It is great and this is where I would stay if I visited Singapore again.

This location is great. Door men and concierge are wonderful. Everyone very friendly. However, I noticed hotels around here don’t do early check in or extended check outs. On another note pool is very relaxing and rooms are amazing. Very classy even elevators have seats.
Ambassador review from March 2023. AMAZING property with great rooms and extremely welcoming and friendly staff. I was at the property for several nights and I wish I could have stayed longer. The artwork on the campus is simply stunning -- and Ramesh was kind enough to take me on a tour and provide me the background of ALL the pieces and why they were chosen. I will be forever grateful for his kindness...
Overall good experience. Rooms are excellent. Service could be better, although personal butler is available. Bags were left outside for 7 hours as we had to leave immediately for our tour. There are limited personnel at reception. There is no easy way to contact reception. Indian food and vegetarian options should be more.

Luxurious 5 star hotel in beautiful Singapore. All the amenities you would expect including excellent service. Check in was quick and easy. I stayed in a corner suite that included a butler service. The best thing about this hotel is the location - the resort centre, 1 line. And so... the Rooms are tired and require renovation, as the hotel itself in General. The location is very good, very close to tourist spots like China town, Suntec city, Merlion and has its own bus stop. The room is bigger than normal hotel in Singapore the only thing i would complain is the shower curtain is too short, when taking a shower it’s outside and also the floor mat.
Location is pretty good, walking distance to Bugis, Raffles Hotel, MRTs, Catholic Churches, anywhere really, I walked to Marina Bay, Orchard Rd etc. Hotel looks ok, however needs a long overdue face lift, it’s a bit worn out. If you only sleep there, the bed was comfy. Bathroom oldish and don’t expect the swimming pool to be magical like the rest of Singapore, things need repairs there. However has...
Quite satisfactory hotel with enough good service..... Stay for more than two weeks. Personel very friendly. To make guests impression more better I advise to think about periodical room windows cleaning, from outside. This is one thing which, lets say, upset me ( see photo bellow). And second, small thing, it's I believe necessary to add brush for toilet bowl to each room...
Nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms was clean and big. But some part like corner of the door is cracked so you know it was quiet old. Staffs services very good. Location also great, just few minutes walk to Bugis.
Passable for a business trip if you need somewhere central and cheap. Definitely not one for a nice holiday experience. Very dated and rooms tired and in need of some care. Beds were comfortable though and place kept reasonably clean.
Very convenient location of the hotel. Within walking distance are markets, shopping centers, and a metro station. Friendly staff. The rooms are quite cozy and quite spacious. The price for the room is excellent, we are staying at this hotel for the second time and if we go to Singapore again we will definitely book this hotel.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The place is quiet and located in the village. There is a market where you can easily find food. Everything in the hotel is very good, but the housekeeper did not change the bed sheets at all. I stayed for 5 days and they did not change them at all.
Good points: Room is big. Bed is comfortable. Location is accessible with late night food store around. Warm shower all the way. Universal plug available (very plus point for this). Quiet room (level 4). Bad points: No bottled water available in the room (very unusual of that in SG hotel). No tissue paper in the room. TV channel does not worked. Located in the center. Beautiful view of the pool and the skyscrapers. The staff is polite. The room is spacious. The pool is not big but you can swim. Of the minuses was no bath in the double room. And the main disadvantage of the room was OK, air conditioning not working in the heat... all the time froze, the window does not open for security reasons. Otherwise all is well.
Overall very good value for money. Great location convenient to all buses and trains. Pretty much can get to most places in 20-30 minutes. Rooms were nice and clean and relatively spacious. Pool was also nice. Corridors carpeting was a bit musty, not making the greatest impression. Also lifts werent very convenient to use. Ive been advised that both of these issues will be addressed in the coming year...
Liked the hotel. Everything is fine. Near Bugis MRT from here, you can reach any part of Singapore. And to Marina Bay that's walking distance. The metro sorted out immediately. On arrival bought cards easy link. With them on the subway all a fairy tale.
Location is very different from what I expected. But the more I explored the area, I more I got to see a more local feel to singapore. Hotel itself is a little old, but the people there are friendly and made up to the hotel. Really impressed that there was a mobile phone waiting for guests to use, unlimited data and calls. Recommended and would definitely go back.
The location is in surrounded by restaurants of different cuisine. It is also located near a shopping district. The hotel's decor has a nostalgic ambience. The facilities is decent though as the swimming pool looks run down.
Hotel lobby is nice and clean. Restaurant is spacious and bright, but service (clearing tables during lunch buffet) can be a bit slow. Food was generally good, except for the crab. Wide variety of dishes that were constantly replenished. Desserts were also good, if a bit boring.

One of the best hotel in Singapore. Well management come with excellent service team. Nice atmosphere ( I love their plants around the building) and clean. Near train station. Close to Chinatown. I’ve a great time here. I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location and pleasant staff.
What a great hotel! Customer service was impeccable. All staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great also. Location could not have been better. Train was across the road and walking distance to China town and hawker markets. Beds were comfy... pillows amazing!
What an incredible hotel. As soon as you walk in, your are greeted by the friendly staff. The infinity pool is awesome. They make the check in process seamless and went above and beyond in terms of accommodations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property itself is something you’ll need to see with your own eyes. One of the best hotel.
Our first time here and we were very satisfied with the service! Receptionists were friendly and gave us a very nice room with great view. Room was clean with everything labelled as sanitized. Although the rooms were small(compared to what I'm used to in other countries) but they were very well designed to include all facilities one might need. The location is great as well with the Clark Quay MRT Station just across the road.
Considering how expensive Singapore has gotten, this hotel is good value. They gave us one room early, which was nice after an overnight flight. House keeping is a bit inconsistent. Rooms are small for the price. The location is good, right by Clark Quay, and walking distance from the Marina.
Nice hotel with very friendly and staff. Good service Very convenient near MRT and bus stops. recommended for single/business traveler
Good location, unfortunately not we-maintained. Breakfast is pretty basic and not worth the extra cost. Pleasant ambiance and a 24h gym.
A modern hotel with lots of innovation at a very central location with access to public transport. Compact rooms with all imaginable amenities you could think of. Handy mobile with unlimited local,IDD calls and unlimited data was impressive.
The hotel location is the best. It's on walking proximity to many of Singapore's main museums, shopping area, and other interesting area. It's also surrounded by many eating places the cheaper hawker styles to hips bars/restaurants. All with very very reasonable price.
Nice, hip, vibrant hotel situated on great location. Really love the atmosphere and everything. Rooms are chic, but pretty small. Which is pretty normal for Singaporean standard.
TINY! But we expected that. Even so, this hotel did a fantastic job of constructing and designing their tiny rooms. Great location only 5 minutes walk to the MRT station and a about 7 minutes to a shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement. According to my dad who served QO at the hotel, the room was satisfactory and the food can be further improved.
