Where to stay in Singapore

We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening.  The room was spacious, as was the bathroom....

This was worth the expensive price tag. We went to the infinity pool many times and the service was so on point! They came to clean our room midday and left clothes for our glasses and pillow spray. Truly a 5 star experience.

The cleaning lady gives snacks to the children, which is greatly appreciated, and the cleaning is also very thorough. Since we have a four-year-old child staying, we hope that next time a step stool for the child can be provided, as their height is not sufficient.

The hotel is literally just above the Lavender MRT station, so making the travel to the city centre and Changi airport easy. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room is a bit small, but still ok. The facilities were not as clean as I would have expected when I arrived at the room. Overall a nice stay.

The room at the end of the corridor is quiet and no noise. The bed is comfortable but I personally like a firmer pillow. If possible, I would like the hotel to have more than one pillow. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy. The toiletries are of good quality and smell good. However, I found a hair in the new towel so I deducted points from this part.

DO NOT stay at this place. It smells like sewerage in the rooms and is nothing like described. I’ve wasted over $1000 by booking with this hotel. We stayed for three hours, couldn’t stand the smell and had to leave.

Location is very near to mrt and there are Lots of eateries and shopping centres around the area. It was also a very good view for the recent NDP.

Right in the city and highly accessible by train. Check-in was quick despite the public holiday weekend. The room was clean, tidy, and came with a bed guard for kids. Plus, it had a great view. We were warmly welcomed by early checkin and anniversity complimentary cake. The kid club and pantry is great. Love the pool. The TV and toliet though could be further improved though. If there is complementary shuttle service to MRT, that will be fantastic. It was overall a pleasant journey!

Customer service is 10/10 best location in the city you can go anywhere from there without any issue. If you forgot to change currency they have a machine that will do it for you. Room cleanliness and equipment is amazing (love that they have toothbrushes and paste as well)

Fantastic hotel, right next door to Raffles Hotel and shopping centre. Very close to the metro stations. The hotel was very clean with everything you need. The had a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop with snacks available. Swimming was amazing. Very central location.

Stayed here for one night. Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. The hotel was great, lovely location in a convenient area so it's easy to get around. Staff offered us early check-in in due to our early flight, all staff were professional and courteous. There was a slight problem about being charged twice for the room and I'm still waiting on a refund, I felt this situation wasn't handled very well since the outcome was I was left out of pocket.

Beautiful hotel with good atmosphere, suitable for relaxation

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed but the real star was the bathroom.  We were lucky to catch the National Day Parade fireworks rehearsals from our room too, the view was unbeatable!

Blown away by the panoramic views right from the bathtub – soaking while gazing out at the city skyline was pure luxury. It is a newly renovated 5-star hotel but some staffs still need a training to learn how to well manage customers professionally. I was unable to check in at the first front desk i was assigned, so changed to another front desk. The housekeeping team sucks! We stayed there for 3 nights but they kept saying that they were not able to come in to clean hence we didn't get any amenities changed and the room is never cleaned.
