Where to stay with pets in Singapore

I wanted to support our local economy and also do something for my family. Mandarin Orchard offers buffet meals and competitive room rates. We arrived at 12 noon, ate our food and went to our room

Breakfast was amazing! Best I have ever had, variety, efficiency of service, always topped up, always hot and fresh! I’d come back just for that!! Location great! Rooms fab but only for 2 people.

Hotel staff were kind and service was amazing. Location is at the heart of orchard with easy access to many malls, Takashimaya, near mrt. Many different food options and shopping areas around

There are 6 lifts but it seemed like 2-3 were regularly isolated or out of service so you’d sometimes be waiting ages. Overall a very good location though, and we’d probably chose to stay here again

And appreciate the lady who happened to come out from the room right in front of gym around 5:10 pm on 16/09/21 and she saw me and helped me when I needed help to take out room card which is stuck together with gym card which make me cannot tap into the gym

Mandarin Orchard is definitely one of the top tier luxury hotels. The quality of service and quality service definitely correspond to 5*. Kudos to Front Office and definitely a tradition worth preserving

It is also next to a mall and the underground train

Birthday staycation, complete with complimentary cake delivered to the room. Service was impeccable from beginning to the end. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. Views were outstanding! Would definitely return

Amazing and detailed clean rooms. However, the shower design is quite weird as there is no door so water may spill out. View from the hotel room is also very nice, as the hotel Is located in the centre of the city

The price is still reasonable in my opinion. Location is very good, next to a mall and MRT station, and walking distance to many tourist attractions. The staffs are all helpful and work diligently for you

lived on the seventy second floor. And the beer drank at 73 ,there is a bar. Prior to that, at this altitude had to happen. Many were taken from the hotel, good height helped. here a good view of the Marina Bay hotel

Lots of facilities at the hotel like a pool, clay and grass tennis courts which are pretty well maintained, and 2 restaurants where the morning breakfast is delicious and healthy with lots of options to choose from

Nice hotel with a great location near the metro. There are many places to eat nearby, a 7/11 store. On the 3rd floor there is a 1. 2m swimming pool and a green area. The pool is cold, towels are provided

Good place to stay with a service to match, location is pretty decent as well considering how close it is to the city when traveling by train (about 15-25 mins walk for the more adventurous)

Great location and very functional place. No power points near the bedside and non friendly staff are the only two downsides otherwise a great place to stay

Good location in downtown Singapore. Walking Distance from many of important locations. But. Rooms are small. No breakfast. No dinner. :(

If you need a reasonably priced hotel where you can simply dump your things and catch some quick sleep while you spend majority of your day gallivanting around Singapore, this hotel can be adequate enough for you

It was a great stay! I just had six days stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful specifically Mr DiDi and Mr Raj from the front office. They helped me out by giving me the same room when I decided to extend my stay

Value Hotel Thomson exceeded my expectations with its budget-friendly yet comfortable accommodations. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Singapore

This actually saved me from having to pack and unpack and shifting rooms just for a night. I would definitely stay here again! The only slight problem would be the fact that the room is slightly dusty

Restaurants - I’ve not eaten here, but looks pretty great & is busy. Location You’re close to a crazy amount of shops if that is your thing, or the botanic gardens. Both of which are pretty remarkable

I love this Hotel and the facilities as well as the location. It is right next to the Train station Orchard Blvd and Tanglin shopping mall

Transport is good, groceries and restaurants are right next to hotel, rooms are clean and this hotel has everything we need. Staff are friendly and very helpful, housekeeping too very helpful and keeps room clean

The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and also easy access to the tourist places. We will definitely be coming back later in the year

The proximity of this hotel to the mrt is great. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Staff were accommodating and food for breakfast was great. Noodle chef always had a happy hello. Concierge service was helpful

Note that the difference between supreme and deluxe rooms is what floor you are on. Amenities Gym - 24h gym, fairly alright range of kit. Pool - nice pool, roughly 20m I would guess at & places to chill around the edge

5 star hotel with 5 star service and quality. The are a couple of restaurants and bars, offering also 2 wings or rooms. For those that want the green garden view, you can stay at the garden wing

Had an absolutely fabulous stay in the tower wing with my two kids. SLS is a very family friendly hotel, with buds (its playroom) and splash (children's pool) being the highlights

The main pool was also excellent, plenty of spaces to relax too. Minutes from the city centre, this hotel is a unique place of its own, surrounded by vast trees and garden landscape

My favorite spot is the koi pond and the waterfall. As for the dining options there are plenty but we only tried the Italian restaurant which was impeccable

The kids absolutely loved it Upon arrival they gave each kid a bag with small gifts and they have a treasure chest in the room with gifts inside also u just have to solve the riddles to open the code foe the chest

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, just simply amazing and excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice from western, Asian and through to Indian flavours too! The gym was excellent too…..

Pool area is lovely, the breakfast buffet has loads of choices ans service top notch! Great location

The hotel is very unique as there is much greenery, could not find another hotel like this! Only thing is, if you are going to the gym, they do not have a squat rack, and the infinity pool could be a bit more warmer, especially during night time

Amazing hotel, 5 star decor and beautifully appointment room. Staff were friendly but not quite as attentive to international visitors as could have been. I can't really put my finger on it but it felt a little forced.

Perfect location, next to metro, Chinatown and malls. The room is nice, new and clean. The only thing that was bit bothered me was they do not have a drinking water within the room except the tap drinking water

Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. It has nice restaurant and bar lounge

Raymond, the manager of the club lounge, was so friendly and warm and the range of food and drink that was offered was excellent. Our club room was also extremely cosy while being spacious

Did our quarantine here & service was fantastic. Food was mediocre standard but your wishes will be granted for any extras. Ample space for exercise, view is breathtaking. Highly recommended for staycation

Great hotel, great service and great location. This is going to be my go to hotel whilst in Singapore. Everything within a short walking distance to the mall for local cuisine and shopping.

Everything was perfect but housekeeping although very sweet 🥰a bit overwhelming at times, particularly when you raise a flag and ask not to be disturbed they still knock and ring and call to check whether you indeed want no service 😅

Stayed in the Fairmont King suite, enjoyed the stay a lot! Great service! Two big pools including one for kids! Even provided free extra beds for children under 12! Breakfast was also nice, have healthier choices! Location is great, many shops in the mall and places to go around the city hall area!

The fitness center is good, but lacks enough weight equipment. Location is not great, but the hotel is integrated to a Mall which has very good atores and a diverse product offering as well as subway station

Also, one night, I asked for some ice cubes to be delivered to my room but had no tip to provide with. oh my!!! I got a lesson in return but still received my ice cubes :))) Thank you, ALL, I enjoyed my stay!!!!!!💝

Holding my wedding at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, with Serene as my wedding coordinator. Couldn't ask for a better person to help oversee the whole process in such great detail

Rooms are dated, though they did their best to touch it up with modern electronic amenities incl the Handy mobile (fast becoming a must for hotels!) Breakfast spread was good, though not extensive but sufficient and still offering a variety of dishes

Location is well known but far, therefore getting here via Cab or driving is still a preferred mode of transport. Rooms are neat and clean and has all the basic necessities a person need to stayover

This hotel comes under a 4-5 star category. The hotel is close to orchard road and clarq key. But a little away from metro station and other central local market

A kid friendly place for multi generation family gatherings. Food is reasonably good, and prices are kept affordable. An excellent strategy catering for the locals. It is a casual setting and relaxing place

We did a comprehensive online check-in, and as we arrived just before 8;00pm we felt rushed. We always look for hotels with a club lounge, but it's hard to see the value here

There is no need for formal dressing. It can be ideal for "staycation " if you are okay with the local crowd

High end hotel in great location. Attended a meeting here during the week and meeting rooms were but difficult to find. Room was well equipped and espresso was provided during early morning

Everything about our stay here was quality. We were met by friendly concierge and were surprised to have an upgrade to our room. The only downside of our stay was the approx 45 mins it took to check in

Rooms were high class,with blackout curtains that worked a treat. Unbelievable breakfast offering as part of our 5 night room package. Every staff member was happy,helpfully and made us feel welcome

The only mark down was an aged and marked carpet which was showing its wear. Despite not being directly on the river it is just a sort walk away to Robertson Quay where the river side restaurants begin

The amenities look amazingly fancy! The hotel also have an option for express check out where you can pay your bill at the time of check-in and just drop your key card in a box at the reception during checkout

Enjoyed the Indonesian buffet at the Indonesian restaurant. Food quality was good and with the DBS card discount, it was a really great deal. I really enjoyed the satay and and the prawns

There was no nursing room but the staff arranged a guestroom for me and another breastfeeding mum. The food from the Indonesian restaurant was not bad too

It also has a beautiful bar, swimming pool & gym. Massage services are also available

The location is great, very close to shopping malls and restaurants

Also located close to the Botanical gardens (a 15 minute walk) and with very good public transport connections to the rest of town

It's 20 min from the airport but the beds are comfortable, and there are blackout curtains. We stayed twice as it was so good the first time and did not disappoint the second time

Totally appreciated getting a good 5-6 hours quality sleep after a 12 hr flight and before another 10 hr flight. The buffet breakfast is wonderful too

Service was great! The only surprise we had was the 2nd bottle of plain (distilled) water will be charged at S$8++. Just serve us tap water will be fine. Although there are dispenser for cold and hot water for free

Visited Orchard Cafe (within Orchard Hotel) for a business lunch buffet priced at about S$63 nett per head. There is a wide range of selection from Chinese, to Indian, Japanese & local delights

You have to like this location if you have business within walking distance. great SPA attached and the Concierge Lounge team provides excellent service and down home hospitality

Pros, beautiful rooms with a large bathroom and a super comfy bed and there is no noise from adjoining rooms. Staff are excellent and getting a taxi either from the doorman or via Grab was super easy

Cons, no coffee maker in the room, but there is a kettle if you want a cup of tea. Location is sub-optimal but it's not a deal breaker. The elevators are busy and the mood lighting makes locating your floor tricky

The restaurant for breakfast is detached from the main building, but it's not an issue. The breakfast is off the charts both in terms of quality and breadth of food offered

Attended a seminar on 27 Oct 17. The arrangements were orderly and the food catered was excellent. Staffs were prompt in resupplying the bottled waters and clearing away the uses plates/cups

I also heard they have good selection of whisky that you can go with cigar(I didn’t try tho) The dinner buffet is one of the most famous in Singapore (that’s what I see on google) and they didn’t let me down Breakfast is good as well

They have a really great interior ambience and great rooms. I like how there's the soft sound of the waterfall besides the pool area all the time. It's next to some of the best cafes and shopping malls in Singapore

Was at Mezza9, a very posh restaurant with great ambience. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Pricey but yes this is Hyatt hotel. One of the must try is the BLUE SWIMMER CRAB CAKES

The coolest, of course, is Gray and Red slides, and of course, the Mummy, and transformers!!!

There are quite a number of shops/restaurants not opened yet from covid. also, some shops/stores/restaurants will open at a later time. So if you plan to visit early morning be prepared to bring some water and snacks

Resort Sentosa Island offers an exceptional vacation experience. The luxurious accommodations, stunning beachfront location, and world-class amenities exceeded my expectations

The hotel was one of the best I've ever been too. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was attending an event and they took great care to cater to our every needs

Amenities are sufficient to cater to the crowd. Shelters are reasonably OK with few areas like center Court being lacking. Otherwise it's enough to protect from the rain

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Really lovely lobby, large and very comfortable room, really big pool which was not too crowded, and delicious breakfast with lots of options

- Toilet seat was broken so it moved when you sat on it - Toilet sink water was super hot. Even turning to the coldest, it was still hot. - breakfast spread was somewhat limited and taste was so-so

great location opposite all the restaurants of little Arabia. Statt very friendly. Slept very well. Good restaurant.

Across the road from a great area and we ended up walking everywhere from the hotel. Only issue was a small smell of dampness when walking to the pool. Would definitely stay here again

Food wise there were some hits like complementary seafood based soup and a lobster platter per table. Favor in most seafood dishes were lacking, especially the crabs and lobsters. Meat dishes lack favor and was a bit dry

Awesome hotel in the middle of Orchard Rd. Easy access to everything including the classic CK Tang mall which is connected to it, the subway line which has a station right in front, and of course Orchard Road itself

The hotel is great when things run smoothly, unfortunately, I had an incident that could be stressful for some. I had an issue where my door lock was broken (no battery) and I had a meeting to attend to in an hour or so

I'm sure their usual hotel food is much more better! Location wise is not too bad. It is just about 200-300m away from bus stop. Will consider this hotel next time if the price is affordable after all covid is over!

The technician promised that he’ll be back shortly to “grab his laptop”, but he did not appear for 30 odd minutes, while I stood there waiting. I had to go down to the front desk and tell them that it’s unacceptable

There are three washers and three dryers only for the entire hotel. 5-week stay, the machines have multiple service issues which prevented convenient use between all of the travelers needing laundry service

If not for the malfunctioning laundry facility it would be higher rating. Still very good hotel for short-term trips if laundry is not a requirement. Alternately you can use the hotel’s laundry service

It was resolved 5 minutes (by the front desk staff) after my complaint at the front desk, which made me wonder why the technician was not able to “grab his laptop” in that same amount of time
