Hotel staff were kind and service was amazing. Location is at the heart of orchard with easy access to many malls, Takashimaya, near mrt. Many different food options and shopping areas around

There are 6 lifts but it seemed like 2-3 were regularly isolated or out of service so you’d sometimes be waiting ages. Overall a very good location though, and we’d probably chose to stay here again

And appreciate the lady who happened to come out from the room right in front of gym around 5:10 pm on 16/09/21 and she saw me and helped me when I needed help to take out room card which is stuck together with gym card which make me cannot tap into the gym

Staff was flexible and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious. Celebrated my anniversary during my stay and the hotel kindly offered a complimentary cake

Swimming pool is basic but wouldn't matter much if you're not a pool person. Overall a great stay, would come back again!

Amazing and detailed clean rooms. However, the shower design is quite weird as there is no door so water may spill out. View from the hotel room is also very nice, as the hotel Is located in the centre of the city

The price is still reasonable in my opinion. Location is very good, next to a mall and MRT station, and walking distance to many tourist attractions. The staffs are all helpful and work diligently for you

Lots of facilities at the hotel like a pool, clay and grass tennis courts which are pretty well maintained, and 2 restaurants where the morning breakfast is delicious and healthy with lots of options to choose from

It's hard to find any negative thing about this hotel. The rooms are large, modern, with comfy beds, large TVs, coffee maker and kettle, balcony with a view, good restaurant and many others

Worth noting and highly recommended for the location & the super friendly and easy going staff.

The  hotel is very near to the MRT station and Bugis shopping center. Very accommodating and helpful  staff . Just need to improve food in the breakfast and every thing is  doing great. Thank you for taking care of us

Upon arrival he already offered to take our bags, initially our key card didn’t work but he was there to replaced it immediately. He even orient us about the pool and it’s operating hours even the laundry area

Comfortable stay, although the room is too small for a superior queen,But it should still be enough since we only stay at night and enjoy Singpore in the morning. for the price, it’s fine worth it

The room was clean and spacious, and the quality of amenities such as the bathrobe and slippers was excellent. Plenty of bottled water was provided in the room, and even more could be requested for free if needed

We were warmly welcomed by early checkin and anniversity complimentary cake. The kid club and pantry is great. The TV and toliet though could be further improved though

Although the property is a bit older, it retains the charm of a traditional luxury hotel with expansive grounds, a sense of grandeur, and a truly upscale atmosphere

The room on 17th floor is cosy with a great window view looking to the greenery. Enjoyed the in-room dining experience and wide spread of buffet breakfast

Their service is really awesome. At first the room I was given was infested with ants at the children's tent bed area and the toilet door was faulty

There was also a complimentary birthday cake delivered by the staff as well, which we appreciate :) We had requested a room with a nice view and were pleased to be given a high-floor room (Level 14) overlooking the Padang which was a lovely touch

One small point of feedback: we noticed that the toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were manufactured in 2022. It would be great if these could be refreshed to ensure the best guest experience

Amazing hotel, 5 star decor and beautifully appointment room. Staff were friendly but not quite as attentive to international visitors as could have been. I can't really put my finger on it but it felt a little forced.

If you are keen for more foods selections you can catch a lift under to B2 for food courts

The location is walking distance from changi airport t3. The room is quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable

Raymond, the manager of the club lounge, was so friendly and warm and the range of food and drink that was offered was excellent. Our club room was also extremely cosy while being spacious

Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. It has nice restaurant and bar lounge

I booked for a Signature Salon King Suite (South tower) but hotel gave me a Signature King Suite (North tower) with unconvincing explanations that they have already set up the amenities in that room and that there are renovation noise in South tower

with Swimming pool Nice to walk along the riverbanks accessible from the backside and with rental bikes just across the river. Great place to jog and ride the bike as well as what me and my son did going to MBS

The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls

Amazing Family-Friendly Stay! We had an overall very good experience staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront during our family trip. The hotel is truly family-friendly and made us feel very comfortable

A kid friendly place for multi generation family gatherings. Food is reasonably good, and prices are kept affordable. An excellent strategy catering for the locals. It is a casual setting and relaxing place

There was no bottled water provided in the room either, I had to refill and boil, so I ended up buying drinks from Cold Storage especially after a long day, which is conveniently located in the connected mall

Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were very friendly throughout my stay. However, I was a bit confused about the Halal status. According to a site I found (halaltag

com), the hotel has a Halal kitchen, but I couldn’t find any Halal logo or confirmation on the hotel’s official website. Because of that, I chose to stick to fish and vegetarian-based food only

It’s just about a 5-minute walk to Orchard MRT Station and near a few small Halal restaurants at Orchard Towers, which is really helpful for Muslim travellers like me

Cons, no coffee maker in the room, but there is a kettle if you want a cup of tea. Location is sub-optimal but it's not a deal breaker. The elevators are busy and the mood lighting makes locating your floor tricky

Minimum things in the room, but it was sufficient for me during two-nights stay. All the shopping can be done at a nearby MRT (Jurong East) which is about 10 minutes walking distance

Hotel Michael is one of the several hotels within the resort. They are all walking distance from each other and from Universal Studios. This tends to be the cheapest among the other Resorts World

I felt more appreciated as a Diamond member than in other Hilton hotels, as they were able to accommodate an earlier check-in and an upgrade too

The accommodation was alright; I felt slightly duped because it appeared larger on the booking app, but on the plus side, everything was tidy and well-organized

Clean prestigious room. I slept really good. Incredibly quiet. A very short stroll to the Clarke quay eateries and station. Taxis common, staff attentive.

Stayed two nights at Shangri-la and thought it's the best family hotel I have ever stayed at. They handed my kids beach toys when we checked in, lovely gesture. The bathroom had a step stool for my toddler

The buffet has a huge kids spread, at their height and with child friendly plates. The activity center for children is the best I've seen in any hotel. Superb quality of art and craft material too

I found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is 25 mins from the airport. There is a bus station in about 5 mins walk and MTR in about 7mins walk. Also near to China town and Fort Caning

Smooth checkin, room contained all I needed (especially iron and ironing board). Windows are into the courtyard so there's no noise from the nearby highway.
