We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening.  The room was spacious, as was the bathroom....

This was worth the expensive price tag. We went to the infinity pool many times and the service was so on point! They came to clean our room midday and left clothes for our glasses and pillow spray. Truly a 5 star experience.

The cleaning lady gives snacks to the children, which is greatly appreciated, and the cleaning is also very thorough. Since we have a four-year-old child staying, we hope that next time a step stool for the child can be provided, as their height is not sufficient.

Location is very near to mrt and there are Lots of eateries and shopping centres around the area. It was also a very good view for the recent NDP.

Right in the city and highly accessible by train. Check-in was quick despite the public holiday weekend. The room was clean, tidy, and came with a bed guard for kids. Plus, it had a great view. It would be even better if there were more kid-friendly amenities/facilities, such as coloring paper, a kids’ club, or a water playground.

The hotel was great, lovely location in a convenient area so it's easy to get around. Staff offered us early check-in in due to our early flight, all staff were professional and courteous. There was a slight problem about being charged twice for the room and I'm still waiting on a refund, I felt this situation wasn't handled very well since the outcome was I was left out of pocket.

Stayed here for one night. Location is walking distance from T3. Perfect for one night transit if you have to catch a flight the next day. Room condition was pretty good. Located at good location on Orchard Road and nearby to Orchard MRT Station. Plenty of eating places nearby hotel.  The room and bathroom are cleaned and well kept. The bed comes with plenty of pillows but the bed itself a bit soft to my liking. There is coffee machine in the room and it comes with Illy coffee pods.  The reception and cleaning crew are all good and friendly.
