 The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cosmetics were wonderful!!! Coffee, sweets and tea were delicious! It's unnecessary to write about the pool)), it's the icing on the cake

If you arrive early, you can go to the pool, it is very comfortable there.  We didn't have breakfast, after reading the reviews that it was easier to have a snack somewhere nearby

I can't say that there are a lot of "eateries" nearby. Perhaps I would have bought breakfast next time. The transport accessibility is excellent, you can enter the subway from the hotel.   everything interesting is nearby

The staff member from Express Service prioritized her safety and promptly coordinated housekeeping to assist us. The housekeeping lady who came to help was so humble and kind, even declining a tip for her hard work

We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it

I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening

Perfect location, just right at Lavender Station so you don’t need to worry of getting wet when heavy rain. There are restaurants, convenient store and currency exchange nearby. Hotel is a bit weary but neat and clean

The hotel is literally just above the Lavender MRT station, so making the travel to the city centre and Changi airport easy. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room is a bit small, but still ok

The room at the end of the corridor is quiet and no noise. The bed is comfortable but I personally like a firmer pillow. If possible, I would like the hotel to have more than one pillow

Hilton is located right in the middle of orchard road and great location. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Abit expensive but very convenient

There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor and the ability to self-washing and Ironing for a small fee. To the subway 5-7 minutes walk

For us who booked the triple room, space is just enough where you can stand or walk. I should have booked two rooms. I recommend this hotel because of its accessibility to transportation

The hotel was easy to book relatively cheaper to other hotels in the location. Although the breakfast is not provided there is a lot of option nearby, near sultan mosque one can find fusion of turkish and arab cuisine

Nice hotel, easy access to train station and busses. Has a mini park and a wide space where you can also have a walk or even jogging. It's just that the room space is not big

This was really good and my family went exactly on Singapore’s National Day by accident. It had good rooms, nice furniture, and pretty good workers. Overall, it was a really nice experience staying there.

The room was clean and spacious, and the quality of amenities such as the bathrobe and slippers was excellent. Plenty of bottled water was provided in the room, and even more could be requested for free if needed

We were warmly welcomed by early checkin and anniversity complimentary cake. The kid club and pantry is great. The TV and toliet though could be further improved though

Their service is really awesome. At first the room I was given was infested with ants at the children's tent bed area and the toilet door was faulty

The room is clean and big enough for two big luggage with walking space. Separated shower and toilet which is nice. Very convenient to different tourist spots. Will stay here again next time.

I chose the executive room, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was well-equipped, even featuring a large bathtub

The hotel provides complimentary bottled mineral water, and you can always ask the front desk for more if you run out. Breakfast was predominantly Western style

There was also a complimentary birthday cake delivered by the staff as well, which we appreciate :) We had requested a room with a nice view and were pleased to be given a high-floor room (Level 14) overlooking the Padang which was a lovely touch

One small point of feedback: we noticed that the toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were manufactured in 2022. It would be great if these could be refreshed to ensure the best guest experience

We had a lovely stay here, loved that it's so lush and forward thinking. The room is a good size and I would definitely recommend staying here

Rooms are clean and new but slightly on the small side but is acceptable for a city centered hotel. Infinity pool has a lovely view of the city, and gym facilities are open 24 hours

The urban garden on the 16th floor is beautiful, the pool is breathtaking and the breakfast is really good - the best pain au chocolat I’ve had in years

Overall, we love our stay in this hotel. You can ask for a breakfast set that only costs around 10 sgd (this is considered cheap in Singapore). The staff are friendly and helpful

For a property that brands itself as a five-star hotel, this was very disappointing. Overall, my check-in experience was far below expectations and did not reflect the service level one would anticipate at this standard

However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that bed type is “subject to availability” and that the room type I had selected only came with a king-sized bed

Comfortable stay, although the room is too small for a superior queen,But it should still be enough since we only stay at night and enjoy Singpore in the morning. for the price, it’s fine worth it

I booked for a Signature Salon King Suite (South tower) but hotel gave me a Signature King Suite (North tower) with unconvincing explanations that they have already set up the amenities in that room and that there are renovation noise in South tower

There was a slight problem about being charged twice for the room and I'm still waiting on a refund, I felt this situation wasn't handled very well since the outcome was I was left out of pocket

Everything was perfect but housekeeping although very sweet 🥰a bit overwhelming at times, particularly when you raise a flag and ask not to be disturbed they still knock and ring and call to check whether you indeed want no service 😅

Easy to get in from our flight - accommodated an early check in. And easy to get out the next day onto another flight. You do have to clear security

Only drawback of the hotel is that it is a bit difficult to get out from due to its relative inaccessibility to cars

I was unable to check in at the first front desk i was assigned, so changed to another front desk. Then I was finally able to check in and the staff spoke English poor and communicated unprofessionally

I think some staffs working at the front desk should improve English and learn how to well treat customers at the 5 star hotel level

It is a newly renovated 5-star hotel but some staffs still need a training to learn how to well manage customers professionally

It was the longest, unprofessional check in experience i have ever had at the 5 star hotel

We would wholeheartedly recommend Pete’s Place and look forward to dining there again

The bed comes with plenty of pillows but the bed itself a bit soft to my liking. There is coffee machine in the room and it comes with Illy coffee pods.   The reception and cleaning crew are all good and friendly

There’s Shahslik (a Russian restaurant influenced by Hainanese culture) just beside this hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed!! Opposite this hotel only, there is merci marcel (a chic french fusion brunch/bar/dinner place)

There is a hair dryer in the wardrobe, an iron with an ironing board and extra pillows with thick room slippers (not flimsy thin kind). There are wine glasses with normal mugs in the room

Also, there’s a water filter tap in the bathroom which i think was really nice and eco-friendly. My family especially the kids totally enjoyed our staycation

The check-in and check-out was seamless! Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Orchard MRT and lots of gooooood eating places near here

The room is surprisingly big for a Singapore hotel standard. It’s a king size bed with lots of room amenities

Great view of the NDP fireworks. Room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. Back exit provides direct sheltered links to Marina Square and Millenia Walk, even Suntec City if you factor in the underpass.

Excellent service. The room is spacious and have a very good Harbour view. Room service is fast and helpful. Breakfast is a little bit expensive.

As a bonus, I caught the National Day Parade rehearsal fireworks too – an unforgettable sight that made the experience even more magical. Service was top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful

The rooftop pool was incredible and allowed the kids and adults to have a rest bite from all the tourist activities. The view in the evening on the rooftop is incredible

The shower didn’t drain properly, and the water would pool up after a while, likely due to the slope of the bathroom floor
