Although the selection of the food is limited , but generally taste good. Staff are friendly and attentive. Interesting location where it is quite hidden nearby the Asok bts nearby terminal 21. It was indeed lack of sound proof where you can notice people walking or talking at night. Quite narrow door to enter at the lobby, colonial style of building structure where each floor is of difference theme, such as Greece etc. Probably will explore other similar ranking five star hotel to have a better or worth the price experience.

The room had a terrible smell. The bathroom towels had a bad smell. The floors where so hot and smelly.. the ceilings in de lobby were leaking.
The breakfast was ok if you choose to have eggs… Since it was the only food that looked fresh.
I think it is way too expensive for the service and the condition of the hotel. We were at Gardina Asoke first. It was half the Price and double the exellence of room condition and Service.
The view is great but it was extremly loud.
the windows are not soundproof.

I booked directly at the reception and the nice lady (Queen 👸🏼) gave me a really good discounted price for the sky lounge rooms (high floor rooms) 🤩. Better prices when you book directly.
We also arrived early (7:30am) and was allowed early check-in for free 🎉. Great service! Perfect location (next to Asok BTS station & Sukhumvit MRT station — which means easy access to both lines), clean rooms. 😍

I had the pleasure of staying here. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's stylish ambiance and warm hospitality.
One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request.

Good hotel overall. The rooms are spacious and generally clean (although bathroom could use some work from my experience). Amenities include great breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, and room service options. Gym and pool, and free bottled water are included. Service is very nice and helpful.
The attached rooms can be very thin (can hear the neighbour’s voices) so bring earplugs. Nice location, next to a clinic and spa.

Location, location, location! Very convenient hotel within 5 minutes walking distance of rail transportation and shopping mall complete with food court.
Rooms are pretty big with great air-conditioning, superb showers with lots of hot water and more than adequate water pressure. Beds were comfortable as reviewed by others. Very safe establishment, quite quiet and relaxing. Walls are a bit thin if neighbours are EXTREMELY noisy - perhaps only downside - it’s stumbling distance from the infamous Soi Cowboy. All staff including reception, doorman and porter extremely polite and friendly. Have seen some reviews stating rooms in disrepair. Ours was not perfect, only minor things. Would like to see management provide the free daily bottled water in glass recyclable bottles over the plastic ones they currently provide. Saying that, would recommend this hotel to all for the overall positives.

Pros: Clean hotel, Nice rooms, Very kind and helpful staff
Cons: Far from all the attractions and good shopping centers. Let me tell you something funny about A/C in the rooms. You can turn it off, but you can't change the temperature. If your room is too cold or too hot, you need to tell the receptionist to change the temperature on their end. The Unit constantly works in the room, non-stop.

After using the services here, it makes us wonder what the standards are for giving stars to eachHotel . Because there was many things that looks wrong for any hotel and specifically not acceptable for 5 start hotel!!!
1. The Furniture was very cheap and not acceptable condition to use. Like drawers have cheap mechanisms and can’t be close.
- The room door.
It has a gap between the floor and the door so basically everyone can be heard inside and outside.
The wall of the room we have checked in has mold on the wall and the same area was damaged by probably water leaks.
- Furniture that doesn't work well, such as drawers in bathroom cabinets that can't be closed. Every time you push it in, it will slide out. The minibar cabinet door can't be closed. The shower it self was broken and did not function fully and it was use for many months like that.
2. Loud noise all night, couldn't sleep, heard the sound of cars driving all the time. We was on the 21st floor.
3. The elevator is very slow and hot.
4. I asked the employee to call a taxi. The employee said that the taxi will be total 500 baht. He won't go out and call normal a taxi. The meter required us to call Grad ourselves. I understand that it was a small amount of money but the staff should reserve the rights of the customer when they make a request, not just wait for a taxi commission like this if you call yourself a 5 star hotel.

It was a nice stay with a great and very professional staff. The view from the pool bar and restaurant was breathtaking.
The food at the breakfast was alright but the selection was nothing special.
The rooms look very good, however the doors and walls are pretty thin - you will hear all the noise from the corridor and the cleaning staff will likely wake you up from cleaning adjacent rooms if you prefer to sleep in.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a boutique feel, up a drive way from a busy street. Yes, the general interior looks a little dated like another era but the breakfast room has lovely views which adds a touch of luxury to the stay. The buffet was a good offering but could offer non-dairy options for lactose intolerant people, is my only minus. The lovely friendly staff delivered a gorgeous birthday celebration for my partner through their birthday package. We walked to massage, shopping and MRT with ease.
