The hotel is located at a good location with access to the metro and bus stand at a walking distance, good ambience, clean room and awesome food. The staff is very professional and helpful providing all the assistance to guide you on your vacation. Though the fit and finish of the building could be improved like the lifts are not as fast as other competitors, the room mini bar was empty, room lighting was a bit less, smaller television. Such small details could be improved. Overall on a discounted offer the hotel is worth a 5 star.

Fantastic Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups !!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Asok, Bangkok, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the reception staff during check-in. The process was quick and seamless, setting the tone for a great stay.

A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel team when they noticed it was my wife's birthday on the day we checked in. They surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake, which truly made our day and showcased their exceptional hospitality.

The staff throughout our stay were courteous and respectful, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. They even accommodated a late check-out request until 2 pm, which was much appreciated.

Breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a good variety of options. While the Indian dishes could use some improvement, the eggs, cheeses, breads, and pancakes were all delicious and well-prepared.

Our room on the 19th floor was lovely, offering a decent view and a comfortable setting. However, I did feel that the room could benefit from better lighting. Even with all the lights turned on, the ambiance was quite dim, making it difficult to work comfortably at night.

One significant downside, however, was the lack of screen mirroring functionality on the TV. As someone who enjoys watching Netflix, Prime Video, or YouTube before bed, I was disappointed to learn that this feature is intentionally disabled by the Radisson Group. This was a letdown and could be a deciding factor for me when choosing a hotel in the future.

Despite this, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Asok managed to keep me happy for the most part with their excellent service and attention to detail. I hope they reconsider their policy on screen mirroring, as it's small gestures like these that can significantly impact a guest's experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and thoughtful touches.

When I went to check-in I realised I no longer had my wallet. The staff were amazing and contacted the Grab driver I had arrived in and the Starbucks where I had just left on the way to the hotel. Happy ending is I managed to get my wallet back.

We had a junior suite on the 20th floor with amazing views from the bedroom and the bathroom. You could sit in the bath and gaze over the city!
The customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast was unbelievable in both quality and selection.

Came here few days for business. Situated along a very busy road, about an hour from Airport if its slight jam.

Minus the traffic jam and busy road, every other thing is just great. The lobby is spacious and staffs overall services are excellent.

The room is of decent size, very clean and comfortable bedding. In house dining experience is also excellent.

The breakfast spread has not many food choices but their Traditional Thai Egg serving is so unique, so tasty. Drinks choices are good. Lots to choose.

Decent location but 5 min walk to skytrain/metro in 35 degree heat wasn’t that great.

Room was huge with city view. You could tell the hotel’s been here for a while from the wear and tear, but not end of the world. They only had one person covering each floor to make the rooms so depending on where your room is located they may come late in the afternoon. Bathroom was the best part, extremely spacious and fancy.
