Perfect Stay – Our Favorite Hotel in Bangkok!
This was our 4th time staying here, and we are impressed every single time! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well-organized – exactly what you need for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety that leaves nothing to be desired. The service is top-notch, and special thanks go to the staff members Tukky and Kong, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Their kindness and dedication are exceptional and will always stay with us.
For us, this hotel has become our go-to place in Bangkok – we’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended!

The hotel is great. I like their breakfast and coffee and also swimming is really awesome. The staff can speak english well. We don't have any language issues at all.

My plan was to stay for 4 nights and since I've enjoyed my stay there, I decided to stay 4 more nights for the rest of my trip.
The hotel itself is very nice and cozy.
Friendly atmosphere.
Great location, plenty to explore within walking distance and easy to grab any transportation available in BKK.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable bed. (special thanks to the cleaning staff who did a great job)
All the staff were wonderful (kind & helpful)... Special thanks to KONG, NOVEM & TUKKY as well as borh the security gentlemen at the garage entrance, who were always greeting me respectfully.
Please keep up the great working spirit and see you all when I get back to BKK next time.
Oh, I almost forgot... Compliments to the restaurant chef! Great chef and honest guy!

My room was a bit dark (3rd floor), but other than that, I must say, the service in the hotel was exceptional! From the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone is very friendly, always helpful and the cleaning was fantastic. The location is ideal too! It's not in the main Sukhumvit road (it could get overwhelming), so I liked that it was a little bit more in a residential area but still close to everything. There's a shuttle to go to the BTS/MRT or a short motorbike ride works too. Thanks so much for the 2 weeks! :) A particular thanks to Novem for the great service!

Great location to base yourself in Bangkok. Quiet at night with lots of bars and restaurants an easy walk away. Rooms smallish but very comfortable.

Good stay. Nice clean room. Got swimming pool, steam, sauna, shuttle bus, coffee shop, dring vending machine, atm . Very convenience. Very good location, walkable to 3 major shopping malls. Surround with good restuarant and message shop.

I would give this hotel Zero stars if I could and here are the reasons why:
- The staff at the front desk are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Many times I complained about various issues and all they did was say sorry there’s nothing you can do. It’s fully booked hotel.
- The wall of the rooms are extremely thin. I booked this hotel for one week and after three days, I had to move out because of extreme noise. You can hear the conversations of every other room next to you. Beware that they do not refund you for the remaining nights If you decide to move out of the hotel early.

This hotel is a great value for money. They have a suite with connecting rooms, which makes it amazing for a group of people together. The bed & pillows are great. One time, the soda can in the fridge burst by itself & made a mess of the whole fridge. Informed the management & they immediately sent someone to clean it at 10PM.
The only con is that the hotel is completely non-smoking.

Sukumvit, yes but very far from places to visit. The nearby mall is pretty nice but the bts is too far by foot. There are many restaurants in the streets around. The rooms are ok for the category, although we moved twice in 3 nights due to thin walls, humidity issues and noise. The breakfast is very light in quality. A big choice of warm meals but sweet was missing good pasteries. You can order pancakes or eggs but no fresh juice or anything fancy.
To end on a positive note. If you like or want to stay in sukumvit the value for money is ok.
