I would love to give this hotel 5 stars, but there are some things that really let it down.
The amenities in this hotel are great, the check in was smooth and staff are helpful. They have a coffee and water station from 7am to 7pm in the reception which was very welcomed by every guest. They also have a spa where they offer great massages for an affordable price. We had a promotion where we had 2 hour thai massages for 999 baht.
The breakfast selection was okay, in my opinion, not the best but not the worst either. The egg tarts and fresh fruits were delicious.
Now, onto the room, which really let the whole experience down. We got a junior suite, which, on first glance, was spacious and bright. However, there is a lingering musty smell to the room, which we couldn't get rid of. Also, the bedsheets are not very clean, and the carpet in the bedroom was dirty. The whole room felt damp to the point where my clothes and the duvets felt damp after being in the room. I know Thailand is generally humid this time of the year, but we stayed in a different hotel before and it was nice and dry in the room.
People say its location is convenient and central, but I didn't think there was anything particularly interesting nearby. We only moved hotels because there was an event nearby that we had to attend.

I stayed in the hotel for 9 days. We enjoyed every single day. The staffs were really helpful in every way possible..we indeed had a lovely time. Only issue was language barrier sometimes, but we used Google translate which made it easier. I was really happy on my birthday to see a happy birthday note on my bed and a thailand souvenir which made my day. Housekeeping staff Doa and Shroy were really nice and made sure to keep our room tidy. Handsome young man Mr Thanachanan at the reception was really helpful with our queries. This hotel is definitely a good recommendation to have an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The BTS is just a few meters away.
The decor, cleanliness, and available facilities leave no room to be desired. Everything is just perfect here.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I had to change rooms one night due to a minor issue, I was helped within a few minutes and even received a free upgrade. Thank you very much for that.

Pros: Nice room, large, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast. Professional staff. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: old hotel. small gym. Not much to do around, must take taxi or mototaxi to move somewhere else.
Overall a good hotel. 4 stars because there are other 5 stars hotels around that really make a big difference. I won't say which ones so you discover them by yourselves😄 or message me if you really want to know

The staff were helpful and nice, check in was easy and quick.
We booked a suite with balcony, the room is spacious with a kitchen. Overall quite clean, equipped with all the amenities we need. Even the balcony is spacious and cozy.
The location is quite convenient, around 5-10 mins walk from Ploenchit or Chit Lom BTS station, different shopping malls like Central World, Erawan only around within 15 mins walk.

I would love to sharing our experiences about the hotel reception in this morning ( 06/10 ). First of all, our customers are laying over here and they are booked for rent a van with driver. Of course, we are standby before timing and our customers from another country. We were dealing with them that if we are there, we will be informing our lovely customers by letting hotel staff calling…
But yeah, the hotel staff not really nice and ignored when we needed help to connecting with the customers
We are not really happy about it! We are expecting and hoping that the hotel will be considering this situation and improving your reception to be nicely in next time

Tranquil hotel with a walking distance to major shopping centres.
BTS is also a short walk away which makes it accessible to further distanced locations.
Room is clean and spacious and came with a balcony. Amenities are of standard issue. A daily replenishment of mini bar which was a plus.
Service is typical of a Thai hotel, friendly and pleasant.

Huge clean rooms with nice view.
Free drinks and snacks also were helpful.
Gave it 3 stars because of 2 points:
1. Toilet too old: flush takes 3 times to make water clear
2. Shower is fixed and too tight space. Bathtub also has shower but problem is no shower curtains and also other side has windows going to room that makes both sides wet

We stayed here as family in Sep 23. Nice hotel, overall decent (although not best) location. Rooms are comfortable and we really liked the cot for our girl. The spa is also an added bonus.
The reason for subtracting a star is that a year on and we never received back the deposit for our room. We emailed various times via Expedia and were told it be refunded in “xyz” days. Eventually I gave up. But I found this highly unusual for a 5 star hotel. Wouldn’t return as a result.

I like that the T&B has a high-tech Japanese toilet. The room is clean and nice, and the balcony is an added nice touch. The lobby is small and usually crowded. The breakfast spread is OK with many options, such as Japanese and Chinese dishes. I like that everything in the mini bar is free.
