This is a giant hotel with 25 level, with a nice pool, gym what was held open when we there. The breakfast was rich and high quality. The location not bad but need travel for the downtown of course. Next of the hotel always have 1-2 taxi driver who can bring cheaper price like the application companies. The staffs are friendly and helpful such kind person all. The room enough big, clean and comfortable. Our view was to the city. Luckily the windows catch the noises because around the hotel have lot of busy road maybe highways. All together not bad hotel I can recommend.

Poor service for 1st time.I came here to attend a seminar, but the receptionist in front of the restaurant did not explain well. I gave her a coupon and she had to suggest where should I sit, but she did not tell anything. This caused me to be confronted by a waitress who was also rude as well. She said that this seat was not allowed to sit this table for "Captain", who is them?? Everyone should be treated as the same level. Talking without any politeness towards customers. I went to introduce the service to the receptionist, but she said that the seats would have glasses already placed on there. Who would have known if you did not say anything? But she should have said so since she received the coupon from us.

Dim Sum used to be much better i.e. whole shrimp for Hagao and Shiumaibut now all ismashed up. Food no longer impressive as it used to be.

I would like to say you all sincerely thank you! I’m traveling around Europe since 2003 and all around the world since 2011 cause I’m working for Aeroflot and your crew is the best! Each stay in your hotel is a present for me. I can’t name your staff by names just because all of them are awesome! You have an amazing customer service, open minded and polite personnel. I would be glad to see you again as soon as possible. I’ll be happy if you can translate and inform about my appreciation to all your team, including laundry, cleaning, reception, restaurant, etc — you are one big family with a kindfull heart! ❤️

Hotel is too old all the interior of room looks dull and dark . Shower was broken. its a negative vibe . I didn’t even get better sleep . Hotel stafff always charge if you ask anything extra like ice . I believe they need to refurnish the entire hotel and. Staff. Hotel staff expects to give higher tips.

I like the hotel near to Rama 9 and market. Thy have clean rooms staff is so nice always polite and there to help you. Overall hotel vibe is really nice.

Very old school hotel located next to Pararam 9 Hospital. But, there is no short way to the hospital from here, so it is about a 100 meter walk down the street. This hotel has a gloomy and quiet atmosphere. Rooms are old, but clean. Beds are quite hard, a/c is cold. The hotel is quiet. Breakfast is OK, nothing special, but enough to get you out the door in the morning. They have special rates for people with appointments at the hospital, which is nice. If you don't have business at the hospital, I'd recommend staying in one of the more central districts of Bangkok.

An adding five star hotel.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Elevators were quick, the gym was cramped but sufficiently stocked for a travelling without.
Variety of foods and drink at the cafe buffet was surprising and fresh. Overall a good stopover.

Worst Thai massage is in golden tulip hotel spa. Masseuse (old lady) is extremely rude and barely does anything. I should’ve listened to my friends and stepped out for a massage but I was lazy 😭
