Everything was very nice but my 10,000 baht deposit was not returned after 3 weeks.

Very nice that they have a lounge that serves you all day. I recommend tower club they also have games for kids

Service was good and its location was also good. Especially in approaching sathorn pier.

The executive lounge allows lady to enter with slipper but men cannot even enter with fully covered Croc shoes, and gym close at 10pm, such a luxury hotel should have gym open 24 hrs. The double standard in lounge is not acceptable. The dining in all high floor restaurants too are exorbitant, if don't make more affordable all these restaurant will soon die like those shops on the ground floor.

we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference. The gym is small and dated. breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm... too early...

The plus point is the spacious rooms and decent service However the location is quite far from city centre. Anotger negative is that there only two small lifts in the hotel. If a large group happens to check in or check out, you will have to wait for consideeable time for the elevator. The breakfast was average.

Love to be near the boat taxis , lots of shopping around the hotel as well as a few markets and restaurants…. One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok! Great locations by the riverside and very easy to get to iconsiam or asiatique. BTS station only 4-5mins walk with great shopping, food and massage options on the way. Extra extra large rooms! 😍 comfortable large beds, spacious pool on the mezzanine floor and extensive breakfast buffet is a must. Will always look to stay here when returning to Bangkok

I went to stay overnight for an event next day in the area. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is well maintained and comfortable. It's just a 3-minute walk to the nearby sky train station, and also the airport rail link. Overall it's a value for money choice for business travelers

Originally booked a Deluxe Room for only 1 night but ended up staying three—paid to upgrade to a Premier Room, then an Executive Room. Totally worth it. Even though the hotel is in the heart of busy Bangkok, it feels like a peaceful world of its own. Service is very attentive and made me feel well looked after. Still, three nights felt too short!

It says 5-star but some things need quite an improvement. It is a little old, food was ok but coffee was below average for the price. No exhaust in my room. I asked the staff and they said the room is not equipped with exhaust, especially for the bathroom. Quite unfortunate. The location is quite good tho.

The hotel staff is so nice and accommodating! I used their laundry machine and one of my shirts got some black spots from the machine.
