I was here more than 5 times with in 3 months and stayed here at least 10 days , the room are fine compared with the price and location Bellboy are very friendly and help a lot. Different from the people from the reception if you are Thai stay in here they don't give a sh..t about you ! The hotel appears to be only half operational. The shops in the same building are all closed, even the McDonalds, which creates a bit of a slum atmosphere of the surrounding, although the hotel is very easy to reach (3 Minutes walk from Lat Phrao). The room was nice and clean. The fitness area is well equipped.

Overall a good place. Near underground train. Clean & quiet. But sound & noise from the next room can get in, may disturbing you stay. And the air conditioner is very confusing, too cold and cannot set lower. (Room E1219)

The food was ordinary and was not served in sequence. The elevator is a bit old that it can carry 6 passenger at a time. Anything else was just ok.

We celebrated my dad’s birthday in Bangkok, the location is undoubtedly convenient especially the tuktuk service from/to Terminal 21, friendly staffs(as my family can’t speak English), food is great although not much choice for Thai food during the breakfast. Big thanks for the birthday decorations, my dad had a wonderful moment here and we will definitely be back again.

This is a super hotel, especially if you need to use the main airport in Bangkok as it’s only a 20-30min taxi ride away. Staff very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool and bar for happy hour. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was very happy with our stay here.

Accidently cut my finger on the day that I am leaving the hotel, however the bellboy who was on duty that day went the extra mile and get me the first-aid box and managed my wound. The hotel is located next to thonglor bts with convenient store and restaurants surroundings. Room does not have mini bar, tea or coffee but was asked to make deposit at 2k baht. The bathroom has bathtub with city view. Comfy and clean bed. Breakfast is standard. Front desk staff and bell man are helpful and attentive.

Everything is perfect, especially in service. The food is so delicious, and the round bathtub is nice with a good view of inner Bangkok city. The bed is so comfy. I’ll come back to stay again without a doubt.

If you arrival time is after 6pm, I strongly suggest you to stay in this hotel which is connected after the custom check point. This can save your traveling time to city so you can search a nice foods around to enjoy your first night in Bangkok. The room is spacious and the breakfast is nice too.

We arrived at the hotel around 16.00 after the long fight 12 hours. We expected the room should be ready at that time. Perfect location as it is next to the Don Mueang airport. There is a dedicated connecting bridge from the airport to the hotel. Most importantly, we are able to push the airport trolley across the covered bridge. Checking in was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again if I have connecting flights.

If you’re looking for a good clean hotel, and wanna be near Thonglor - this is a good choice. It’s much cheaper than other brand name hotels in the area and it’s only slightly further out. There’s a tuktuk service to bring you to the BTS. The amenities are basic in comparison to the likes of Marriott but it’s really very decent. Good business hotel.

We had an amazing experience here. We wanted to spoil ourselves at the end of a long trip and we were easily able to do that here. It felt like walking into a palace. Our river-view room was beautiful with the most comfortable plush beds. Good location. Only a few minutes walk away from the nearest BTS. Take a ferry boat across the river to Siam Paragon. Next to the highway so traveling by car is convenient too.. One issue we had was the presence of mosquitoes even though we were on the 23 floor. Always comfortable, clean and safe. The rooms are big. Similar to North American hotel rooms. My room was over 500 square feet. The staff are very pleasant and will bring you your requests quickly. We Arrived late in the evening and there was a complimentary fruit bowl in the room, a nice touch!

This hotel is in a great location and they offer a complimentary water taxi shuttle to 2 other ports nearby that saves guests time and money with transportation. I would love to stay here again when I return to visit from the United States. The workers were kind, helpful and were even able to make my birthday celebration visit extra special. Room was spacious enough but their selling point is its accessibility to the train station since it's near. Being close to Siam Paragon made it easier for us to go to Siam Premium Outlets since their bus station is there. Also, their room service meals were delightful and not expensive for a hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best hotel stay in Bangkok. The hotel provided complimentary anniversary drinks and champagne, and they took a photo of us on the rooftop bar that they printed for us. The service was amazing, and it was good value.
